We contacted Handyman Connection to address a leaking hose bib that was unfortunately located inside the wall on our outdoor patio. Abel Hernandez was sent out to complete the repair, and I must say, his work exceeded our expectations. Abel did an outstanding job—far beyond what I had anticipated.His skill and expertise were evident, especially when he extended the copper piping further outside of the wall, which required precision and careful workmanship. The result looks fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.We highly recommend Abel Hernandez and the Handyman Connection of Phoenix for anyone in need of high-quality and professional home repairs. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Handyman Greg did an amazing job installing one of those closing things on our security door. We paid almost $1000 for our front security door and the steel that it is made out of was intimidating to me to even attempt putting on one of those closing arms. Handyman connection was referred to me from home story, a company that recently installed our new interior doors. Home story said that they refer people all the time to handyman connection. I was amazed at how reasonable their cost was, The Handyman, his name is Greg, was outstanding, and did a great job. I highly recommend them, and I do know that handyman connection will be doing a lot of other things around our house, including installing a new exterior door, and possibly a bathroom remodel.

First of all, when Ron introduced himself, he had a great smile. Our border collie Gracie wanted to introduce herself to Ron. Ron took the time with Gracie at the front door. And Gracie is a great judge of character. When Ron finishes the project he didn’t think it was quite right. so he took it apart and reassembled it then he went over with us how to make the settings work properly. I would highly recommend Ron to any of my friends and neighbors. Thanks, Handyman Connection for a great job.

After months of searching for people including having an electrician come out and not finish my home, I had this company come and install Google Nest Cameras, new shower glass door, large custom curtain rods, and an attic access in my garage promptly and with outstanding customer service. They are very knowledgeable and have been great people to have around the house helping me and teaching me about it all. I plan to hire them in the future for all of my handyman needs as they are reliable with upfront costs and quality work.

I am very pleased that I found HandyMan Connection. We had several jobs performed, ranging from repairing doors to installing and painting drywall. The process is fast and efficient, with emails from Shelly. My handyman Wiley was great to work with. In the process of coming up with a plan and estimate he is very meticulous. He goes above and beyond by offering suggestions.I started with a concept for a renovation project, but we are now approaching in a different and much better direction thanks to Wiley’s experience and his outside the box thinking.So far all work has been performed completely to our satisfaction and we look forward to future projects with HandyMan Connection.

I used Handyman Connection today for a couple jobs (Hanging rods and drapes and mounting a TV on a wall) and I feel compelled to sing the praises of Handyman Connection and my Handyman, Randy. He arrived promptly at the appointed time and proceeded to finish the drape hanging that I had started but had to abandon. He was very attentive to detail and followed my design plan to the letter. He then mounted my TV on a wall in my home office to my precise specifications. He was fast, congenial and attentive to every detail. I will definitely use Handyman Connection and, if possible, him again.

Before they started, I decided to reduce some of the work needed outside They then completed the projects cleaned up and actually reduced the estimate to reflect the less work involved, which I appreciated. I would highly recommend Wiley any work that needs to be done and will probably request him when contacting HandymanConnection next time!

Handyman Connection completed a list of repairs & improvements inside & outside of my Peoria home. Jonathan did a great job patching siding, removing an old diving board, upgrading my dryer vent ducting and installing dimmer switches. I was particularly pleased with Jonathans installation of a dog door, which required moving some electrical wiring. He worked quick and cleaned up completely. I had a bit of a wait to get an estimate and then again to schedule the work, but Ill definitely use Handyman Connection again.

We had 2 jobs we needed a plumber to help with, one was a dripping tub faucet, and the other was the removal of the kitchen faucet then installation of the new one we purchased. Ron was really good, professional, polite, and respectful of our home. He went the extra steps to ensure both jobs were done to our satisfaction, including thoroughly cleaning the kitchen sink deck area where the old faucet was removed before installing the new one. I appreciated that as I was going to ask if I could clean it but he beat me to it and started scraping off the old adhesive and wiping it down. After both jobs were done he made sure to clean up any debris, and made sure everything was in working order. Very happy with the work performed and the price was very reasonable. Weve used Handyman Connection in the past and will continue to do so.

Handyman Connection recently completed our master bathroom and kitchen remodel. They were recommended by a friend of ours after they remodeled her master bathroom. We are beyond impressed with their professionalism, reliability, and craftsmanship. Allen, the owner, met with us on numerous occasions before work even started. He was quick to respond to all of our questions, and guided us in the right direction. We received an estimated cost of the remodel upfront. As work started, we added additional items to the project. Allen ensured we discussed all costs and approved them before the additional work was completed. He was reasonable and fair throughout the entire process. He came by our home several times during the remodel and checked in with us to ensure we approved several details of the project. Additionally, it was clear that he supports his employees, as he spoke highly of them and brought our contractor lunch. Mark was our contractor and we could not have been more pleased with his demeanor, work ethic, and craftmanship. He showed up on time every day and he worked hard. He consulted with us throughout the entire project (our preference) and offered his professional opinion, helping us make decisions about details. When an unforeseen electrical problem arose, Handyman Connection addressed the issue immediately so our project would not delayed. When Mark finished the job, our bathroom and kitchen design looked exactly as we had imagined. I have had this company do complete remodels on my kitchen and two bathrooms. They did a fabulous job and I couldnt be happier with the results. They were meticulous and paid attention to every detail. My master bathroom was taken down to the studs and completely redone. They had great suggestions and ideas but werent pushy. I have also had them do minor work like replacing my kitchen faucet and disposal. I have never had any problems with this company... I checked them out on Angies list and they looked like the best service around Phoenix.I have also had them out to my employers medical office several times. Always on time, did a great job and cleaned up after they were done. They have repaired cabinets and counters, hung our flat screen TVs in the lobby and worked with our management company (who can be very picky). Their prices were fair and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This is the second time Ive used Handyman Connection for a major renovation project, plus weve had them do a few odd jobs over the years. All of our experiences with them have been great. This time we had tile laid in two bathrooms, an old shower pulled out and a new one built in its place, plus some toilets replaced. The handyman, Todd, was very friendly and professional, and he did a great job. Allen kept in touch every step of the way and made sure things got done right. There were a couple of hiccups along the way, as is expected whenever you do a major renovation, but Todd made the right suggestions and everything got sorted out quickly. I wouldnt hesitate to recommended Handyman Connection. In fact, theyre in the process of doing some more work for us right now.

I got referred to Handyman Connection through my partner whose parents had used them for a bathroom remodel years ago. We collected a couple of estimates but decided to go with HC because of their competitive quote and their history of doing quality work.I havent done a home renovation project before but the first phase was a renovation of the master bathroom. Allen was great with communicating and after a visit to see the potential project he was able to give me a quote which he stuck to.It took some time to gather all of the materials, but once that was set it didnt take long to schedule the start of work. Mark was the main person in charge of the remodel and he was very friendly, showed up on time every day at 7AM, and did high quality work. There were a couple of things that needed to be adjusted along the way but he made it easy to bring it up and address. He was also good with communicating with us about timelines which was helpful as we coordinated with city permit inspectors as work was completed. In the end we were extremely happy with the finished product.Because of the great work that they did on the bathroom, we decided to have HC do the flooring and baseboards in the majority of the house. Were also quite pleased with the finished product there too and again there were no surprise costs compared to the original estimate.I wont hesitate to recommend HC to anyone interested in a renovation and Ill certainly be coming back in the future for projects of my own.

Likely you will find a tech at handyman connection you prefer - it is easy to request them on future appts/services. My favorite tech is Greg H. Jonathan removed the cooler, removed the old outside vent work, closed off the newly-opened inside ductwork, repaired the facia board and the guttering, and redirected the cooler electric source to a new outdoor electric outlet. Abel then came in and did the brickwork to close the resulting hole in the outside wall. He was unable to find matching bricks as the house is over 50 years old, so he used some old bricks I had on hand and made them fit in place. The entire job turned out wonderful.

How refreshing to hire Handyman Connection for miscellaneous home improvement projects! I can’t even count the number of times I’ve made appointments for miscellaneous jobs and the companies/individuals do not show up or have the courtesy to call with a cancellation. Not so with Handyman Connection. The company is responsive, timely and the charges are quite reasonable. Ron Sparks installed 3 light fixtures at my home. He was on time, careful and respectful and completed the installation with my 100% satisfaction.

EDIT TO MY PREVIOUS REVIEW: The owner, Allen, called me today and we spoke about my review. He was extremely apologetic and VERY professional. It really impressed me. He explained that Alex was in the process of being trained.Really nice man that really cares about his company.I am rating this business so the owner can possibly fix a situation that is fixable. Alex from their booking team is not very good. They are a little slow to respond and they are not very good at relaying data to the manager that makes the quote. I sent in information for some doors I need installed along with pictures and links to the actual products. The scheduler obviously did not send the links to the manager because the manager came back saying they couldnt install the door because I used the term Iron door. I understand that I used the wrong terminology but if the manager had been given the links to the items that I had purchased he would have seen that I should have said security door. Also, Alex asked about the other door but again it was obvious he didnt share with the manager because the question would have been answered just by looking at the link.If you want to use them hope that you dont get Alex as the booking agent.
