The plumber did a good job. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the first time he came out he said it was only to give me an estimate, which is not what I asked for. I wanted the job done immediately. Instead he had to come back the next day to do the job.

These guys are awesome! My house sits on top of a sub floor. I had a sewer smell in my bathroom so I thought one of the plumbing pipes may have broke (even thought my whole house was guttered and remodeled) I have a shower in my bathroom that I never use and he told me the stack may have dried up and that will release the waste smell. All I had to do was run water in it and perhaps start using it. In the days we are living In there are lots of companies out to take a bite out of your pocket. I appreciate the honesty and they will always have me as a return customer. Thank you!

Edwards Plumbing literally saved the day!! We had a water leak all over the drum room. He came immediately, opened the wall and found a leaking copper pipe. Turned off the main water even though we did not know where the main turn off valve was. He found it very quickly. He got supplies and fixed all within an hour. We literally called him our superhero. We are recommending them to all of our family and friends!Update: We had Robert out this past Saturday morning to replace the main water shut-off valve for our home as our builder installed the wrong type of valve that didnt work anyway. I hired Edwards to plumb my laundry room for a utility sink. This is a project Ive been waiting 30 years to start. The existing configuration of studs, plumbing and electrical in that room provided a challenge that can only be described using an adult vocabulary. Trevor swung for the fence and knocked it out of the park in under 4 hours. After I close up the dry wall, the project will be complete. I am very pleased with the job Trevor did and will use Edwards Plumbing again for future projects.

We had a water heater that was misbehaving. We called Edwards and they diagnosed the problem and discussed options with no pressure or hard sales tactics. We considered our options over the course of a week or so then called them to install a tankless system. They were very kind, professional and tidy. I have a bathroom project coming up, and Edwards is the only company I will be calling.

I called Edwards to see what their procedure is to a complete job. After they confirmed our previous job was not done correctly, he decided to pull one of his employees and sent them to our home where they found that a rag and glove was left in pipes. As an individual who has been a homeowner for more than a quarter of a century. I have had both good and bad experiences with companies and people who I have contracted with to do work on my homes. I recently needed plumbing repair work, and I took a shot on Edwards Plumbing, LLC because they had many great reviews. I am happy I did. The reviews were spot on. The father and his son are knowledgeable. Their work is neat. Their pricing is fair, and they appear to really care about the customer and doing the best by them. I plan to use them for all my future plumbing needs.

So although we did not use this business I simply had to write about my positive experience. After making several calls to desperately try and find a plumber on a holiday (today, New Years) I called Edwards Plumbing. While I was on the phone with another company, they called me back and mentioned they could have someone out right away. Within a couple of hours, Robert came out and quoted us for an emergency service and was honest about pricing and with that we decided that we would begin service the following day as opposed to the same day. Robert then set us up with a dry out company since the water damage from our irreparable water heater flooded into our guest bedroom and damaged our floors. They came out within the hour also. In the midst of the chaos, my brother in law called me back and mentioned that he was back in town and offered to help right away. With my tail between my legs I sheepishly called back Margaret and explained the situation and that I would be cancelling the appointment for tomorrow. She was kind and understood and did not give me a hard time despite having every right to do so. They went out of their way to see us in an emergency situation on a holiday no less and still treated us with grace once our family member unexpectedly came through. I will say, that for any and all future plumbing issues, we will be calling Margaret and Robert for any repairs and cannot thank them enough for making time for us today.

Robert from Edwards Plumbing was amazing! Our water heater died a few days before moving day in the destination house, creating a potential disaster in our over. He arrived quickly with very little notice and worked through the afternoon to get the job done. He had several challenges to work with and completed it all thoroughly and professionally. He worked through issues including a main line leak and a very small area to work in. He was kind, polite, and explained every part of the process. Ive worked with several plumbers in the past and this was by far our best experience! I would recommend Robert and Edwards Plumbing in a second!!

We had a leaking pipe in the front yard on a Saturday and we found Edwards Plumbing through Home Advisor. They made the appointment within seconds and arrived within half an hour - lucky for us they were near to our home at the time. We had a large slab leak. Ben Franklin Plumbing told us a full re-pipe was highly recommended for 22k or an unrecommended single pipe reroute could be done for 9k. They charged us $100 for the estimate to boot.We called Edwards Plumbing for a second opinion and we are so glad that we did. Robert came right away, after hours, for a FREE estimate and told us his HONEST and PROFESSIONAL opinion that only a single pipe reroute was necessary. It was a small fraction of the Ben Franklin estimate and it was clear that this plumbing company has integrity. They came the next day and located/fixed our pipe within a couple hours with no issues. I cannot recommend this company enough to someone looking for good work from good people. We will definitely call Edwards Plumbing again if we have plumbing issues in the future.

I was able to be at work while they were working in my home and they locked up when they were finished. It was a time of serious concern when we recently woke up to find that water has been seeping under our newly installed flooring in our hallway and master bedroom. The first thing that came to mind is a busted water pipe under the slap. After a diligent internet search we decided to call Edwards Plumbing. The company had over 150 five star reviews by very satisfied customers. We were told that someone will come to help us between 2 and 3 pm. Sure enough Roger showed up as promised. We lucked out. Roger was not only a knowledgeable professional but also a very kind and fair in charging us.. In no time he found the cause, a leaking refrigerators water line which he promptly repaired. He also arranged for a leak detector specialist to come and make sure that there were no other leaks. Further more, he called a company to initiate the drying process and take care of needed restoration. We cant be more than grateful and satisfied. Thank you Edwards Plumbing!

After having posted an immediate need for a new water heater I received several calls that provided me with necessary information in order to make a decision on which company to go with. I decided to go with Edwards Plumbinh and I couldnt have made a better choice.. The office manager was friendly and explained all the details that they provide and assured me that they could have the unit installed in just a few hours. And the quote was extremely reasonable. And the serviceman showed up as promised and was very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and presented a professional appearance. He had everything on hand to remove the old water heater and to install the new unit. He cleaned the heater closet after installation, no metal filings or excess flux or solder splash on the floor and the new unit looks very nice. If you are looking for prompt service, reasonable pricing and professional servive then go with Edwards Plumbing LLC. Im happy I did.

This is the plumber you want!! They are extremely competitively priced and the work they did was truly exceptional! I really can’t speak highly enough about how they exceeded my expectations. We had a service line leak, a pretty bad one at that, and they came out right away to have a look. The next day they had it completely fixed, but not only that, we couldn’t even tell our front yard had been dug up!! We actually checked the neighbors lawn worried they may have had a mix up in address lol but upon super close inspection were able to find a tiny bit of evidence the digging had occurred. I’m so impressed with their work! They made the whole stressful ordeal so easy from start to finish. I will most definitely use them for any future plumbing needs and will be recommending them to others. Seriously, do yourself a favor and choose this company for your plumbing problem!Edit: Turns out I needed a plumber for a kitchen sink drain clog yesterday and luckily I knew exactly who to call! I wish this company was more than just plumbing because I would call them for everything. They came out quickly and got the job done for a fair price. We had Robert come handle some repairs for us. When it was over, instead of being more stressed, we were totally relieved. Robert is the opposite of everybody else. Hes not just really, really good at what he does, but he understands customer needs: hes on time, he talks through things and gives plenty of information, hes careful with your house, and he doesnt give you surprises on your bill. Plus his prices are very reasonable--hes not the cheapest low-baller in town, but he also isnt ripping you off like some of those larger companies. My water heater blew up and Robert Edwards, the owner along with his son, came out at 10PM at night and made sure the water heater was turned off and then he helped me get Copper State out to start up the fans! He didnt charge me a dime and said If I decided to go with him to replace the water heater he would do a great job WOW, of course I used him! Im a VP of Business Development at Equity Title Agency and I get asked by Realtors all the time for referrals...Edwards Plumbing is at the top of my list!

Eighteen months ago we purchased a house that was built 37 years ago. During a recent remodel we changed out some sink faucets and a shower head and shower valve. We have used Edwards Plumbing three times now. Once for two bathroom faucet installs. which resulted in 4 new valve installed, and again for 4 valve change-outs under the kitchen sink and 2nd bathroom sink (all 8 valves were frozen due to corrosion, and 3 of the valves broke off in an attempt to turn them off... so be sure to turn off the water main to the house before starting... which Edwards Plumbing did). The shower install in the 2nd bath went well and without a problem. We were pleased with their work and would use them again for our future plumbing needs. NOTE: Plumbers are not cheap, so be sure to close and re-open all the water valves in your house monthly. Do thie for all valves which you can access, hot and cold sink, washing machine valves, and any other hot, or cold water valves you have (as recommended to us by Edwards Plumbing). It will keep your water valves from freezing up, prolong their life, and possibly prolonging the need to replace them. If the valve will not turn off, and you are unable to access the valves yourself (or if you are link me and are just to old to crawl under a sink) call Edwards Plumbing. The did a great job for us.

They were professional and timely. My hot water went out on Friday morning and of course my warranty could not even come to check it until monday. I knew it would have to be replaced and that would mean more delay through my home warranty. More days without hot water! So I opted to call a plumber myself and pay for it. I called Edwards and they came out the next morning, confirmed that the heater had to be replaced AND had it replaced by that afternoon! They were very knowledgeable and even suggested that I get an electrician in to see why the heater kept having a problem. The short story is that they are TRUSTWORTHY and PROMPT. They are not inexpensive, but they are worth every penny! I will definitely use them again if I need plumbing repairs.

These guys are great! I had 4 plumbers come in before Edwards. The first 3 had no idea or only a vague idea what was wrong but told me I needed to completely tear down my existing shower/bath and replace the entire thing. The 4th plumber was Parker and Sons and they told me they can fix the problem but their price was outrageous and it was going to take several hours. The 5th plumber was Edwards Plumbing. The son/father team arrived and looked at the issue. Then went to get the right parts then came back and had the entire job done in less than an hour for significantly less than anyone else was going to charge.
