    I have used Moon Valley Plumbing in the past and had great service. This time I needed a new hot water heater and was not disappointed. Cole installed a new, larger water heater with expansion tank. I was completely impressed with his knowledge and professionalism at all times. A difficult install was made to look seamless. Cole not only was a top notch service tech but was a patient mentor to the new trainee he had with him. Great company and great people to work with.

    We called Moon Valley Plumbing to confirm for us that a consumer gas line had been previously disconnected so that we could close up a wall in our house. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Scheduling was prompt, the appointment window was very reasonable, and I was informed upfront of the standard service charge. I was notified when the technician was on his way and Jerry arrived on time. Jerry was very professional and friendly. The service was performed efficiently and we were charged a lower fee than anticipated. We had an excellent experience with Moon Valley Plumbing - highly recommended!

    Kenny was outstanding! He investigated a sewer smell in the house and now our bedrooms are free of the smell! He checked everything with a smoke machine, found two leaks and repaired them.     We live in a split level house and have a drain on the bottom floor that can back up into the house if weā€™re having any plumbing issues. Well, today was the day! This is the second time our bottom floor has flooded due to a pipe issue and today we called Moon Valley Plumbing and Rooter to help us with our issue. They were amazing! We called around 11 AM and they had someone to our house by 1 PM. Ryan was our wonderful technician and he explains what he was going to do to troubleshoot the issue and that he would provide a quote before completing any work. Ryan found the issue right away and gave us a quote for the work that needed to be done, which he was able to do during that visit. He spent about an hour, troubleshooting our issue and resolving it and then spent more time, ensuring that our issue was truly resolved by running water through the pipes upstairs and downstairs before he left. What confidence he built with us! Not only was it easy, he took care of our issue right away and weā€™re back up and running. Thank you, Ryan!!! You were awesome! Moon Valley Plumbing is our only call moving forward for all our plumbing needs. Thanks for making a hard situation an easy fix!

    Moon Valley Plumbing came to my rescue, re-piping around a slab leak. They sent out George Medina who assessed the situation and made arrangements to have the leak confirmed and traced. Having that information he made a plan and executed flawlessly. I think what I liked the most was the transparency with which Moon Valley allows you to be informed about exactly what is going to happen and when. A good company a great job.

    Moon Valley Plumbing was fantastic! Weā€™ve been using them for over six years. They were quick to get our service tech, Noah, in contact with us. We needed to replace a valve and kitchen faucet. Due to size restrictions with the faucet, we needed a faucet with specific specs, and Noah was very helpful in locating and installing such within just a few hours. I highly recommend Moon Valley Plumbing.We were in need of Moon Valley Plumbingā€™s assistance again, but this time it was due to a leaking and non-functional water heater. Noah was our service technician again, and as before he was punctual, thorough, efficient, and helpful (Iā€™m always full of questions) - all on Christmas Eve! Thank you Noah!

    Mark was timely, got back to me promptly with a bid price, had a little difficulty getting the office to itemize, but they run a very efficient operation. I will use them to complete my project. This is a postscript: The project turned out to be more difficult than anticipated, Mark was tenacious. It was a 2 man job as the toilet was over 114 pounds, the floor flange had to be replaced, I was billed per the original bid, plus the new flange replacement that could not have been foreseen by anyone, and they were there for 5 hours or more, yet billed me only for the original bid price. They also took away the old toilet, pallet and packing material for the new smart toilet. I would use this company again in a heartbeat.

    Kenny L. with Moon Vally Plumbing was absolutely fantastic. From the first visit to give us a quote, he spent quality time to make sure he had all the details necessary to do the job right.     Jerry was excellent. My only negative was labor cost was too high. $1300. My neighbor had his gas water replaced the next day. His plumber charged him $700 which included a new water heater. I paid for my water heater.Neighbors guy came over to quote me to install a new water softener. He asked what I had paid to have the WH installed. He shook his head. I donā€™t see anything here to justify that charge.

    Called Moon Valley Plumbing for a clog. JC was here right on time, and found the source quickly. He had to do a lot to clear it, getting on the roof of my old house.Liked the service so much I asked him to bid a job that I had a quote from a competitor. Moon Valley beat their bid by a long shot, and were careful to explain everything. Ill call them first next time!

    I called MVP for an estimate on installing 2 toilets, and when Ryan came he not only gave me a really reasonable quote, he said he could start right away. In about 3 hours he had both of the old toilets out and the two new ones in. I was expecting this to take 2 weeks to schedule and it was about 2 days from when I first called to having it completely done. Iā€™ve used MVP several times. Theyā€™re always on time.     Ive been using Moon Valley Plumbing for more than 20 years. Their service is always excellent. Jason came today to help with a clogged drain and a sewer clean-out. He was knowledgeable and personable. He solved the issues and answered all my questions.     We had a water leak on the main line next to the house, Ryan was sent to repair it, he had to dig two feet down in a very difficult spot, it was 110 degrees that day but never complained,spent 5 hours out there. The tech was onsite for approximately 2 hours or less and completed the work as well as provided estimates for additional work as needed. The work was not inexpensive but completed with satisfaction and we would use them again if needed and would recommend them to friends and family.

    I used Moon Valley Plumbing to come out and fix our water filtration system in our home. Kenny came out and replaced the media in the system. We were having issues with the media itself and Kenny took the initiative to call the company that makes the filtration system and the company that makes the media to try to fix the issue. Kenny then stuck with us in removing our old filtration system. He also flushed our whole water system throughout the house too. Kenny was so helpful in attempting to solve the problems with the filtration system. He took multiple phone calls from me to get information on how to solve the issue. He was dedicated to attempting to fix my old filtration system. I am able to trust that the water in my house is clean and healthy thanks to all of Kennys hard work. Any time I have a plumbing issue in the future, I will be calling Moon Valley Plumbing and asking for Kenny.

    We were really happy with our service from Hayden and Moon Valley. They were recommended to us by the guy who located the water leak in our concrete foundation slab and we went with them instead of our home maintenance insurance company because we liked their explanation of the prblem and what they would do. Instead of ripping up the tile and the slab, they rerouted our water through walls and attic using only about 5 drywall holes. They were punctual, they explained everything to both me and my husband without being condescending, they cleaned up after themselves and they were pleasant at every turn. Highly recommend.

I was quoted a timeframe from 11 AM to 1 PM but Cole and Daniel arrived five minutes prior to the 11 oā€™clock timeslot which is greatly appreciated so I wasnā€™t left waiting. I appreciated the professionalism of the diagnosis itself. Cole was very knowledgeable about everything and took the time to explain everything to me, so that I could understand it. Not only was he efficient, but his partner was also very knowledgeable as well. They didnā€™t sit around wasting any time they got the work done and they got it done in a timely manner and the best part was it didnā€™t cost me an arm leg. I really appreciated the professionalism and courtesy given I would recommend them to anyone! They are coming back today to do my work and I will update my experience after.     The installer was actually a few minutes early( love that). He was very clean and very courteous to protect anything that would have got dirt or anything on it. Super fast.     We remodeled a full bath to a walk-in shower. Jerry came to finish it up by sweating some copper pipes, installing the shower control valve to the waterlines. I canā€™t say enough about his friendliness, efficiency, professionalism in doing the job. We had another plumbing job just a couple of days later, We requested to have Jerry come back. And he did. From now on Moon Valley and Jerry get all our business!

    I had just bought a house. It had a couple of things I knew needed to be fixed or replaced, such as the garbage disposal. However replacing the kitchen faucet was not on my radar. However, as I went to pour myself a glass of water, the water came out from under the sink instead of thru the faucet! I called Moon Valley Plumbing in a panic and they were able to send CJ out right away. Mind you - My A/C was out as well that day, but CJ didnt complain at all. He tended to and fixed my faucet issues and even replaced the garbage disposal and the tub faucet in one of my bathrooms as well. The bathroom faucet was a beast to remove, but CJ was a man on a mission and made it happen. He was here for a few hours and managed to address all of my plumbing issues! He was very professional as well as very personable. I would highly recommend Moon Valley Plumbing and CJ to anyone in the Casa Grand area! BIG 5 STARS FROM ME!!

He quoted me a price and charged me less because he was able to save time and money along the way. That is amazing, the honesty and professionalism stand out. Greg, at the office, was awesome as well in getting me scheduled and set up. Dont call any other plumber! As a realtor, I know how hard it is to find good plumbers.
