Wonderful experience! Pete was extremely informative and helpful in selecting our whole home water softener as well as the RO system. He took his time (late one evening) to ensure I was happy with my choice. Scheduling was simple and I received a call a day or two in advance to confirm. Angel did the installation. Soft Water Plus had installed our home’s Alkalizing RO system a couple of years ago and filter replacement was overdue. Lisa was so kind on the phone and getting my filters ordered. She made sure that one of the filters was rinsed thoroughly so that I wouldn’t have to run water through my system multiple times. I picked up my filters but had difficulty getting the filter covers unscrewed without the proper filter wrench so I asked for a technician to come out and replace them for me. For a very reasonable price, Angel came out and replaced the filters, pressurized the system and answered a million questions that we had about how to properly maintain the system. I was not present when it was initially installed so had no clue about the “medium” and how to know when it needs to be changed (not as often as the other filters), or the attached battery operated leak detection device. Overall great service and great people to deal with. I highly recommend giving these folks a call if you need any type of water treatment.

If I could give 6 stars I would! Soft Water Plus was fantastic from start to finish. I called and spoke to Lisa at 4:30 PM on a Friday who promptly passed my info along and Pete personally returned my call at 4:55 pm that same day. He gave me all the ins and outs that I needed to know and arranged Jonathan‘s (who was fantastic as well, by the way) schedule on Monday, since I had that day off, to come by for an estimate. Within 10 days, the previous unit was removed and a new softener installed by Angel, another great employee! They’ve all worked there for over 10 years with Pete and said he is the best boss they have ever worked for! That, their punctuality, communication and service speaks volumes. They are highly deserving of their rating.

Very accommodating with what turned out to be a sort of rush project. Angel was on time, polite and patient. He was focused on replacing my water softener and nothing else. There was no pushing other services or tactics like that. He explained how easy the system was to use and how to handle power outages, etc in the future. Then he was sure to clean up everything before leaving. Also he parked on the street, not the paver drive. I appreciate the extra attention. He even helped with a leaky garden hose I had attached to the soft water bib used for car-washing. The little extras are a small sign that doing things right is important. Good job. Our Soft Water Plus experience started with Pete doing a site visit to determine our water filtration needs and then recommending the product/system that would best serve us. What a GREAT company! Weve had different employees from Soft Water Plus out to our house over the last 1.5 years for different servicing, but yesterday they exceeded my expectations!We woke up New Years Day to NO HOT WATER! (Not how you want to start off the new year!) We went out to our garage and we had quite a bit of water in our garage. We have a vent in the garage and it had been raining pretty hard on and off the previous 24 hrs and we werent sure yet it if it was the hot water heater or wind-driven rain through the vent.Once we looked at the hot water heater, we knew it was the hot water heater for certain.We filed a claim with our home warranty company and they supposedly assigned a contractor that was available 24/7/365. We got no response from the contractor they assigned after waiting a few hours, calling, emailing them, and then reaching out to their social media messenger option as well. In fact, we didnt even hear until the next day. Since we have small children and no hot water, we decided to go to a hotel, which was another expense we didnt want to incur.The next day, we finally heard from the contractor but didnt have a good feeling about it. After being jerked around by the home warranty company and their contractor, we decided to get a second opinion from Soft Water Plus. (The contractor said we needed 5 different modifications in excess of $500 and it wasnt covered through the warranty, so out of pocket for us. Some of the items listed came standard on the new hot water heater themselves.)From the get-go, Soft Water Plus was FANTASTIC! I explained what was going on and all the modifications the other contractor was trying to charge us to get more money. The owner, Pete, was great! He reviewed the estimate with me, went over what we actually needed and what they charge.They were able to squeeze in an appointment for us THAT DAY and overall it saved us at least $300 from what the home warranty companys contractor wanted to charge us.They truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND!They definitely exceeded our expectations! They have a customer for life!

We had an old phone number for the company. We were able to talk to the new owners about getting someone out to the house in a timely manner. On August 13 Israel came out to check our soft water equipment. 15 years old and it needed to be replaced. He answered all of our questions and made a recommendation for a replacement. We were also given the option of getting a smaller salt tank vs the larger one we currently have. Because of space limitations we asked him to bring the smaller one. On August 26 Israel came back to install the new water softener. Again he answered all of our questions as he worked. He brought the small salt tank but also brought the size we currently had just in case. The new equipment is more efficient and uses less salt. We will not have to fill the smaller tank as much as before. Good news for us. When he was finished he carefully cleaned up any wet areas and debris on the garage floor. We appreciated that. Israel is a gem and Soft Water Plus is lucky to have him as an employee.

My wife and I have been customers for the past 15 years -- at 3 different homes, in addition to my in-laws home -- and weve always received friendly & professional service from Pete (the owner), his wife Eva Marie (who usually answers all the calls), and his small team of employees.Pete was originally recommended to us when we moved into Anthem in 2002. He offered a competitive price for a quality Water Softener and Reverse Osmosis filtration system. He was friendly, casual, genuine -- easy to talk to! During the job, he was professional and attentive to details. He provided a free faucet tap within our garage, so that we could easily wash cars or other outdoor items with soft water. Unlike the store retail units we had purchased in our prior home, both of these units worked perfectly during the entire time we owned that home.When my in-laws water heater started to go out, I again called Pete. He offered some helpful feedback and recommendations, and once again provided a competitive quote. The new installation was top notch. And so, we continued to utilize Soft Water Plus at our next 2 residences. SW+ has consistently provided us with good workmanship at competitive pricing.This is NOT to say that every product we purchased worked perfectly for a long life span. With this new global economy of ours, all manufacturers take short cuts, compared to the products built 20 years ago or more. So, there are no real guarantees -- particularly with the new electronics now utilized. Too often they come with a limited warranty; meaning the parts are covered, but labor is not (after the first year). Obviously, the plumbers cannot commit man-hours of labor to replace parts without some income to compensate their employees, and so this is another area where I give props to Soft Water Plus. Of all the products Soft Water Plus installed for us, only one item ever needed attention. SW+ stood behind their product while charging us a very fair (low) rate for their labor. To my wife and I, they have consistently demonstrated a strong desire to do right by the customer!

Angel was my service technician. He called me to find out if it would be convenient for him to arrive earlier than the scheduled time. Was here within the 30 minute time frame that we discussed. Very pleasant and efficient. Completed the job in about 30 minutes. Left no trace that he was even here! How refreshing!
