Had a leaking water heater, so I called my warranty company, and they sent out a representative from Pruitts plumbing. Not only was the repair covered, but the on-site technician was in and out of there in no time! Outstanding! If I ever have another issue, Im definitely calling Pruitts Plumbing. The very next day the office did a follow up call to make sure I was satisfied with the repair.

I recently had Pruitt’s Plumbing out to replace two toilets and install new hot and cold connections for my washer, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! Pruitts Plumbing was just at my home making a toilet tank repair.Zach H was very professional and friendly. He did a great job and cleaned up when the work was completed (always a plus in my book) He is welcome anytime back to my home.Misty (Pruitts office) called me in a timely manner to set up the service call appointment, she was also very professional and friendly. Very easy to work with.She offered next day service but I asked for an extra day and she was able to accommodate my request.I have had Pruitts Plumbing to my home in the past and they have always done exceptional work.Love Pruitts Plumbing.

When my home warranty company assigned my leaking pipe issue to Pruitts for servicing, I was pretty nervous looking at the companys online reviews. The scheduler was prompt in reaching out to schedule an appointment, and got someone out to me next day. Marco was prompt, professional, and very helpful. We ended up having more damage than we thought and Marco was instrumental in helping us get everything done and taken care of on the plumbing side of things. We needed a couple more appointments to get everything handled and everyone was friendly, helpful, and skilled. I was so happy with them I actually scheduled them for another unrelated repair and I will likely use them for any other future plumbing issues. Im glad that I gave them a chance and didnt schedule with someone else due to their reviews as we had a great experience all around. It looks like a lot of their negative reviews come from a former employee who was price gouging people but it appears that person is no longer with the company.

An issue was found when he did a scope of the home she wanted to purchase, Getty answered several calls and a list of questions, explaining his concerns about the issue. Landon came out to fix a leaky pipe on our backyard hose/sprinkler system fixture and did an amazing job. He was very friendly and professional and happy to answer any questions I had, and got the leaky pipe replaced in a timely manner. The woman I spoke with to schedule (Im sorry, Im bad with names) was very friendly as well.This was done as part of our home warranty coverage, but I would gladly work with Pruitts Plumbing and Landon directly in the future, and based on this visit I highly recommend them!

My HWH went out on a Sunday, Jared answered the call and told me what to do until he could get here. On Monday Kevin showed up hauled away the old, worked with my home warranty and then on Wednesday Eric showed up installed my new HWH AND stayed until he was sure there were no issues. I got a text message 10 minutes before they showed up AND a phone call too. The service is excellent. I dont use anyone else even if the warranty company suggests someone else. Very respectable technicians that are personable and knowledgeable.

I was VERY skeptical when Pruitt was assigned to handle the warranty of our water heater at first. As I looked online, the reviews were terrible. However, if you ask the right questions and communicate properly, most bad experiences can be avoided - which was our case.I was up front with them about bad reviews and they made it their duty to show me a GOOD experience, which they did. Kudos to them for making it all happen ... Now to the review.Just finished a few days without a water heater due to some leaks. Called Pruitt and they were out and making things happen very quickly. Especially remarkable it all happened on Good friday over a holiday weekend.They came out, assessed damage, gave recommendations which at the time was sever water damage. We were able to fix the water damage over the weekend and then have Pruitt (adam miller who was exceptional) come out to install our new water heater.Bottom line: Great to communicate with, honest and handled the job like a professional. Would easily hire them again.

Plumbers are not all created equally. That acknowledged this organization is a stand out. Ive lived in the valley 35 years and have had more than my share of less than ideal experiences with skilled trades folks. My experience with Pruitt Plumbing was the reason folks hire professionals. Dave was on time, personable, professional and as competent as one could hope for. He installed a new hot water heater and the attention to detail with his install was outstanding. The fit and finish is as nice to look at as it is functional. He resolved a number of issues that easily could have been overlooked. It is clear he takes great pride in his work. Additionally I requested an above and beyond service and he did that as well. The owner Mike Pruitt was consulted for authorization and he too made it known he is dedicated to complete customer satisfaction. I highly recommend these professionals.

I had a Delta faucet become corroded and loose. Pruitts was sent out by my HW company. They said that it needed to be replaced, and followed up with me several times over several months as Delta dragged their feet and send out mounting brackets etc. to avoid sending a faucet. Pruitts was always patient and kind, were prompt to all of our appointments, and gave great service. I also had them replace a water heater, and they did an excellent job. I highly recommend!Update: Had them back 9/24 for a different problem. The tech was professional, courteous, and quick. Perfect!

Ive used Pruitts plumbing for several years. I cant believe Ive never before written a review!They have worked for me both inside and outside of the house. From toilet repairs to dishwasher plumbing. Brent has always been my expert technician for inside work. I ask for him by name!Today they sent Jerod to do outside plumbing which was not covered by my home warranty. The work was checked and rechecked before he left. He replaced the hose bib outside of the house. I knew it was bad. Had been leaking for awhile. It was so corroded that tools didnt work and Jerod had to cut the pipe.The best thing was that their quote was accurate, and the service charge applied to the repair!Pruitts technicians have always been friendly and professional and get the job done right the first time!I highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs!

The technician Jerod arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly, then came up with a practical and effective fix the same day, and he had all the parts and tools needed! My plumber, Adam, was great to work with. He was very good at keeping in contact with me do that I knew just when to expect him. This side showered me to prepare in advance so that he could complete the job as easily and quickly as possible.He worked in a professional manner and communicated very well with my home warranty company so that I got the best solution, not a temporary band-aid quick fix. He asked my opinion about every option that I had to modify my plumbing for a water heater replacement. He got my aged heater up and running long enough to make it to the planned replacement, so I was never without hot water.The customer experience with the office is a different story. They are pleasant and friendly, but they seem to be understaffed. I called them multiple times and was always placed on an extended hold. Then, you can never get back to the person that you were last speaking to and have to explain your situation anew each time you call. They need to hire more dispatchers so that they can answer your call in a timely fashion and be able to have the customer continue a discussion with the same agent.

Within a short period of time , Kyle came to our home and within a short period of time, found that the unit needed replacement. He replaced the garbage disposal with the new one and fix the problem. I had a leaky sink and a leaky hot water tap in the shower. Pruitt’s originally told me when I called on a Monday that they couldn’t come out until the following Friday. While it wasn’t a big deal, I wanted the service done a little quicker, but I was willing to wait.They called the next day and said they had a tech in the area….David the technician was professional, polite and thorough. GREAT service!!!! My water heater was leaking. My home warranty -- One Guard selected Pruitts Plumbing and an appointment was set for Tues, 28 May -- the first work day after Memorial Day. Frankie, the technician, showed up as scheduled and determined that the water heater needed to be replaced -- the bottom had rusted and had a steady leak. Another appointment was set for the following afternoon and he replaced it. He also replaced the feed lines and extended the overflow line to ensure water didnt pool beneath the new water heater. Frankie was courteous, really friendly, polite, knowledgeable and VERY professional. He did a TERRIFIC JOB -- VERY PLEASED!!!! I would recommend Pruitts Plumbing to anyone!!!!! Just a VERY GOOD JOB!!!!

Both Dans were great to work with and very knowledgeable. I really appreciated their expertise and knowledge. There were a few younger team members who were involved in the various on-site appointments who were equally polite and professional, but didnt have Dan Sn. or Dan Jr.s expertise, and I am particularly appreciative of the Dans knowledge. Only area for improvement would be cleaning up after the work is complete, but in the scheme of things thats a pretty small complaint compared to how much I appreciate what the Pruitts Plumbing team did to help us. Pruitts was recommended by my home warranty company. They sent a call and text to inform when the technician would arrive. I appreciated that as I am working from home and it helped me to adjust my schedule properly within the provided arrival window.My only complaint is that I received two different customer service experiences.The first technician left about 30-45 mins after his arrival. He told me I had a broken AAV and the snake he had would not clear the blockage. While doing the job he took a personal call, joked about how close he was to his home and how he would be there in about 30-45 minutes or so. He left my house within that timeframe. I also have to note that prior to him coming the sink would drain, but slowly. After he left the sink would not drain at all.The second technician used a snake identical to Jared’s to clear the blockage. Also, when he noticed that the AAV Pruitts ordered was incorrect he went to Lowe’s purchased the correct part and installed it. I really appreciated that.All in all I’m happy my sink was fixed and is now draining properly.

I have used Pruitts plumbing twice, excellent service both times, first one was a broken pipe in my shower wall James repaired it with minimal tile removal and I also replace all my fixtures And Fossetts for reasonable price.The 2nd time was a leaking water heater electric, Matt showed up on time removed my old water heater and replaced it with a new one and all new fittings within A few hours. The price was right and and from the first phone call they kept me informed of when they would arrive and called again ten minutes before they arrived.Thanks again Pruitts Plumbing for the great service!

This company contracts with our home warranty company. We live 100 miles north of Phx so were concerned about responsiveness. But they came out and assessed the hot water heater the same day we called, a Friday. On Monday they were back at 9:30. Ken competently replaced the water heater and surrounding, no longer meeting code , components. It did cost us $600+ for replacement of all the old components but the home warranty never questioned replacing the water heater. We were very impressed with communication from the office and technical skills of Ken. Great experience!

Adam was my technician for a major stoppage issue with a new house. I was nervous because of the reviews but everyone from the reception to the plumber was amazing. The issue was ongoing and Adam fixed it in one visit. This was through home warranty so I cannot comment on pricing. Great service!!! Javier was amazing, he was on time, very polite and honest. He fixed my 2 issues within 20 mins and was nice enough to tell me about dry wall damage and send a company out to get my bathroom dried up correctly to prevent mold. I would definitely refer all my friends and family to Pruitts plumbing! Everyone we dealt with was very nice! We just bought our first house five months ago, and all of a sudden our water bill and electric bill sky rocketed! And we had tile through out the house cracking, a hot spot on the floor, we called out home warranty company one guard and they sent Pruitts plumbing out. First tech confirmed we had a hot water slab leak! This was something we did not want to hear, especially just a week ago my husband almost lost his finger at work and his pay is being cut, so we can only pay our house and thats it! We are still going to struggle for a few months and there was no way we could afford this! But Mike the manager was beyond kind and tried to work with us but we still couldnt afford even payments! He went above and beyond and got with the owner and they decided to pay it forward to our family!We are beyond thankful and grateful. The gentleman who came to my home to do my repair was very respectful, did his job in a professional manor, was very courteous, and knew what he was doing! my repair was done through a home warranty company and Pruitts was the local plumbing company they sent out! they had a small issue and need to extend my arrival time a bit but they called to ask if it was ok they did not just show up late with out any warring! i would use them again and if i have another issue and they are sent here i will ask for the same worker to come to my home, it is not often that you get a repairman to your home you just want to scream at or throw out the door and my person was that person who actually cared about what he was doing and answered any questions i had!!! 5 plus stars for him

I had a leaking problem in the extended portion of my garage. One Guard contacted Pruitt Plumbing. Mike Pruitt arrived Friday, and after conducting a check, thought I had a slab leak. Mike arranged to be back on Tuesday, the soonest he was available. He quoted me a price of $1,500 out of pocket. Mike arrived promptly on Tuesday morning, and after conducting a thorough leak test he found the source of the leak. It was a pipe leading to one of my water bib on the side of my house. Having 2 other ones, Mike suggested to cap the bib thus eliminating having to run a whole new line. The whole cost of the job was a little over $300. I appreciate Mikes honesty, and will use Pruitt Plumbing again, if needed. You have one very happy & satisfied customer.Thanks Mike😁

Weve just moved to the Phoenix area.The problems that we were having were: our kitchen sink stopped working suddenly and the handle on the bathtub fell off. The plumber that they sent solved both of our problems in less than thirty minutes after arriving.The problem with the kitchen sink was that the batteries underneath it were dead and needed to be replaced. The handle on the bathtub needed a bolt in it tightened.We would highly recommend them for their timely arrival, professionalism and problem solving skills.

Absolutely outstanding response time and customer service. I have never dealt with a more efficient and knowledgeable plumbing service in my life of more than a half century! Our hot water heater began to leak and flooded the garage and seeped into the common wall between the garage and my den. Jeremy from Pruitt Plumbing responded within an hour of the call, Quickly assessed the situation, removed the damaged appliance and looped our water so we would at least have cold water. He called a home restoration company who was also here within an hour and within another hour they had removed the damaged wall, pulled the baseboard inside and rebuilt the pedestal for the heater. So far, I have attempted to find the BEST of THE BEST, as of today I have NOT. They all appear to be just in it for the money. My current one LANDMARK claims to beat out all the competition, to me they fall into the average slot. I was told by the agent at LANDMARK upon asking for help that my 30 gal water heater can only be replaced with the same size 30 gal,so answer me this, the service tech told me they do not make 30 gal water heaters anymore. So, even tho my contract states the following;4. PLUMBING SYSTEMCOVERED: Gas or electric water heaters up to 70 gallons (multiple units covered), including but not limited to failure caused bysediment; tankless water heaters;Im a bit perplexed, I want a company that not just talks the talk but will walk the walk and stand behind every word in the contract not find little loop holes to crawl through. I pay on average nearly 700 dollars a year for this service and on top of that a 70.00 fee immediately for the service call.So, dont you think when I placed my first call for help Id receive a fast, and a somewhat empathetic Landmark agent not one telling me that I might get charged another 70 dollar service call because the plumber needs to return to my home because the problem was not fixed right in the first place? Isnt there any company out there that stands upright doing the right thing??Lets do better its not that hard.

I put in a call to the assigned plumber - Pruitts Plumbing and spike with GM Mike. Instead of saying oh well he sprang into action. He said he would contact the supplier and in a half hour and cut the delivery lead time in half. He took and interest over and above.

Pruitt’s was a pleasure to do business with, from the women at the office to the two plumbers who were out to do the work. Marco and Landon were real pros. I can’t say enough positives about this company! Rock Star Company.
