I got this recommendation from a neighborhood app, and boy, were they right! I called on Sat, about a leak from our outside faucet, he came today around 8:30. Mario was the plumber, and he was so knowledgeable, and patient with all our questions. He told us step by step what needed to be done. It works great, no leakage.and for a very reasonable price.I would recommend him and Rapid Rooter to anyone with plumbing issues .

Rapid rooter plumbing did an amazing job on my house. They responded quickly when we had a water leak and had us back up and running within an hour. They then came back the same week and fixed the source of the issue. We reached out to multiple plumbing companies that were unwilling to get us water back and pressured us into expensive fixes that were not needed. The people I worked with from rapid rooter plumbing were patient with us answered our questions and gave us exactly what we needed to fix the problem. 10/10 I would use rapid rooter plumbing again for any plumbing issues that I have. They have made a lifelong customer this week.

I highly recommend this plumbing company. Their whole team is excellent in handling your needs. They quickly and efficiently work to please their customer. I had what I thought would just be a clog in the sewer line to finding that the tree damaged the line. They walked me through what to expect. They swiftly set up all the utility companies to arrive and mark for the dig. Within days, they dug, pulled the pipe and replaced with another 26 foot pipe, put my yard back together as well as had the concrete poured for my driveway. Whenever I was about to ask a question they were already one step ahead of me like they were reading my mind!

Rapid Rooter came out to my house again!They are the only Phoenix plumber I trust.Our garbage disposal stopped working and we tried a few things but none of them worked.They came out quickly, and diagnosed us as needing a new disposal. They were able to retrieve one, replaced it promptly and were very affordable.I have used other plumbers in North Phoenix and I dont trust them. They overcharge you and dont fix the problem. With Rapid Rooter you know you are getting the issue fixed and dont have to worry about it again.Thanks, Rapid Rooter!

We hired Chad three times and were happy every time. The first job was a small installation that my husband didnt feel like doing. Chads price including installation was much lower than we expected it to be. (I hope he made money). So latter when we had trouble with our water filtration system we called him again. We thought that we needed a new system and were ready to buy one. But Chad found a small problem in it and fixed it. If he was dishonest he could have sold us a new system but he didnt. Then we hired him again to do another recent job. He worked fast efficient and clean. We couldnt be happier with his services.

This company hands down is the best! Had an issue and got Absolutely screwed by another company by over $500. They didnt fix the problem and had Chad come out and he actually listened to me and didnt try to sell me something. He showed me what the problem was and explained why it was happening. He explained what he was doing to fix it and showed me what to expect in the next few days. here i am a week later and my issues are fixed only wish i would have called them the first go around.

Woke up in the morning to no hot water and a leaking water heater. Called Rapid Rooter 9am and they said they would be out between 2 and 4 that afternoon. At 2:30 Chad showed up and replaced my water heater at a very reasonable cost. When he finished he cleaned up and took the old water heater with him. I had a pipe burst under my slab causing damage to my laundry room. I called Rapid Rooter on the recommendation of a friend that had used them. Chad was able to reroute the water pipe through the attic, saving the pain and aggravation of having to dig up the slab and then repair the concrete and tile. I was very satisfied with the service and they were also a low bid.

I contacted Rapid Rooter in response to a dangerous carbon monoxide buildup in my home. Chad explained to me the thermodynamics of a water heater and how the heat generated from the flame will actually remove the carbon monoxide. Turns out my 17 year old water heater while functioning had become a danger for my pets and my family. Chad quickly assessed the situation, installed a new water heater, supply lines and a new flue at a competitive price. Recently moved into a new house and since the inspector had pointed out a number of issues with my water heater, I decided to check these folks out. Nick came out, gave me multiple options to solve the issue, and did an exemplary job of replacing the water heater. I think their prices are very reasonable. At the end of the day, you can choose superior service that’ll solve your problem the first time or choose some potentially dishonest folks to make the problem worse, and then turn to someone like Nick to make things right. Glad I saved some time and had things done right the first time. I will definitely work with the folks at Rapid Rooter the next time something like this pops up.

Today Nick came out to fix a push valve under my kitchen sink. This has been a problem off and on. The valve would close on its own, possibly because of pressure. Nick made a suggestion to change the valves and I’m so happy with the results. The hot water is running to the faucet and dishwasher and now I can tell if the valve is on or off because they are the turn style valves. Nick was on-time, extremely professional and explained what he was doing every step of the way. I’m very pleased with the level of service he provided. Thanks for your quality workmanship.
