    Rayne water has been a great service to deal with the hard water in phoenix. They have come out very quickly whenever we do come across issues which is rarely happens but when it does its good to know that they take care of it.Getting soft water has changed the game on my skin, hair and the appliances are thanking me! My appliances are no longer caked in calcium.We appreciate James our technician he is always prompt and kind. He deals with our dogs barking all the time and I thank him for being quick, efficient, and caring. Thank you James!

    We had the best experience with Rayne! Our parents use them so naturally when we bought a house we called them right away to have the water softener system installed in our new home. We will definitely be referring them to our friends and other family members. I am not receiving any type of incentive for this post, they are just genuinely that great! Dakota came to service our home and was very friendly, professional and informative. He answered all of our questions and did a great job with our install.

    Friendly and efficient service and peopleI had my water softening system installed for the whole house and an osmosis drinking water for the kitchen. Dan, the area was extremely efficient and knowledgeable about the company’s products and services, with his assistance I decided to get both a water softener and an osmosis drinking water installed under the kitchen sink. The entire processed was done by Don and Art who are well-seasoned and efficient, it took them about 4 hours (I was originally quoted a 6 hour job), I was very impressed with their skills and knowledge as they explained to me what they were doing and walked me through the entire process of installation the warranty policy. They cleaned up after themselves and put things back where they belonged. One of the greatest features about Rayne water service is that you don’t have to register in order to get covered by warranty, once the system is installed that is when the warranty is activated, it saved a lot of time especially for someone who is as busy as I am. Rayne Water will guide you through the entire time from ETA of technicians to when everything will be ready. I have travelled a lot and stayed at many 5* hotels, today is my second day of using soft water at home, I have to say the water quality is second to none and I want to say even better than the water I am used to at the above mentioned hotels. Kudos to the whole team and my appreciation to everyone from the ladies over the phone to Dan, Don and Art. Thank you!To the new hire, Chris, good luck! You are in good hands.

    I had a Rayne water softener installed in 2017. I’ve had my ups and downs with this unit, having had to have the computer replaced and the resin had to be replaced a couple of years ago. Since then it’s been doing a good job. I also had them install a “Big Blue” chlorine filter. Sun city has terrible water. These units have made the water so much better. One constant over the years has been James delivering my salt. He’s a pleasure, always on time and always a smile on his face. He’s a real asset to this company.

    This service is really great for me, as I am just renting. James is my service rep/tech and delivers a new tank every month which saves me from getting salt and maintaining myself. Great for an elderly single person. James is really great, very professional, knowledgeable and dependable. I cant say enough about him. The downfall of renting is prices increase, so I am sure when getting too high monthly, I will stop.

    Had my new softener installed about a week ago by TJ. He did an amazing job installing, was very neat, courteous, and the installation looks great. From purchase to installation, I feel like the Rayne team has taken great care of me. Enjoying our new soft water and am very happy I selected Rayne Water. I signed up for the salt route and would highly recommend Rayne Water to others.2022 Update: Just a follow up that I have absolutely loved my Rayne water softener.     I have been receiving Rayne soft water service for several years and have always been happy with both the office customer service and the delivery service. I downsized residences after being with Rayne for at least ten years. Signed with Rayne at the new location and was lucky enough to have James again as the delivery person. James is very professional, friendly, always on schedule with a smile and can and provide answers to our questions. If I were a businessman today, I would be trying to steal James knowing he is Outstanding.

    Today Mr. Dakota Olsen, a service tech came to our house to service and update our water softener. He was very efficient, helpful, and took the time to explain what was wrong. We didn’t even know it hadn’t worked for a month. We have done business with Rayne for many years, and this is the first time anyone talked to us about anything.     We had a problem FRIDAY NIGHT and Rayne Water took great care of us! The top blew off the soft water tank - heard the noise but had no idea what caused it . . . until after a couple of hours I heard water splashing outside. There was a flood going, water pouring out of the tank - I shut off the water to the house to stop it and called Rayne. The Answering Service said a tech would call, and soon John and his teen son arrived (10:00 p.m.) to replace the by-pass so we could have water for the weekend - MUCH appreciated! This morning at 7:00 a.m. our driver Gabriel replaced the tank, checking with us to be sure our water pressure was good. All wonderful service! We have been with them for years and always appreciate their prompt care and attention!

    Gabriel Akdzpr exchanges my soft water tanks monthly. He is very good at his job. This month he noticed one of the tank straps needed to be replaced. He took care of the replacement quickly and efficiently. I asked him if he would take a sample of my water to Rayne for testing. He waited while I put together a sample. He is also very careful not to let my dog out of the gate when he comes to my property. I am extremely pleased with his service and highly recommend Gabriel.

    Everything we were promised in installing a water softener and RO system we absolutely received. The drinking water is fantastic, my skin feels so soft, and the laundry comes out fresher.     Art Sena did our install. He is very knowledgeable, did a clean and neat installation, and cleaned up after the job. He also suggested a carbon filter for the irrigation system, explained how it would clean up our problem and we are having it installed. Great job Art!!Rick Greene was our sales rep.     I contacted Rayne and from sales to install my experience has been 5 stars my rep Rick Green came to the house and explained all my different options he was extremely knowledgeable and Art and Chris did my install and Art also explained my unit to me as well. I love that Rayne offers the service of delivering and adding salt if needed for free except for the charge of salt it’s so worth it for a few extra bucks . All while checking to see if everything is running properly . I especially love that.

    We have been going back and forth about wether or not to get a water system for a few months. I can tell the water had a slight smell and the hard water was just out of control. I called Rayne to see about packages and they had someone come to the house and we ended up getting a RO system for the drinking water and a whole home system. Up to this point communication was great, our sales rep was wonderful. I didn’t feel pressured into getting something I didn’t want or could afford. Fast forward to install date. Chris our installer, called the day of and let us know he would be arriving in about 15 minutes. He was very nice, did a great job on the install. The Installation was very clean and he took time to make sure everything was good to go. These guys from start to finish have it together. Wonderful experience! Thank you!

    So I met the area manager Dan at the home show and requested to have an in home estimate for an RO system. Dan was very punctual with my scheduled appointment and did a detailed 30 minute presentation. This included a demonstration of testing our water quality and compared it to Raynes water quality. He was not pushy or salesy, in fact it was quite the opposite. Instead he took the time to educate us on how the RO process works and how their products could improve our situation. He did not pressure us to buy on the spot, he just gave us a brochure and let us know to reach out if we plan on moving forward.We ended up purchasing the RO system and they scheduled a technician named Art to come out just a few days later. Art was extremely polite and professional. He also did a great job cleaning up after he finished the install, which did not take long at all. Believe it or not, we did have a small issue that came up after the install, but it would not of been noticeable during the installation process. I called the area manager Dan and they sent Art back right away to fix the minor issue. It just shows that they are quick to respond with any concerns that their customers have. Also, you can tell the quality of the equipment is top notch and the water faucets they offer are gorgeous!We are extremely pleased with our decision to move forward with Rayne and I am even more happy to know that if I ever have a question or concern down the road that Rayne will be right there to help me. Customer service is even more important to me than price and they definitely deliver in that category. Oh, and I couldnt find anyone that could beat their pricing btw. Most places were 25% more on average and had the same quality equipment! Anyways, you wont be disappointed if you go through Rayne, do it!

    We had a very positive experience with the installation of our Rayne water conditioner. We just replaced the original Rayne Water softener that lasted 17 years, yes 17 years. We did our annual RO water filtration systems filter change out and replaced the 17 year old RO faucet. Don G. was our technician. He was very prompt and brought everything he needed to complete the Filtration System upgrade and the RO repairs. Don brought several RO faucets with him for our final selection prior to replacement install. Don made it a point to explain the installation process before he started installing and he was very thorough with reviewing all the settings and the systems before he left. He was courteous, knowledgeable and wore his mask when appropriate. When he was done, he went thru his checklist and explained all he had done. My husband and I were very pleased and would highly recommend Rayne and especially Don G as our technician. We have been clients of Rayne Water for 17 years and will not change from this reliable company. Installation Date 11/17/2020

    I wanted to give a shout out to John and George, two of Raynes delivery guys. I am expecting an exchange water softener setup a week out. They rolled by my neighbor’s property today, and I asked them if they could do the install. It appears they carry exactly the number of units needed for that day. After looking over their paperwork they saw they could work it out. They rolled the unit over to my spigot and we all realized there was a manifold needed, that they don’t carry. The fact that they couldn’t set it up today is besides the point. I own a business and I teach all my employees to work towards “YES”. Afterall that is what makes our customers happy. Hats off to John and George for doing exactly that.

    Good experience with Rayne Water for our drinking water needs. After the original installer did not bring the correct faucet, Art Sena came out to install the proper faucet. He was thorough, explained more about the care and maintenance of the system, and did a few tests to verify our system was functioning to a high standard. Id recommend Rayne.

    Today marks three weeks since we had our softener, RO, and whole-home filter installed.We worked with Dan Noonan to evaluate our water and discuss options for what we wanted. Dan made it very easy to figure out what would suit us best, and was extremely low-pressure when it came to making the sale. This is one of the main reasons we went with Rayne over some of the competitors that we also had come do an in-home consult.TJ and Don were the installers on our job. They were on time, very professional, and incredibly diligent in their work. Their skills with installing these systems shines in their workmanship. All wires, hoses, and piping (we also had to have them install a loop at the water main since we did not have one already) look absolutely amazing. No attention to detail was spared.I would highly recommend Rayne if you are in the market for any water solutions for your home!

    So long story short, Arthur S. was amazing. Due to a clogged filter, the housing for the filter broke and water was spraying all over my garage and my new car. We got the water turned off, you could truly see what happened. Arthur came in ready to work and quickly figured out was wrong. After explaining everything I had a clear view of all my options. He replaced the housing for the filter and checked to make sure everything was working properly. He was very knowledgeable and told me what to do so it doesnt happen again.     We had Rayne install a water softener and RO system about five years ago and have been very pleased with our water since. We have well water which is very hard, as well as high in arsenic. We call for maintenance once a year for our water to be tested and our filters on the RO changed. Today, Art came by to service our system and I was quite impressed by his knowledge and expertise. He went over and beyond his call of duty giving us tips for helping our systems last and perform well. We have very hard chlorinated water in the area where we reside. Installation actually occurred several days earlier than promised which was a bonus!!! The water tastes good and is exactly like the samples provided. The water filter/softener for the house provides water throughout the house as described.     I have been using a Rayne Water softner in my house for about 3 years now and havent had any problems. Recently we had to have a filtrex service on our unit. The Service Technician TJ came out and serviced our unit and also installed a new whole home pre-filter. TJ was professional, efficient and able to complete the work in a timely manner. We continue to be very happy with the support and service we receive from Rayne.
