    This is the second time we have utilized Rooter Ranger for our plumbing services. Our initial contact was for outdoor sewer services. On our most recent call, we encountered a different issue. We were experiencing water seeping from the upstairs bathroom through the kitchen ceiling, causing significant damage.Upon reaching out to Rooter Ranger, they promptly dispatched a technician within 45 minutes. They swiftly identified the water leak, conducted a diagnostic, and outlined their action plan. The technician repaired plumbing fixtures and connected us with Quick Restore to initiate the home repair process. Additionally, we decided to replace our two remaining toilets, which were completed within a few hours.We express our utmost gratitude to Rooter Ranger for their exceptional service during our time of need. The entire staff demonstrated courtesy, professionalism, care, and dedication. They took our matter with utmost seriousness. In our opinion, the best decision we made was to contact Rooter Ranger.

    Fantastic experience all round from initial contact Matt, manager Matt, and Frank and Luke. We’ve had issues for 14 years with blocked pipes and this is the first time I understood why. Previous companies did a snake but Rooter Ranger Plumbing used cameras, had the expertise to walk me through the issues, and gave me a 2 year warranty if anything backs up:. Frank and Luke did an especially amazing job of cleaning out the pipe! excellent customer service!

    On 16 December, Dalton Kelley, a Rooter Ranger technician veey neatly and capably snaked my kitchen sink drain system. During this process he pointed out incorrect installation of plumbing pipes and recommended complete tear out and proper installation. Dalton Kelley accomplished this project quite professionally on 17 December. He is a positve credit to this Rooter Ranger Company!

    I. Had a badly clogged kitchen sink where the disposal was located. Rooter Ranger came within 1 1/2 hours of a single call. The plumber ,Terry Hodgkins was stellar at taking the time and effort needed to snake the pipe in my old ,1958 house. He suggested option for dealing with the current issues and provided recommendation of preventing recurrences. Pleasant, knowledge base superb and explained what to expect with the pipes in the future. Ask for Terry if you get the chance. Hes 5 PLUS STARS **********!!!!!!Price point for the unclog was far less than expected. A pleasant surprise! Will definitely call the next issue and highly Recommend Rooter Ranger!

    We had an amazing experience with Brett and the team at Rooter Ranger! They were able to send someone out same-day on very short notice; Brett arrived less than two hours after I made my phone call on a Tuesday evening! He was quickly able to diagnose the issue and put a team together to remedy the situation (which was complex and involved a tree root growing into our pipe!) the next day! All of this was done at a reasonable price. Thanks again to Brett, Caden, and the whole team at Rooter Ranger!

    I was having some plumbing issues didnt know where to turn so a friend of mine suggested this company he had heard it being advertised on the radio. So I said okay Ill give it a try.     Rooter Ranger helps me again!! My garbage disposal took a dump on me and it was time to replace it and though they were suppose to come the same day I called they got behind which was fine. They came first thing the next morning. Cristian was kind, professional and knowledgeable. Got the job done quick after getting the part needed.     Excellent Service on Thanksgiving DaySkyler and Matt from were lifesavers on Thanksgiving Day! They arrived promptly to address our urgent sewage backup issue in our new home. Their professionalism and expertise were evident from the start. They patiently explained the root of the problem, a compacted dirt blockage extending several feet.The team took the time to thoroughly clear the blockage, ensuring a complete resolution.     This rating is specifically for the individual employee of Rooter Ranger, Nathanael Waters. After my pipes failed he was one of the plumbers who worked at my home for a week replacing my entire 70 years old plumbing system with a new modern pipes. Nathanael is a great communicator. He was focus and worked hard all week. He kept me well informed at each phase of the pipe installation process. He helped me navigate staying comfortably as possible in my home around each phase of the pipe replacement.Nathanael answered my questions, kept his team moving forward and explained the whys of things taking place. It was stressful living in my home while it was repiped but Im grateful he was on-site each day because his communication definitely eased the stress. Because of his focused dedication this emergency job was completed in the promised time frame. Thank you Nathanael Waters!

    This review is for Skyler from the Tucson office. He was the main install tech at our home for a week. He was dedicated to getting our job done and done right. He communicated with us every step of the way and shared pictures and showed us what he found. He worked every day and long hours, including the entire weekend. This type of thing is very disruptive to a house hold, but Skyler helped get us through it and we really appreciate his hard work.

    Rooter Ranger is absolutely the best company to work with. We had an issue in our backyard, and Dan and Sean investigated it. They found it was related to an earlier repair. Without hesitation, they jumped on it and completed the repairs quickly and at no cost. This is a rare company that stands by their word from the start. I recommend them to anyone, as they are the best.

    Big thank you to Roger Pena for single handedly getting our bathroom in working order after a major pipe problem. We were able to host our family (about 24 people) for Thanksgiving after the problem just two days before the holiday. He stayed until everything was working and cleaned up the mess before leaving. Stellar top-notch service. Roger is is as friendly as he is professional.

    Thanksgiving morning we woke to complete plumbing failure in our only bathroom. Rooter Ranger came out within an hour, assessed the situation, gave us a bandaid remedy until Saturday when they could scope the line and advise where the damage was located. Once that was complete and they knew what needed to be done, a technician arrived around noon and started the work. I cannot compliment the technician enough. He had to finish the job Sunday morning. It was a lot of work for one person to complete. He did it with a great attitude and was very polite and tidy. I would highly recommend Rooter Rangers.

    Very fast response to our days-before-Christmas waste pipe blockage call. They rolled two trucks to investigate and triage the situation. Within just a few hours they had completed the removal of the clog and other debris in the bathroom and main lines, allowing our home to return to normal operation. I asked a ton of questions which Terry, John and Garrett (aka Danny - lol) were happy to answer. They stayed into the nighttime hours to ensure the job was done.Their tech is seriously bad-ass (very high pressure water jet that scours and cleans the pipe) and was 100% non-disruptive to people inside. Highly recommend this new process to those who have waste water blockages - you never realize how important a toilet is.. until you CANT use it.Once again, everything is flushing normally and people are VERY happy. It will once again be a Happy Festivus for us all!

    Kitchen sink not draining water this afternoon. Rooter Ranger tested two sinks & discovered the garbage disposal was the culprit. It was old and rusted and not functioning. They installed a new disposal. Then tested new disposal & gave me instructions to use it 1x a day with running water to prevent it from freezing and rusting. Great customer service!

    I have mixed up experiences, probably I would regret calling them. I called RR cause the shower and the WC are clogged and I was told that someone would come today or receive an update by 4pm to know where the technician is. It is 5:30pm and I received a text saying that they may not make it today. The only reason I didnt call other companies was their promise of coming today.If they come and resolve the issue today I may update this review.UPDATE: Peter arrived around 10:30 pm and in no time he unclogged the main line from the outside of the house. The entire house started to smell bad cause the bog water accumulated in the shower the entire day. Thanks RR could make it the same day.

    I called Rooter Ranger at 3pm when my sewer line started to back up. About an hour later Skylar was at my door, showed him the problem and he got right to work. Due to the absence of a ground-level cleanout, the sewer pipe had to snaked from the vent pipe on the roof. By 6pm the problem had been solved. Will definitely use Rooter Ranger again.

    We had a main drain blockage. This company was the first to respond in a timely manner from the first 6 phone calls I made. They informed us that the main drain was blocked due to roots entering the pipes. They showed us the camera pictures identifying the blocked area. They then told us the bad news. It would cost almost $7,000 to have a section of the driveway concrete removed and dig down 6 feet to replace the damaged pipe. I asked if everything would be be repaired and restored as we originally had it? I specifically mentioned the pavers lining the driveway. I was assured that it would. When the work was done - and they did a wonderful job in a professional manner on the repair - the pavers were essentially placed back on the ground without a concrete foundation. The rock landscape around the area repaired is messed up and looked horrible. This is the normal for any repairs by contractors I have hired in the past. They don’t care if the home owner has to clean up the final product. They think they did the repairs but all the damage they did to the surrounding area is the homeowners problem. I will now have to spend a weekend cleaning up the mess they left behind. Great delivery but slipshod finish. Typical! Otherwise, very hard working crew and friendly service from everyone involved.

    Our experience with rooter ranger was great, working in customer service, I appreciate the time and effort these men took to make sure we felt taken care of. We had a flood in our bathroom that turned into a home renovation project, we had to replace our main water pipe since it was original cast iron from the 40s that was cracked and breaking down. Barney was our initial plumber with rooter ranger, he was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. After he identified the issue he was quick to respond so we could get the renovation completed as quickly as possible. We called to get our clogged kitchen drain cleaned out and the first company gave us a time window 3-6 hours later then called us 5 hours later to say their technician couldn’t make it out until the next day.     I want to thank Michael the Plumber who came out at 1am to unclog my plumbing. It wasn’t just one bathroom it was both and the shower. He came went on the roof and handled his business. The next day he came with his boss to put the camera down the pipe and it needed to be replaced. They got me approved to get the work done and Michael stayed until the inspectors came and he was over all just a very nice person and explained the plumbing. Since I was getting the work done they reimbursed me what I paid for the night before and that was nice.     I cannot thank Rooter Ranger enough for their rapid response time, extremally professional crew, and exceptional communication skills. The kitchen sink drain was a bit slow. Browsed for best plumber. Found Rooter Ranger at the top of the list. After a brief call, tech came out in short order to remove the obstruction with his snake. It continued to hit one problem after another. Camera was then used to see the obstructions. The 70 year old pipe had failed repeatedly from the kitchen and bathroom to the sewer in the alley. Crew started to attack the problem the same day. Now have new sewer line installed in what I consider was record time. Warranty is exceptional. I have placed Rooter Ranger at the top of my plumber list.

    Had the unfortunate issue of a clogged main drain that caused a back up through the toilet and flooded our bathroom yesterday. Were renters, our landlord advised his usual guy was not responding and requested we find a company on our own. After looking at a few other places we decided to call Rooter Ranger. I am glad we did. I called and my first contact was with Bethany. She immediately inquired what our issue was and advised they can have someone out same day within a few hours. Great. She was clear on the pricing, informed us of their current special and let us know the technician would reach out to confirm the appointment. Tony reached out shortly after and said he could be at our residence with 2 hrs. He arrived on time and was very professional. He took his time to try and resolve the issue from the outside access. He was honest and advised that he couldnt reach the blockage from there and would need to pull the toilet up. Thats when he discovered that our drain line layout from the bathroom was in a figure 5 and was preventing him from clearing the blockage in the main drain. He was patient and very informative. He was able to resolve the blockage by accessing the main drain from under the sink where the lines converged. Tony was awesome. Even when our landlord gave him a few issues after he completed the job. I will definitely recommend this company.

    I called rooter ranger and I was connected quickly with a customer service rep that was very courteous and let me know that they would have someone out in approximately 2 hours even though its a Friday night. I said great. Adrian showed up in about an hour. He was courteous as well and went straight to diagnoising my leaky pipe connected to my tub. He quickly found the issue and without trying to tell me plumbing horror stories to jack the price up he told me it was a very minor issue and explained to me what the problem was. He sealed up the leak and didnt charge me since he didnt have to take apart anything or replace anything. He let me know what the cost would be if the pipe replacement had to occur which frankly was more than reasonable. A company with integrity, expertise, and professionalism is unfortunately an exceedingly rare thing, however rooter ranger is one of those companies.     Very happy with our experience! Our kitchen sink backed up on New Years Eve, I was hesitant to call anyone due to the holiday, plus it was already after 5pm. We called a couple of places. The first company was going to charge $125 just to come out, plus the cost of the service. The second company said it would be $400, plus service charges due to them being in their Holiday hours. We took a chance and called a third company, Rooter Ranger, they only charged us for the actual services performed.     The garbage disposal in the house I am renting was leaking. Was recommended Rooter Ranger from a friend. Jesse was extremely punctual when he came out and was very helpful in assessing what needed to be done and the cost for the work and made me feel like an extremely valued customer.     Gabriel is a wonderful guy who came to help me with a drain issue. It was definitely an emergency with a pipe exposed. He is knowledgeable, kind, and very helpful with resolving the issue. He helped me with info to prevent the issue from happening again and he was very fair. I know I can trust this company because of my experience. I called many plumbers and waited to see which would be the quickest. Gabriel called within 30 min and came to my house 10 min after he called.
