    Very glad we found this company. Our water heater needed to be replaced asap and I contacted several plumbers in my area to get an estimate, and Springs Plumbing had the most reasonable price. Alan, the owner, was very professional and courteous. He was able to replace our water heater on the same day we called him. Also very happy with the new water heater unit he installed in our home and the quality of his work. We’ll definitely call him back if we ever need a plumber again in the future.

    Ive used Springs Plumbing twice now and am very pleased with Alans service! Alan is the owner and is very courteous and professional. He does a great job at a very good price. He installed all the plumbing for a new bathtub, a new kitchen faucet, and new P-trap. Plus while he was here, he fixed a leak and tightened a couple of fittings in the laundry room and on the main line shut-off handle. Both times he didnt even charge me for the tightening jobs! To top it all off, Alan is an all around a nice person. He is my number-one go to plumber now. So glad I found him!

    Alan, our plumber tech arrived within the hours he provided. After explaining our situation, he provided options which felt genuine. I also got some additional advice/ recommendations from him for other unrelated services than what we called for. He was kind and respectful. Although our situation was non emergency, we decided to go through with his recommendation. The completion of the task did not take very long and he cleaned up after himself. I would recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

    I can’t recommend Alan highly enough. We had a leaking pipe in our bathroom wall and Alan came out within an hour to diagnose the problem. He came back the next day to fix the leak after the renovation company removed the damaged wall. We were very impressed with how responsive Alan was and the price was very fair. We have certainly found our go-to plumber!

    Had a plumbing nightmare with 2 other plumbing companies that lasted 7 weeks before I finally found Alan. He was responsive and on time.     I was referred to Alan by my neighbor who was impressed with him repairing her leak, so I called and his and response time answering my call and coming out were very quick.     We called this place and Alan offered to come same day and when that did not work for us, he made sure to go around our schedule and get to us the next day! He did a vacuum breaker replacement within an hour and a half, give or take. Amazing company, will be using again for any future plumbing needs.

    Great professional plumber! I had a non-stop leaking Delta shower faucet and called Springs Plumbing. He asked that a picture be texted to him, then called me to discuss the needed fix, cost and how long it would take to get the job done. Same day service, very professional, opened the faucet, explained the issue, cleaned the internal pipe meticulously, replaced the broken aftermarket cartridge with actual Delta part, cleaned the shower head filter, cleaned the shower area after his work. Left no mess that I had to clean up! He has knowledge and previous experience that made the repair quick and thorough.

    I highly recommend Alan and his crew from Springs Plumbing! Walked out to my garage to a ton of water on the ground and a broken water heater. I was planning to leave to meet my family up north in Prescott for a late Thanksgiving get together and feared I was going to miss it due to this plumbing issue. Called Springs Plumbing at 8:50am to see if we could get service this weekend and to my surprise after some back and forth diagnosing the issue he said they could be there by 10:30am. Alan assured it was not a problem and got our there right around 10:30 as promised. Him and his father worked together and replaced the unit by 12 maybe 12:30 including taking the bad unit that was still under warranty to the local Home Depot to get a credit. They were super fast, extremely friendly, and professional. They saved the day and I was still able to make it to the family dinner! Thanks guys. The reviews dont lie, these guys are great.     We had to have our water heater replaced so I did a quick Google search for some of the best plumbing companies. This one was definitely at the top of that list. Alan and his dad came out and installed a new water heater right away. The prices were fair, the customer service and responsiveness was fantastic, and they cleaned up everything after they were done with the job. They will definitely be on my speed dial for any other plumbing projects that I need taken care of. Would highly recommend.Edit: I had him come out again to fix a leaky toilet.     I never, ever had such an easy time booking a repair/ replacement of my water heater! I called at 4:30 in the afternoon, he answered immediately, told him I need an estimate to replace my water heater, he asked me 2 questions, gas or electric, and the capacity, and that he can be at my house at 8-9 the next morning, and he gave me the price on the spot! That was it ! Easy as that! The next morning I had a brand new water heater, he took away the old one, left the space spotless, and the new heater looks very good!     I called Springs Plumbing at 4:45pm on Monday with my water turned off because my main meter had a major leak that I am pretty sure the city caused but I have no proof. Alan answered right away and said he could come around 7pm that same day. Alan showed up right on time and gave me a quote. I have no idea if the quote was reasonable compared to others but I felt it was reasonable for him showing up so quickly in the evening and on time in 106 degree weather and got what needed to be done to fix the issue. He was also clean and presentable which I appreciate. Alan fixed the pipe, showed me exactly what he did and let me know if I have any further issues with it to give him a call and he will come right back. I hopefully do not need Springs Plumping again any time soon but if I do, I will not hesitate to call them first.

    Alan came out on a Saturday and swapped out our leaking hot water heater. Very skilled, efficient and professional. Added a metal drain valve, a catch pan under the hot water heater, a drip leg for the gas connection and replaced copper connections with stainless steel.     We were referred to Alan from another plumber who couldn’t do what we needed done. After reading reviews and getting a recommendation, I called and Alan was able to come same day for an estimate. He arrived on time and prepared the day of the job and even texted me when he was on his way which I appreciated. This was the first time we have had a plumber do work at our home who arrived not just on time but prepared. He knew what the jobs were and came with all the materials needed. In the past we have had plumbers show up only to have to “run to HomeDepot” for something they didn’t bring.     I own a short term rental property and during a guest stay, the water line to the washing machine failed and water started pouring out onto the floor. This was Jan 2 at 4:30pm and most plumbers were closed for the holiday. I had to get it fixed and the water back on for the guest, or be forced to relocate them to a hotel at my cost. I reached out to Springs Plumbing and they asked for pictures of the problem, agreed to the work, gave me a fair price, and Alan showed up in an hour to work on it. Within 90 minutes the pipe was fixed and the water was back on. He replaced both hot and cold feeds so they will be more reliable in the future and this wont happen again. He also cleaned up area and gave me advice on how to manage the wet area going forward. The guests were so happy they didnt have to relocate. I will be keeping them in my contacts and call them if I ever need their help again. I highly recommend Springs Plumbing for their responsiveness, professionalism, quality of work, and cleanliness.     Cannot speak highly enough of Alan and Springs plumbing. We had a major kitchen sink fiasco on a Friday night and reached out to Alan on Saturday morning. He told us he could be at our house in a couple of hours and was promptly on time. Super nice guy, ended up having him put in a new garbage disposal, replace our kitchen faucet with a new one we had previously purchased and fixed our kitchen sink leak for a super reasonable price. Its apparent what a hard working guy Alan is and we are very happy with his quality of work.     I called springs plumbing and Alan returned my call promptly and scheduled a time for service very quickly. He installed two grab bars in my guest shower for my elderly mother in law coming to stay with us. He was on time, wore shoe protectors to walk through the house and was very reasonably priced.     I cant say enough about Allan and his team. During a remodel, a brass fitting fell down one of the toilets drains during toilet replacement. The issue layer dormant for a while until it worked it way down the main sewer line. We had two other companies out. They automatically wanted to charge us $5-7k to break open the floor, cut the pipe, remove the fitting, and put everything back. This would have been a nightmare inside our newly remodeled home. Allan worked for hours and would not give up with the snake and a camera until he was able to push the brass fitting down the sewer line to a place where he could retrieve it. He didnt take the easy way out. He took his time and did it the right way. Ive been in business for over 20 years. Allan runs his company the way a business owner should. We should support small businesses like Springs Plumbing and not give into the sales tactics of the larger companies. Great job, Allan. I cant tell you how much we appreciate you. By the way, Allan did the job for significantly less than his competitors.

When our garbage disposer broke, I called, Alan, and he recommended a 1.25 HP garbage disposer deal for less than $100 (I was about to purchase a $300 with only 3/4 HP) at Costco. So picked up the deal from Costco, and he installed it promptly in less than an hour. He and his help were very courteous and put on shoe covers when entering our home, and quickly performed an excellent job. Will definitely recommend his team. I just hope he doesnt get too busy in the future when we need him again :)

    This company was amazing! Our water heater broke and leaked into our walls at 10pm at night on December 23rd.     We had sprung two different leaks, one by the toilet in the master bathroom, and the other from the valve connected to our washing machine. Our water was turned off overnight, which is not a good thing! I was in a panic and started very early to look for a plumber who could get to our house quickly. The first plumber I called couldnt come until the next day. Then I called Springs Plumbing. Alan was at my house super fast, and gave us a very fair price.     Highly recommend Springs Plumbing! We had a late evening, after hours clogged drain and broken disposal, and Alan showed up within 30 minutes. His price was around what we expected to pay, and he was efficient and thorough. Very pleasant demeanor, and easy communication. This was the quickest repair we have ever experienced, and I liked that we didn’t have to wait until the next day or so. There is an extra charge for after hours which we were happy to pay. We will use him again!

He arrived at my property within the hour and was able to locate the leak. He informed me that he and his dad would return early the next day to repair the line.     There is no other plumber that can even compare to Alan! We’ve used him in the past to handle an issue with our kitchen sink and dishwasher. But, today, I called him because my husband said his bathroom sink faucet was dripping and leaking around the handles. Well, when Alan arrived, I told him that it stopped leaking. Alan still unscrewed the handles and checked inside them and checked under the sink. Total time in our house was about 10 minutes. Once finished, I asked what we owed and he said nothing! My husband pulled out a $20 and we tried to give it to him and he still said no! THIS IS THE TYPE OF BUSINESS I WILL BE LOYAL TO AND REFER TO OTHERS. Alan is the best!
