Robinson Plumbing was a breath of fresh air. They fixed our sewer line which had failed and sewage came through our kitchen sink. Troy came over, assessed the situation, and walked us through our options. After arriving at the need to do a total line replacement, he offered a price that was half the cost of the nearest competitor. At each step he offered an honest and calm assessment of the situation. His team did an oustanding job on our house. I couldnt be happier with them. I will trust them with all of our future plumbing needs. Thanks, Troy and team!

Troy and his brother Joe have got to be the nicest people and very professional. We needed a plumber in Buckeye, which is a fairly long drive, and couldn’t get anyone local to call us back. I emailed Troy and he responded the next morning and asked me to call him. He set up a time the next day and arrived early. He took care of the issue, which was an issue with old cast iron pipe, and never complained about how bad it was. He just worked through the problems and fixed them. I’ll definitely use him again if I have any plumbing issues.

Troy was upfront and clear about expectations. He kept me updated on the progress with our washer not getting cold water (it was only getting hot water) until it was resolved. He explained things so I would understand, because I know nothing about plumbing. He had to dig up and replace pipes, and left everything clean and good as new. And now our washer gets cold water!
