We had a clogged sewer on Sunday. Called GOETTL and that afternoon Bronson Sanchez with Goettl came out to snake the drain and a camera the full length of the sewer feeder line. He diagnosed the problem. Our 44 year old sewer needed a thorough clean out.The next day Bronson and Kristian came to our home to hydro jet our sewer line. Bronson and Kristian explained the whole process in detail as they thoroughly cleaned the line.We want to thank the Goettl team for responding quickly to our needs. Bronson represents the firm well. Awesome customer service installers put down blankets to protect my carpet after comparing the work to other ac units in my complex mine looked professional installed vs some okay jobs after they installers left the job there was no sign of them ever being at my house. Good work commutative and extremely clean install.

I cannot tell you how far above and beyond everyone went. From the first initial call to the very last man walked off the property, they were amazing. I truly cant tell you enough. In the end I ended up with a new system, knew completely new duct work and an overall non-stressful process. Wow, lets be honest getting all this work done was a bit stressful but everybody couldnt have been more kind and helpful. I appreciate everyone involved that came onto my property that day! We had our homes AC serviced by Goettl; not only was the scheduling easy but Goettl sends out reminders the day prior. The day of the service Goettl send us a text with the pictureUpon arrival Miguel took the time to explain what he would be doing, how he will be doing it and ensured that we had all our questions answered. Once we were all informed on his scope of work he presented us a stuffed Goettl dog and a flashlight and explained the significance of these two items.Miguel was extremely thorough in his inspections and even climbed into our attic space of our 2 story house in this Arizona heat. Once he completed all inspections, he went to work servicing the AC. Miguel took his time and did not rush through any of his checks.Once complete Miguel walked us through step by step of the process; he even took pictures to show us what tests he did, test results, and of the services he completed.The technician Miguel is a very professional, courteous, and thorough at his job. Goettl is very lucky to have him as an employee. If you need your AC worked on, ensure you ask for Miguel! If you need AC or Plumbing do be done at your home, call Goettl, you wont be disappointed.

As far as handling the repairs of units just barely a year old and costly $35,000 plus. They took forever in the first repair which was an AC problem and 2nd repair was for compressor out 2 weeks ago. Just fixed today 12/24 but had to call on Saturday to find out what the holdup was. All of this was covered by the warranty. Repair person was Christian and he did a great job.

Our 7 year old outdoor air conditioning unit began making horrible screeching sounds so we went online to schedule a service call with Goettl. After 20 minutes of the website cycling and not loading we finally just called.We scheduled an appointment and the technician Chris Ross showed up promptly and was an absolute pleasure to deal with (according to my wife). He was thorough, informative and presented her with various options for repair or replacement. We chose replacement which in the end was cheaper and the base model far exceeded our expectations.We are extremely pleased with Goettl and their technician Chris.Note: the only reason that this is not a 5 star review is because of the difficulty that we experienced when on their website.

We had a shower faucet cartridge breakoff in the back of the pipe and we couldnt get it out so we called Goettl. They came out within an hour as our water was off until this was fixed. When the tech, Adam Retherford, showed up he was very professional and after explaining what was going on and looking for himself, he knew exactly what had to be done and got the job done in a very timely manner. I only give 4 stars because he did leave the debris of burned plastic in the tub. Wife was a little upset about the price but unfortunately it was an emergency so she got over it fast. If anyone is reading this and you have the same issue, ask for Adam Retherford, dude knows his $%/& and is quick and efficient at what he does. Thank you Adam and Goettl for always being there for us.

Ive worked with Goettl in the past. They are certainly not a cheap company and charge more than most. This review is more for the tech Bronson Sanchez who went above and beyond to make sure the warranty work was done right.I would trust him specifically to come back and do more work on my house.Unfortunately, under warranty simply means the part is paid for and the homeowner still needs to pay a ton of money for the Goettl labor costs.

Jacob from Goettl came out to look at our plumbing, and was a very knowledgeable, both in plumbing and with water softening and purification. He had many helpful insights and suggestions to deal with some minor problems we experience, as well as identified some issues we can face in the future if they arent addressed (corroded faucets, valves, etc). My experiences with Goettl has been positive every time I have used them. With that said, I have passed on using them for anything A/C related simply because they charge more than double the company we use now (which does a great job and also has very knowledgeable technicians). Their plumbing costs are also much higher than other companies I have worked with, however they get the job done when they say they will, and they do a good job overall. I recommend Goettl to anyone with any plumbing concerns or modifications, but just warn that this is definitely a case in you get what you pay for. You can find a good plumber for cheaper, but you will probably go through several companies before you get someone that does as good of a job as Goettl.

Our hot water tank decided to give up on us unexpectedly on a weekend of all things! We had two companies come out and Goettl surpassed our expectations. Larry B.was our technician and he went above and beyond. He shared his knowledge base, was extremely patient, heard our concerns and gave solutions that fit our budget and time concerns. He returned the next day with another technician (Napolean) to install the unit. His trainee was an equally awesome human and so professional. I called on Saturday night around 7:30p due to our AC going out. I was told that someone would come that night. About 45 minutes later, I received a text saying they would not be coming that night, but could between 8-9a the next morning. I received a text just before 8a on Sunday with tracking. It showed that the tech would be there within 20 minutes. About the 20 minute mark, I received a call from the tech saying he was about 20 minutes out. Upon arrival, the tech was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He assessed the problem and was able to complete the repair with supplies that he had with him. While I was a little disappointed with rescheduling aspect, I appreciate that we were first up the next morning (when other companies pushed me out until Monday). I also appreciate the tech’s professionalism during the repair.

Goettl air and plumbing has been my preferred service company for over 6 years. They rebuilt my system after another company had installed a system for me 5 years before. My power bills dropped a couple hundred dollars per month this past summer, my house is cooler, and by using ‘Sophie’s monthly protection plan, they come out in the fall and spring to perform routine maintenance on my heater and cooling systems before I need them at no extra charge. I like them. They care about my needs and I need that support without having to rebuild my HVAC every year. Thank you Goettl air!

We bought our house in 2021, knowing our HVAC unit would need to be replaced sooner rather than later. After multiple issues, it was finally time and after research we decided Goettl was the best fit! They sent out Ron to handle the repairs. He was so thorough and gave us our options to repair without trying to sell us on a new unit. We ultimately decided a new unit would be in our best interest and he walked us through the entire process and answered the many questions we had. He was so nice, professional and very knowledgeable! The first time I had them come out to unclog a drain the young man that came out was very polite, knowledgeable and through. About a week later a representative from Goettl called asking if I would like a complimentary look at my heating air system. I would have been stupid not to. Two technicians came out one looked over my heating and air system the other went under my house to look at my plumbing which is impossible because the underneath of my mobil home is covered with insulation and black plastic. He somehow found a leak underneath my second bathroom. They sent pictures and there recomendations about things that need to be fixed. So the next time a gentleman came outto check over my AC/Heat units. He did the same thing and I got another write-up and suggestions but this one did not recommend all of the same stuff and he was not as thorough in my opinion. He didnt go under my house to check for leaks or other issues. I have yet for one of them to tell me I need to replace my crossover pipe which is not a pipe it is large round insulated ( slinky) lol that carries my ac-heat from oneside of my house to the other. The cats have torn holes in it and have pulled it off a few different times so I have duct taped it back up. There has been a screw off of the metal panel that covers the wiring and electronics on my outside unit. On the inside unit there was some silver tape that got sucked in when my AC came on at some point and time. I left it like that because I already had scheduled an appointment for one of your technicians to come look over my heat and air again. It was very obvious that the tape needed to be replaced or taped over. Your guy didnt do anything about it. I taped over it right after he left. I guess I should have taken a before and after picture but I didnt. I just hope the next time someone comes out they would put a red screw in my plate outside. Thank you for providing this vital service. Goettl is the only company that I know of that does this and it is so awesome. I have recomended your company to others and will continue to do so. I just had a very positive experience with Goettl, Air Conditioning and Plumbing through their plumber Steven. I noticed the temperature change in my hot water heater on a home I recently purchased and Goettl came out the very next day to fix it. It turned out that the entire water heater. There were leaks that had calcified and connection lines that had to be updated to make them in code with the standards of todays installation. Steven fixed the entire hot water heater explaining to me exactly what he was changing and why things needed to be changed throughout the whole process. He was very easy to communicate with and also showed a really good sense of humor. I will continue to use Goettl as I have had two positive experiences with them.

First used GOETTL in 2016. They replaced my a/c unit located on my roof. They were well equipped with the tools and techs needed to do the job fast and efficiently. I’ve used them a few times since then for maintenance. Just used them again today because my unit was making a squeaky noise. Part was replaced in less than an hour and now back in business. Mike was the technician that came out. He was professional, knowledgeable, very informative and polite.Update: 6-24-24Justin and Luis came out to clean my air ducts. I was well overdue! They were both very professional and worked well as a team. They got straight to work as soon as they arrived, they seemed very experienced and hard working. Once they were done they cleaned up their working areas which was awesome. Oh, and they were very understanding too (I slept in and had them waiting for me outside to let them in)!

Miguel was very very professional. He explained everything in detail, showed us the inner workings of our system, explained why it wasn’t working and showed us everything that was going on. We have a Goettl System that is 26 years old. Tried and true. Unfortunately, we are going to have to replace it this time around, but our service with Gettel has been outstanding so far!!
