    We’ve been using Lincoln air for annual check ups and repairs to our AC system. This year, we finally decided to replace the oldest of our two units. Lincoln gave us a great price, and they were able to work with us on a rebate that brought the unit into an affordable price range for us. They even applied the cost of our service call / tuneup to the price of the air conditioner. Their service technicians are beyond thorough. They Took dozens of photos of the whole tuneup process, and went through every photo with us to show us where the one system was working properly, and the other system was clearly in need of replacement. I would absolutely recommend Lincoln air for your HVAC needs.

    Oh my goodness what a great tech and great service! I needed almost immediate help and got it. Justin was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful and courteous. Lincoln Air is my “go to” HVAC company from now on! Thanks Justin!Well, here we are again a couple months later after having Lincoln Air out in May. And once again they have blown me away with their fantastic customer service, timely, action, and so helpful. I had another roof leak and this time it was not my AC unit since it was serviced wonderfully already by Lincoln Air. It was poor roof work on sealing the roof penetrations and vents. After checking the AC unit and finding zero problems, the tech on his own, came back and checked in the attic and confirmed that it was the roof vent leaking from rain. He didn’t have to do that, but we appreciated it so much. I will always call Lincoln Air!

    Really could not give a stronger review. They were the 3rd HVAC company we called about our upstairs not cooling. The company that installed the system could not figure it out after 5 visits. A second HVAC company came out twice and could not find a problem. This company showed up on time and were professional. After an hour they found an electrical problem with the installation and now the system works perfect. The cost of the repair was minimal. My family can now sleep at night since it is cooler. Really happy with them.

Saturday..Justin came went over everything..Took photos and showed the issue and explained it all. Once completed went over replacement parts with more photos.     All of the staff at Lincoln Air are professional and exceedingly helpful. Right from the beginning of the process I felt comfortable doing business with them. They are attentive, courteous and prompt. They went above and beyond what I contracted for and that is a rarity these days. I have no doubt they will be willing to provide whatever I need in the future. BIG kudos, I highly recommend them.UPDATE 9/6/24-My air stopped cooling in the middle of the night and by 6 am it was 89 degrees in here. I called the office and after realizing how critical my particular situation is (health issues) Stephanie was able to get a tech out within an hour or so. Jeff was courteous, knowledgeable and understanding. He identified the issue, performed the repair and had everything back to normal in 20 minutes. BIG shout out to the staff at Lincoln Air!

    Everyone Ive met and spoken to were nice and professional. When I came to a mini split install, Andrew, who installed the unit was nice, professional, and very knowledgeable.As far with the unit, I am pleased at the moment with the performance, but kinda disappointed with the features. It seems a very basic unit. I wish I was more informed about the unit I was getting, but it does the job and that what it matters. Overall, I am satisfied choosing Lincoln Air & Plumbing and would recommend.

    My experience with Lincoln Air has been all good. My heat pump was not producing cold air. I had to have a new heat pump installed. Justin came out to assess the problem. He was on time, professional, courteous and was able to get someone out here within an hour to explain a new, two-stage efficiency heat pump to me. Justin and Rob were both knowledgeable and explained things to me in an easy-to-understand manner. Justin and Andrew did the installation and always asked me if I had any questions throughout the process. Jesse came out the following morning to sync everything with the thermostat. He is very knowledgeable, polite, informative, easy to understand and always asking for my questions. I would highly recommend Lincoln Air.

    My a/c stopped working and Lilcoln Air & Plumbing did an outstanding job from the time I called, until the end of the service. They were able to come to my house the day after I called them which was huge being that no a/c in Arizona is quite miserable. Jeff B was my technician and he was amazing! He did a great job of explaining what was going on, why it was happening, and the next steps he would take. He was very honest and upfront with me throughout the entire process, including informing me of the cost of his services BEFORE he did anything. There was a lot wrong with my a/c unit, but he was able to fix it and make it good as new! I am very pleased with my experience with both Lincoln Air & Plumbing and my technician, Jeff.     Wanted to know if the airflow could be more quiet. Jeff was professional, honest and suggested several ways to reduce the noise. He said first step is to switch to a less restrictive air filter which would definitely help. He then added some additional steps to take later but this was least cost alternative. Thought that was unique in this business based on experiences with other companies. Very pleased with Jeff and Lincoln Air. Will definitely use them again.

    Our AC went out on a Friday evening in Phoenix in July and they were quick to come out Saturday morning. The unit was old and needed to be replaced, using a crane, and they replaced it by Thursday. The guys were professional and courteous. AC works great.     Twice our air conditioner lost its mind. It suddenly switched from cold to full speed heating our home! Keith felt if we werent home, the system would blow up. So I called for help. I actually called so many companies but so many were closed since it was during the weekend. Your company was open! I explained that I not only needed our heat pump repaired, but I also needed the person doing the work to wear only unscented products - laundry soap, shampoo, and deodorant since I have Environmental Illness. When I go into the world, I can wear my mask, but my home is my safe place, and I fear this safe place becoming unsafe. Jesse showed up and proudly told me he wore nothing scented, and he had gone out and bought all new clothes - a shirt, jeans, and tennis shoes to ensure I would be OK. He felt their uniforms would be unsafe for me. He also has allergies and later explained that their uniforms have polymers. He found two problems with our air conditioning system and ordered the parts. After he received the parts, he came back, and did the repairs. I got a call that his arrival would be delayed since he had gone home before he came here on the second day to be sure nothing would affect me. Clearly, his company supported him in his goal to keep me well! Wow, I am thrilled with such kindness and excellence in this world! I am so thankful and amazed!1/2/24 Update:I called again for service because the heat pump in our Casita where my husband had his office constantly made noise. I explained that it was so kind of Jesse to buy new clothes to keep me safe but actually new clothing can be very toxic also. I asked him if he could use only Dr. Bronners baby soap to wash his clothing that he plans to wear, for shower, washing his hair. He said yes! He came and diagnosed that the heat pump needed a new motor. He also said it was installed too close to the ceiling affecting its efficiency since there was no room for the intake and also making it impossible to repair. Then he came back with the new motor. We asked for a quote for him to move the system lower to work properly and be better for service in the future. He gave us a very reasonable quote so we had him do the work. He worked so hard for two days on this job and when he was done our heat pump was working better than it ever had. It was so quiet. Both times he had used only Dr. Bronners baby soap and I did not have any reaction! He kept me and my home safe. He is such an amazing, caring man. I am so thankful and thrilled for all he does and thankful that Lincoln Air clearly supports him to be so excellent.

    Repairman Jeff Brost came to my rescue on a sweltering Sunday afternoon. Jeff was honest about the required repair. He got my AC up and running and gave me some pro tips about routine maintenance.The installation fees were high for warranty work, but that should be no reflection on the service provided.Overall, Id recommend this company for honest service.

    Lincoln Air installed a multi zone Mitsubishi ductless mini split system. I am very pleased with the appearance of the install and the operation of the new unit. I was also pleased with the quality of work by the install crew who did the job in about 5 hours and cleaned up well afterwards. Lincoln Air is a Diamond Elite Mitsubishi contractor, the highest rating. I could not be more satisfied and will be using Lincoln for a future install.

Polite, professional, and experts in their field. Karrissa is the first and last one youll talk to here in Phoenix, and shes the orchestrator from start to finish. Dylan came out to the house to look over the space to cool, temperature expectations, and discuss equipment specifications. Max, with Rod Electric came over and ran the 220v power like it was childs play. Jose and his crew followed right behind Max, and installed the system as though it were their own house. Gabe was actually early, but their technicians text you so you know theyre on the way.     Purchased an .75 ton 9,000 BTU Mitsubishi straight cool Mini Split 24.5 seer from Lincoln Air. After researching different brands, I decided on the Mitsubishi system. I received estimates from Lincoln Air and two HVAC companies for the same unit. Lincoln Air price was by far the best. The installation of the unit went very smoothly, the installers did a great job of hiding the wiring from the unit to the electrical box. I would highly recommend using Lincoln Air.

They also came on a Sunday which happened to be Mother’s Day. The service call was $79. No gouging us for a Sunday or holiday. I could not be happier with the service they provided.     When he arrived I told him that I had a blanket on the floor to catch any water that might drip on the floor. He couldnt get the r/o system canisters open to replace the filters. Then when he got the system open he put the 3 canisters on the floor not the blanket because they had water dripping down. I went and got a towel to mop up the water. He went outside and when he came back in he said Ill figure it out.I asked if everything was okay and he said yes. Maybe needs more training. So if he is the 4th generation maybe the 2nd & 3rd generation need to give more training, especially when it comes to customers property. Im sorry that I didnt take any pictures.

    I’ve had my eye on a Mitsubishi Mini Split for a long time. I wanted one not only as a backup ac unit for our house, but really for our master bedroom which never seems to cool during the summer months. I contacted Lincoln Air who is an authorized Mitsubishi dealer and Dillon came out to our house (wearing a mask, thank you Dillon!!) to give us an estimate. He told us where the best placement would be and what to expect on the day of installation. The crew is all pro, there were no issues with the installation process. It has been two months now and the Mitsubishi Mini Split is a fantastic investment, and we finally have a cool master bedroom. Thanks again!!
