Our tech, Nate, was amazing. He showed up promptly within the promised time window, explained exactly what options we had to clear our compromised drain and completed the work in an efficient and timely manner. We had a very small window to get our issue resolved with most of our office staff gone, they were willing to work to make sure the drain was fixed before everyone returned from vacation. I would highly recommend Elite Rooter and Nate!

You have earned a new customer. Love this plumbing company. All other plumbers gave 4-6 arrival time and elite rooters only gave me 2 hours window. Parker and son said they will arrive next day at ANY time they are available. First time in my life they showed up within 2 hours on Saturday morning. No extra charge for weekends and no travel time charges. Flat fee to fix toilet. Nate, cleaned up mess in my bathroom.

Henry and Erik were AMAZING. We had a plumbing issue that we thought was going to be a quick fix but that swiftly turned into a small construction project. I’m not kidding when I say that within 24 hours they had assessed the situation, started, and completed the project and we were only without the use of one of our bathrooms for a day. This could have been incredibly stressful - especially with the issue being more serious than we thought - but because of their exceptional customer service, great attitudes, and better results we wound up having a positive experience instead of a stressful one and we are very grateful.

Thank you Elite Rooter for the quick response to our kitchen water pipe break causing flooding. Henry and his team arrived with in 2 hours of my call. He was thorough in carrying out his assessment of the problem and in educating me of how to proceed in fixing the problem. The next day Daniel and Jesus arrived to remove tile and cement to reach the broken pipe. They each did a very good job. All the other services arrived as Henry had set up. The professionals (Erik) at Elite Rooter Plumbing secured the damaged Hit Water Heater and coordinated damage control, restoration, and everything else we needed, and then showed up as promised on Christmas Eve to install a new water heater and make our day by restoring hot water to our home. These guys are top of the line. If I could leave 10 stars I would. Working with Nathan was a delight beyond my expectations. He clearly covered everything without missing a beat. By far he’s the best plumber I’ve ever dealt with in all my years.I’m also retired and on a budget and when others companies came out they spit out ridiculous numbers without even checking the flow from the bathrooms to eliminate the problem, Nathan covered it all and found the hidden problem within minutes. My outgoing sewer line was blocked by an invasive tree root. Eric and the guys from Elite Rooter were great. The estimate was fair and the proposed fix was fully explained. And they offered financing options. It only took a few hours for the guys to dig the hole, remove the small section of damaged pipe, and complete the repair. It doesn’t even look like any work was done. I definitely recommend them!

I am a construction project manager and this kind of dedication to their craft is very rare. The work started as soon as the problem was found and they never stopped until the work was done and done right. They literally worked all weekend. 30 hours straight just to get it done, amazing group of plumbers! I have all the confidence that our 1958 house will now work like a house built today just way more Character. My wife and I thank the crew from the bottom of our hearts! On Thursday night, we discovered that our kids toilet had been leaking for several days, maybe even weeks. Upon investigation, my husband found a pin-sized hole in the supply line. Instead of just fixing the supply line, we decided to replace both of our toilets which were from 1979 with new water efficient toilets. On Friday, I contacted a few companies and Elite Rooter responded within a couple of hours and they were able to schedule their technician to come out the following day. The other companies couldnt even get us in until the following week. On Saturday, the technician, Brian K., called to let us know he was on his way. He was courteous, professional, and you could tell he knew what he was doing! After he installed the new toilets, he noticed that one of them didnt flush quite right and he worked on it to ensure that it was working properly before he left. Apparently, it was something that happens often with new Kohler toilets. He left the work areas as clean as when he arrived too, which is a huge plus!! Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and adhered to Covid protocols - I would highly recommend Elite Rooter and plan to call them again when we have plumbing issues in the future.

With a snake camera, the Elite Rooters crew identified the blockage that prevented all toilets from clean flushings. Henry captured the images of blockage with pipe corrosion and roots in the pipe. He proposed a pipe replacement of the bad segment. We worked out a deal, and the crew started digging the next day. Pipe bursting didnt go as plan, but the crew worked diligently to remedy the problem. Edwin kept the communication at every stage of the job both as progress and issue that needed to be resolved.
