Sorry for repeating myself I am on my cell doing this review. It is harder to edit on.Tub cartridge needed replacement, which I cant remember replacing since buying the house. We are the original owners. Around 2007.I thought or hoped it would be an easy replacement.It was not. Started Sunday morning 9 a.m. Tub handle would not come off. That should have told me there that it was going to be difficult. Got it off now for the cartridge. It wouldnt budge, not even with the extractor tool for Moen cartridges.I broke the cartridge. I tried to drill the plastic out not realizing it was damaging the valve. This was most of Sunday, so water was shut off to the house for most of the day into the evening. We called Parker and Sons and the tech was an hour and a half out, I said that would work. That was about 8 pm. He arrived after 9. Which we were happy that he made it out to our house.Jacob W gave us an estimate on cost and on how long it would take him, about an hour to fix it. He said he could fix it with the space he was working with. That was good news.(Earlier, in the evening around 6-7 p.m. we had purchased the replacement tub kit at Lowes were Greg, from Lowes, who I was asking for help from -saw my pictures and kindly said that I was not going to be able to use any new cartridge, I looked closer to the pictures and realized I deformed the valve. I would have to have it replaced. He made sure the replacement my husband picked out had a valve and it did. That is when I called Parker and Sons and my husband talked with them while I used Lowes restroom.). Jacob saved us. He said it went faster because we had all the parts. He removed the old valve and put in the new one.Jacob was able to replace the valve, without having to make the hole bigger. He worked and there were no problems.He did not try to up sale anything, he used what we had and finished the job and we had water once again.As soon as Jacob came in the bathroom, gave us an estimate without trying to charge more for other parts that were not needed, and he was going to be able to work within that small hole; I had confidence in his skills as a plumber. Again, I can not tell you how thankful I am for getting, Jacob, on this call out for this problem.Parker and Sons have been great we also, had A/C issues that is how it all started. They do more than just A/C though.Their A/C guy Marc C. is wonderful as well.We are very happy with them.We definitely recommend Parker and Sons for more than just A/C work.

Excellent prompt response to our emergency of a leaking hot water heater. The repairman , Nick, came as promised and worked overtime to complete the replacement. He clearly explained the various options and followed our selection. He had to do extra driving to find the right heater and parts. His dirk was efficient and cleanly done leaving us quite pleased with the experience. Thank you Parker for having this amiable and competent employee. I’ll recommend your business. I’ll tell my neighbor who has replaced two heaters in two years. Imagine that . We feel grateful.

This morning we had Parker & Sons install a new water softening system from Eco Water. They arrived promptly at the appointment time and were very professional and conscientious. They took care of our home without making a great big mess. You don’t see that much care given. They completed the install in just under two hours which consisted of the main unit, a salt tank, an under counter tankless reverse osmosis unit and a hose bib for washing cars. I would not hesitate to recommend Parker & Sons.

So while installing a garage ceiling storage rack I accidentally drilled through the stud and drilled a hole in the hot water tubing. Water started dripping and leaking everywhere from the ceiling, even down the walls out of the floor boards. Of course this happens at 5:30pm on a Sunday but Jose called and arrived so quickly. Luckily I hit the hot water tubing and not the pipes, so he was able to fix it really quick. Jose was very professional and had really good customer service even though he was on his way home from work but got called to my emergency instead. He explained everything to me and was very transparent about pricing. Could not recommend Jose enough!

I had a plumbing issue that started all the sudden on a Sunday afternoon, and not having many plumbing issues in the past I looked up the most recommended in my area and Parker and Sons was top of the list. The online appointment system was super easy and quick and I had a plumber at my door before the scheduled 4 hour appointment window. My tech Devon was very polite and professional and immediately discovered my problem and had it fixed in less than a hour. Will definitely be returning for any future plumbing needs!

Our old water softener treated its last drops of water a couple days ago. Needing a new system, I called around to see what’s available, associated costs and installation time frames. After calling numerous companies I decided to go with Parker & Son’s, I know the quality of their work and wasn’t willing to settle for anything less than their standard. They offer very nice systems from eco water. The salesman was on time, knowledgeable and was not pushy (I appreciate that in a salesperson.) They put together a nice package for us and were able to install it the next day. A few of the companies I contacted were booked out for weeks! Installation was completed in a couple hours by our tech Adam. Great guy, conscientious and meticulous in how he works. The installation is neat and he cleaned up so well after he was finished installing our system, things looked as good or better than when he arrived on the job. He finished up the job by going over the operation of the system, explaining how this system worked, what type of salt to use and how much to add etc. Adam was very thorough on the explanation of features and usage. I’d recommend both Adam and Parker & Sons to anyone. Great products, great people! At Parker & Sons they set the quality standard in the valley.

The team was great as usual. This weekend my 20 year old water softener tank ruptured. The tech was timely and honest that my old system was gonna cost almost as much to repair as a new one. Sales rep came out the next day, and that same afternoon the install tech delivered and installed my new unit. All finished up in 2 days.Stop looking … call Parker & Sons and get it done.

My goodness! Using Parker and Sons was the best service experience I have had in my 76 years on earth. We experienced a blow out of one of our two hot water tanks when I was out of town. Luckily my wife was home and called me. I told her how to turn the water off but the blow out was still messy and put water everywhere in the vicinity. I called Parker and Sons and they had a technician to my house within 30 minutes of the call. Wow!! The technician the sent, Cameron Martin, was EXCELLENT in every way. . .friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable and very experienced. He quickly diagnosed the cause as a faulty pressure relief valve that feeds water to the house from the street connection. Since the valve was malfunctioning the pressure coming into the house was about twice the amount of the safe pressure needed. Upon checking out second water heater and determining it was about four months from warranty expiration and had lots of rust upon draining he recommended replacement of the second unit. I certainly agreed since I saw the results and did not want to experience another issue. While here my wife discussed an issue with the toilet in our master bath. It had a lot of issues. So, the bottom line is we replaced the pressure relief valve, both water heaters and the toilet. Cameron was very efficient and kept me informed of his progress. He had us up and running with the first water heater in a couple of hours and came back the next day to install the second unit. I really can’t express one a few words how impressed we were with Parker and Sons response and most importantly Cameron’s customer service attitude during the entire encounter. I HIHGLY recommend Parker and Sons for any service the offer that you may need. Wow!! I just cannot believe the awesome experience we had with a stressful situation. Thank you Parker and Sons and bless you Cameron Martin for excellent service!!!

We could not be more impressed with Parker and Sons!!! As a local small business we experienced a clogged main drain issue on a late Saturday so we researched Top plumbers in the East Valley online and called them. From the representative on the phone who was understanding and caring recognizing we had to close the business that day- who then scheduled a plumber to arrive within the hour. Travis, the plumber who diagnosed and quickly got to work on our issue to then Matt who followed up two days later with his camera to view 100 feet of piping to recommend next steps if we wanted to take them. Everybody was so amazing and I have already recommended Parker and Sons to my fellow business owners!

The customer service I received from the women who handles the incoming calls was so welcoming. She let me feel as if my issue was a concern to her and was able to schedule a technician to arrive at my house within an hour and a half.The technician who arrived also had great customer service and was very thorough in helping me to understand what was occurring with my system. He was able to repair everything quickly and efficiently and had me up in running in about an hour.Overall, with an AC burning out. Parker and Sons showed up right away when we called to have our AC looked at because it wasnt cooling. Our technician, Harlan, was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He informed us that our capacitor was bad and recommended that we have it replaced. We decided to go ahead with the repairs as well as have a hard start kit installed to help reduce the wear and tear on the unit and prolong its life. We highly recommend Parker and Sons and want to say thank you again to Harlan for the great work.

Parker & Sons has been servicing my heat pump for years. Since it was almost 20 years old, we decided it was time to upgrade. They didnt cook me dinner, frost my cake or teach my child the violin or French, but they did a great job of installing a new heat pump system, a whole house surge protector and refurbishing my breaker box. Not the cheapest in town, but quality work and I trust them. After they left you couldnt even tell they had been here - no mess.

Hi, Parker and Sons, While I was not sure which plumbing company to hire; your company came by recommendation. The situation was complicated because we are renting. Our water heater was not functioning properly and the plumbing technician had to access many options. Marcos Salazar had done the very best job in explaining the process for warranty work and/or replacing the unit. His work is very professional and the way he handled all the details was awesome. We had our water heater installed in 24 hours he is very organized and kept the job site clean. Draining and hauling the old unit to making sure all the fittings on the new unit were properly installed and sealed. I also want to thank Matt, the telephone representative who was very cordial and professional, and he got folks out to my house the same day. Most companies wont do that. My water heater blew and after making an inquiry or two I called Parker & Sons. From the very beginning it was clear they are focused on top notch customer service. From the young lady who took my call, to Josh who arrived within 3 hours to the actual installer they were all focused on providing a great experience! With that said, you pay for it! Only reason I give it 4 stars was due to the cost, it seemed to be excessive but, I was in a bind and didn’t have much of a choice. Superior customer service but it comes with a premium price

Barry from Parker & Sons came to my house on Friday, November 29th, and did a FANTASTIC job of replacing all seven (7) of my fluorescent light fixtures with new LED units. I cant believe what a terrific difference that made in my kitchen, living room & master bedroom. Barry also recommended changing my three (3) smoke detectors (which were 20+ years old) with new maintenance-free units. With my new smoke detectors and new lighting, I feel like my home has been completely transformed...and I know its a LOT safer, too! Barry from P&S was easily the most enjoyable technician Ive ever had come to my home. He was incredibly knowledgeable about both electricity and plumbing (plus he taught me how to correctly use my garbage disposal reset tool!), and he was REALLY pleasant to talk to. On top of all that, Barry worked quickly and efficiently. Parker & Sons has a major asset in Barry, and I cant recommend him enough. The work wasnt cheap, but it was high-quality and worth every penny. When I go to replace my living room ceiling fan next spring, you can bet Ill call P&S and will specifically request Barry.

We had an emergency hot water problem, namely no hot water! We called Parker Brothers and they assured me they could get help to me. They sent plumber Adolfo Alaniz, who contacted me on schedule and kept me informed about his arrival. He arrived on time, we discussed the situation, and he explain carefully what he planned to do before he began work. He examined the hot water heater carefully and thoroughly and then described what he thought the problem was and what he would do. It was not a difficult fix, basically involved making a number of adjustment, and the hot water was restored. He advised on a number of issue related to my water heater. Mr. Alaniz was prompt, courteous, and took care of the problem.

I had a great experience this morning with my service representative of Parker and Sons:, Kyle! I needed a plumber to fix a faucet problem on one of my shower units and not only did he work on this, but he did some extra water quality and pressure testing for me. He ended up being a wealth of knowledge and pointed out some issues I need to get taken care of in the new year. I was actually blown away by the extra effort that he put forth and that’s not a term I use often when it comes to people working in the plumbing industry. I am extremely pleased with the work that was done in the information that he shared with me during his visit. Great job Kyle. Thank you!

Isiah knew exactly what he was doing. I’m not an electrician, but I understand how things “work”. I needed the clarity and understanding to belay certain anxieties and he did that without hesitation. That is the mark of an expert. This certainly reflects on the company. He is an asset. I’m going to have a difficult time using any company, besides Parker & Sons moving forward. They’ve created a customer for life. I used the website to create an appointment and they were here within a few hours. All that was set as an expectation was met perfectly.

I had 3 services done today. Andrew did a great job servicing my Water Softener. Said preformed maintenance on my heating cooling system making sure it was in top condition. Then there was Dennis and James to flush my hot water heater. I’m so glad I had it done. My 50 gallon tank was rusted and needed to be replaced. Even with my water softener and reverse osmosis system I don’t even want to think about how much of that was still in my water. All of the technicians who came were timely, friendly, courteous and informative. Great guys!

I don’t often use Parker and Sons service, however, ever time I do I’m so thankful I called them! Today I called them with a drain problem and they gave me a three hour window which worked perfectly. I noticed I had a huge leak spraying water 15 feet in the air right outside of my garage this morning. My first thought was to call Parker and Sons because I have utilized them numerous times in the past. I was very pleased they were able to schedule a same day appointment for me (no additional cos) and was told someone would be out later this afternoon. Within 5 minutes, I received a call from my service technician indicating he was on the way. Cody Tracy was my technician and I was immediately impressed with his professional and friendly disposition. Cody was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in diagnosing my issue. He took his time to explain everything and ensure that I did not have any additional needs. Not once did I feel like he was rushing or just checking the boxes, but I felt like he was providing genuine support. Hot water tank crashed on a Friday morning. These folks came out and assessed the issue. Obvious remove and replace. Current/optional models were too cost prohibitive. Went with the fiberglass tank replacement. (Combating the hard water stuff) Had the install completed within 24 hours (into Saturday , yes.). Still expensive, but the time line was more critical. Nice folks that installed it as well.

Amazing, made appointment at 4:30 am online and was scheduled on the same day. Lucky for me, they are on the low season. Arrived at 11:00 am and unit was fixed by 12:00 pm, Technician Marcus Ávalos was very thorough and to the point. Explained how the service call fee works and other details before he began to work. Once agreed, he got right to it. Did not have the same physical size part on his vehicle storage but was able to resolve with another part a bit bigger in size but same rating as the bad part. Placed new capacitor and new contact switch back in place and organized everything to fit and place cover back on.

My water heater went out. Shortly after I called PARKER, the technician, Eric Barrera Came out. It was late and he removed the old water tank and replaced it the next day with a new unit. Eric was very kind and empathetic to my needs. I am a retiree and my concern was the cost of a new unit. Eric was meticulous in putting in the new water heater. He explained everything and he was very generous with his time. Eric is a tremendous asset to PARKER & SONS.

I’ve used Parker and sons a few times and they’re always fast, communicative, and do a great job. I think they also hire really nice people because I haven’t felt uncomfortable being alone with anyone from this company in my house, and they’re always nice on the phone. They do fair pricing and tell you an estimate or how much it’s going to be before they get started. Today Brandon and Nik came by and installed and outlet and it was quick and painless. I’ll definitely call them again if I need an electrician!

I’m late updating my review, a few weeks after Parker & Sons repaired my AC, I contacted them about water softeners. Larry came out and presented the different types of products they sold. He was professional, knowledgeable and really provided me with a great customer experience.Several days later, Peyman and Brett arrived to install my softener. Each representative was professional and gave me another great customer experience. They explained in detail the install and like the previous reps, answered any questions that I had. I’m very pleased with the services provided by Parker & Sons and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to others. The prices were reasonable and their customer service is exceptional. I still give this company 5 stars.Special thank you to Brad for coming out on Sunday to repair my AC. Brad was proficient, professional and appeared genuine throughout his assessment of my issue. We bought a new HAVC Unit from Parker & Sons about 1 1/2 ago. Unfortunately our system was not working properly. A tech came on a Saturday and found out a leak in the inside coil. They went beyond helping and trying to make our weekend bearable. Joshua was extremely nice and helpful. They came back on Wednesday to install the part and clean the outside coil. We are now back on track, the A/C works well and the 2 technicians were very friendly and explained very clearly what was wrong and what they were going to do. Our relationship with Parker has been good and we do recommend them.

****Update****: Management from Parker and Sons Electrical division reached out to me and made this right! They sent Tyler Richardson, one of their best electricians, out to inspect the work and correct any deficiencies. Not only did he correct some deficiencies, he found a few issues that were not seen before. What a professional. Parker and Sons also sent out an incredible drywaller (George) to patch up the holes in my ceiling like they had never been there. They showed up at the agreed time and communicated every step of the way during what was a very quick repair. I would have rated this work 5 stars if they had sent these professionals out the first time. Really happy with their work and it seems like the technician I got was an anomaly for them. Thank you.****I called PARKER & Sons to wire up a 4-wire stove outlet. They were initially very responsive, but when the electrician showed up and evaluated the job, he stated that he needed someone skinnier to climb in the attic so the job was postponed a week. The next week my technician shows up again by himself. When I asked where his help was he told me that he should be here. The helper never showed up! The electrician struggled through this wiring job for about 9 hours and finally got the plug installed, but not before cutting several holes in my ceiling which their drywall department will now have to fix. This means another day of my time sitting with drywallers…not happy. Not likely to use this company again.
