    My tankless water heater broke, so I contacted Simba Plumbing. Stefan got back to me right away and said he could have Travis at my house within an hour for an estimate. Travis arrived on time and explained the possible causes. He gave an initial assessment and discussed the potential solutions. Throughout the process, he explained what he was doing and why. I approved the estimate immediately—it was so convenient since they can send it to you via text for easy approval and even finalize the completed project this way. Travis left no trace of the work done except for the efficient installation, excellent communication, and the brand-new tankless water heater with plumbing. Ive been using Simba Plumbing for over 5 years, and Ill continue to call them for any future needs. I highly recommend Travis; he was always two steps ahead and great with communication.

    Very impressed with Simba Plumbing! They were able to get my project done same day at a reasonable price. I believe the young man’s name was Jared. He was a delight! And very knowledgeable on installing the new toilet. Very polite, personable and efficient. Highly recommend Simba plumbing!

    Jared did an excellent job on replacing my hot water heater. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their hot water heater. Very professional and priced to be fair and competitive.If you go with Parker and Sons or George Brazil you are paying Wall Street (big money) and not supporting local businesses. Also you will be paying for all the overhead and marketing too. Simba replacement my hot water heater for half the price and my money went to the 26 yrs old plumber who did the work. Don’t be fooled by the big guys who pop up on google first. Do your research like I did and you will be happy.

    I appreciated the quick response via Thumbtack from Simba plumbing. They were very upfront with the cost of their service and they had availability within 24 hours.The technician was very professional and offered the auger service for a clogged toilet. The technician was very upfront with his diagnosis, and he also provided a few different remedies.Unfortunately, the auger treatment didnt resolve the issue 24 hours later. However, I applaud Simba plumbing for reaching out to me to make things right.Im in support of small businesses and I appreciate the Simba Team in trying to help resolve my plumbing needs.

    Had a sink installed in my laundry room and Jarrod Day cane out to inspect the location. He took the information he needed back to the office of Simba Plumbing where Stefan is the owner. I received a call to schedule the install. Jarrod came back out and installed the sink. He did a fantastic job and was professional the entire time.     Jared has done two separate projects for us and we can’t recommend him and Simba Plumbing enough! The first time, Jared offered to stay late on a Friday evening or come early on Saturday, which was above and beyond what we expected. He came again this week for a potential issue with a toilet I was replacing. He didn’t push for any unnecessary work, and was really helpful with answering questions and giving advice. Prices have been very reasonable, and I appreciate how quickly I’ve been able to make appointments online. Highly recommend!

    Travis, my plumbing pro was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. I had a Rheem water softener installed that I had purchased. I got it at a discount and of course, some discounted items come with a price. The unit had a crack at the bottom that was hardly noticeable. Travis detected it quickly and I needed to purchase a new unit. It was installed successfully.I will say with all the quotes I received, Simba Plumbing LLC was the most competitive for the work. They were in my budget. Some of the Big Names came in thousands higher. Thank you for a wonderful and successful completed job.     I am very impressed by the punctuality and professionalism of Travis. My days off our filled with many appointments. When Simba gave me an arrival two hour window I was nervous the plumber would arrive at the end of time slot. Wonderfully he arrived exactly at the beginning of the time slot! He serviced my water heater quickly and efficiently! He answered all my questions and checked water level on a toilet and a questionable leak on my bathtub.     Excellent service at the right price! I called Simba Plumbing on a Thursday afternoon and was scheduled for service the next day. They were on time, very professional and completed the job perfectly. I figured this to be a $200 - $300 repair job and their estimate was $300; very fair and I couldnt be happier.Before deciding on Simba Plumbing, I called multiple plumbers to get an idea of pricing. Heres a list of plumbers that provided very poor service with pricing that was completely out of line.W.F. Hahn Plumbing - This company installed my tankless water heater in early 2020. The service, then, was very satisfactory. Naturally, they were my first call for this service but my messages to them were avoided or replied to in a very untimely manner. I didnt even get a price from them because their communication, or lack thereof, was horrible. Although I was satisfied with the service they provided in 2020, I will not be reaching out to them for future plumbing needs.Phoenix Plumbing and Drain - Called them the same day I called Simba Plumbing and they said they would email me a quote. I followed up later that day and they said the quote would most likely come the following day (Friday). It never came.Allover Plumbing - Quote was $850; way overpriced!AZ Rooter - Quote was $500; overpriced.Dealing with trade services can be frustrating. Its disappointing to realize how their prices vary so much and how horrible their communication is. Its definitely worth making a handful of calls to get the best service at the best price. I highly recommend Simba Plumbing. They were great!

    I dont normally write reviews, but I have to give Stefan (Owner of Simba Plumbing) credit where credit is due. I hired him to first replace the polybutylene piping with PEX under my driveway that connects my house main to the city main. Stefan did such an amazing job, I called him back and hired him again to relocate my entire plumbing stack in the kitchen, as we relocated our kitchen island. This required cutting the concrete, relocating all the pipes to their new location and the filling in with cement. His work again was impeccable. He kept a clean job site, very thorough, and professional. Lastly, I just hired him again, to remove and replace our new Soft Water system. Stefan is professional, honest, and a hard worker. If youre looking for a plumber you can trust, has great prices, dependable and just an all around good person, hire Stefan. You will be happy you did.
