We recently had an issue with our water softener and after reading their great reviews online, we decided to give them a try. Second Opinion did not disappoint. Joe came over and performed a diagnosis of the issue, explained what was causing the constant draining, and said he needed to order a replacement part. He came back out a few days later, and took care of the issue. We found Joe very personable and knowledgeable, and more importantly, the pricing was fair. Will definitely recommend. Great work!!

Second Opinion Plumbing is an absolute all star of a company! The people are friendly, efficient, and the most accommodating group of folks Ive worked with here in the valley. I was on a very tight timeline to get a wall water valve repaired before my new refrigerator was delivered, and S.O.P. made sure it was fixed and working perfectly before my fridge arrived. Very quick response to our water leak issue. We were provided several options. After work was completed I asked for a sturdier method of attachment and the technician returned first next day earliest appointment and completed that task at no additional charge and without a debate. This was my First option! Matthew was the technician. He called me ahead of time and promptly arrived. I had a strange sound in shower while it was off that got progressively worse each day. He spent a long time trying to find the source. He found the problem . We ordered parts and he returned the next day to install. Voila! I am so happy to find this company.

Chose SOP based on their Yelp rating to look at my water heater and they definitely lived up to it. Within 5 minutes Charles delivered the bad news that I would need a new water heater and mine was about to burst.That said, he took the time to review everything to make sure there wasnt a some way to possibly just repair. Beyond that, he explained what to do to help maintain the new heater, and pointed out the previous unit was soldered into the pipes, so he made a point to switch them to threaded connectors so that when the new unit needs to be replaced, if I felt comfortable I could replace my self.I really like a company that helps you understand everything and empowers you to DIY to minimize expensive services calls. Rather than losing business, for me, it cements a loyal customer that will call when theres a problem beyond their power.If you fall within their East Valley map, call with confidence. Youll have honest service and a job well done

I had an outstanding experience with Second Opinion. I called early on Thursday morning because Id had to shut off the water to my house. Chris came out early that afternoon and had the job finished and the water back on in half an hour. He was extremely genial and courteous, thoroughly answered all my questions, including some that were not directly related to the job at hand, and later emailed me quotes for some prospective future work Id asked him about. Good plumbers are valuable (as we all know whove had plumbing problems we werent sure how to fix ourselves), and Im happy to recommend both Chris and Second Opinion.

Second Opinion Plumbing is a really good company. Their technicians are experienced, knows about their work, answers all my questions. They use good quality parts, so they last longer, unlike some other companies that use cheaper parts but dont last as long and require services again. The company has a warranty for their work for TWO YEARS, which is unheard of in the business. Their price is reasonable. I have used them three times, Chris the technician is always on time, patient for my questions, pleasant and courteous and did very good work (from what I can see). I highly recommend this company.

Our home was built in the 70s. When we decided to get a new refrigerator I wanted to make sure being the princess that I am that we would have ice and water available.Anyone who knows anything about water in Arizona knows we have hard water and pipes break. Well this happened when my hubby went to change out the fixture. Thankfully hes smart and had the water turned off. See picture for visual. So now the hunt is on for a plumber.Second opinion over-exceeded my expectations! From the time I called in and spoke with Nikki, She told me shed have someone call me back. I heard back from Second Opinion Plumbing technician within 15 minutes that he was ten minutes out. Wowzers...thank you!!Now I hold my breath as I wait for the estimate knowing that the plumbing is broken behind the wall. Clayton gave me the estimated costs up front for a total of $285, and I had a $50 off coupon. Yes please and thank you! Clayton completed the job within an hour and cleaned up afterwards.On every aspect of this experience, we give this company 5+ stars -- the speed of response, the quality of the work, the professionalism and care of the technician.We have tried several plumbers over the years, but we have finally found a plumbing company that we can feel 100% confident about. We are loyal customers moving forward.

He was able to fix the problem in very little time, was very neat and clean about it, and when he left, we couldnt tell he was even there.Second Opinion plumbing is a family owned/operated business. If their goal is customer satisfaction, they are achieving that, and have now gained a repeat customer. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs and issues.

Jake was amazing! We were replacing a shower that was installed over 30 years ago and it was a very difficult job. Jake was able to troubleshoot the multiple problems that arose and got the job done. Second Opinion Plumbing (and Jake, if he wants to come back) will be our first call for future plumbing projects.

After having a wonderful experience the first time around, I called and spoke with Tawni about another plumbing service. She provided wonderful customer service and wanted to ensure all of my questions were answered. Today we had Second Opinion Plumbing replace our standard water heater with a tankless water heater. Kyle called before arriving, walked me through the process and completed the install thoroughly. They did a great job with our new system and vacuumed/swept up the debris from the install.

I have found my guys......

Wow is all i can say! I had a catastrophic plumbing problem and called second opinion out. They were at my house that day and told me what the problem is. They told me what all needed to be done and gave me a fair estimate. I called them back and said yes let’s do it. They were here the next morning and did what they said and my problem is fixed. They also gave me a written quote of some things i want to do in the near future. Top notch professionalism and i will only use second opinion plumbers moving forward! Thanks guys!

There was an issue with the warranty from the old heater (long story) so I opted for a new unit and full warranty. Charles and his boss/owner worked with me on cost which I greatly appreciated.
