I returned from vacation to find a puddle in my front yard and a very large water bill. I called Donley plumbing to investigate and they came out the next morning. The leak was right at the water meter and all indicators said it was on my end, not the cities, that’s not good news in a 45 year old house. Estimate is $6400.00 to replace the supply line from the curb to my home. If it were anyone else I would have shopped it around but my 25 years with Donley has taught be to trust them.The next morning plumbers Joshua and Kevin returned to start the repairs. They pumped out the puddle and discovered the leak was actually on the cities side and their responsibility… great news!!! But there were indicators of a possible related issue, a slab leak. Likely not as expensive but still several thousand dollars, not good news!!!Both guys worked diligently to eliminate any other issues that may give a false reading and in doing so found it was not a slab leak at all. I ended up paying $150.00 diagnostics and the city is coming to take care of there end of the leak for free!!The honesty and integrity of both Joshua and Kevin is rare these days, most companies would have performed the unnecessary repairs and charged me $6400.00. It is because of people like Joshua and Kevin that I have been a loyal 25 year customer of Donley and will continue to be. Highly recommend them for plumbing and AC repairs!!

The technician who responded to my inquiry,Sean, was extremely personable and professional. He was timely in his arrival and honest. He explained all the work that needed to be done. He was even able to lessen the sticker shock by explaining in detail how the pricing platform works and rising costs in materials and labor. The explanation made the agreed to repair more palatable. I would use Donley again without a doubt.

Very, very pleased with the work that was done for me. I thought I was going to need a significant amount of work to be done and Seth showed me that it would be a simple repair. He gets bonus points for not laughing at how badly I misunderstood the problem! For a second issue, he quickly found the cause and took the time to work with me to find the best replacement part to match my existing fixtures. Appointments were scheduled quickly and he showed up right on time. Really couldnt have asked for anything more.

I highly recommend this company. They come out promptly and fix the problem. They do not overcharge extremely fair with their prices. I have had one unit replaced and no issues since 2022 and I’m going to have a second unit replaced. That’s very old this month.. The service technicians are very knowledgeable and polite. They come in and quickly solve the problem. They’re never pushy. and they always give you options to choose from that fit your budget.

On time and very professional.Now it is a few months later and I had Mike again as a service technician, he was extremely professional and very personable. Sean was very knowledgeable and helped me understand the options on the water softner. He noticed the high pressure cave and shutoff on house were installed not in compliance with code.He checked the pressure and it exceeded where it needed to be and not damage the head on water softener. The sprinkler system also lacked a shutoff valve. He was able to correct those things during visit. I think Sean was exceptional and did the install very quickly. I was very satisfied with the work

Our A/C wouldnt stop blowing cold air and wouldnt respond to the thermostat.Two technicians took a couple of hours to finally diagnose the problem.The issue took an entire day to get repaired as it needed specialized parts.Technician Kirk was very knowledgeable, and experienced.His demeanor throughout the entire process was very professional and friendly.I highly command him as an asset to the Donley A/C company and would be proud to have him address all my A / C problems.Im happy with the workmanship of the company and highly recommend them, especially Technician Kirk.

We had an intermittent problem of extremely low water pressure. Technician Brian Pikula quickly diagnosed the problem as a failing water softener unit. At our request, he removed the unit and rerouted the connecting water pipes. Brian was very friendly, courteous and professional. I would give 50 stars if I could for Juan. He has worked at our home a few times and is always amazing, but yesterday topped it all. My husband was just released from the hospital and we came home to a house that was 84 degrees with air not working at 545 pm. I called the office and they said Juan was on call. He came ad it was getting dark and we needed a new motor outside. He had heard my husband was just out of the hospital and said he would stay and get it done. He did not finish till after 9:00 and was so kind and thoughtful. We had air running by 9 pm and we were able to stay home. THANK YOU JUAN FOR BEING SO AMAZING!!!!!

I have been with Donley for over 25 years. They offer professional service from the office staff to the technicians. Their prices are more than fair. They are trustworthy and honest.Their technicians are knowledgeable and proficient and they display a high level of workmanship. They are also friendly, helpful and wonderful about answering questions. I just had my second HVAC unit installed by them. They were prompt in responding to the problems I was having and replaced the unit as quickly as possible seeing the weather was very hot. I have also had Donley address my plumbing problems. This past Saturday, Matthew from the plumbing department on Donley A/C and Plumbing replaced an insinkerator in our kitchen and a water pressure valve outside. Our garbage disposal leaked on Friday. I was at an all day conference when I received a call from my wife who praised Matthew for his work and willingness to go an extra mile. She said he caulked around a hole in the cabinet backboard where a water line to our refrigerator is. This in an effort to seal the cabinet..From the time I called in for service, Friday, to the time, I believe Deborah called my wife in the morning, through the completion of work ~ everything clicked.We have a 30+ year relationship with this company. Service, solutions, integrity, and personal treatment are on the front grille.

I had my water heater finally go out after 5 years of being in the house (The water heater was 14 years old so I was not that upset about it). I received Donley as a recommendation and submitted a form on Sunday via their website, received a call from Simone about an hour or two later to get additional information on the water heater I had, the space we would be installing it, schedule my appointment and received email confirmation of the appointment all at the same time. The next morning I received a call and a follow-up text from my assigned technician, Travis M. We were able to confirm my replacement heater and he arrived during the designated time I was originally provided and removed and hooked up my new heater with ease. I have had some service work done in my short time in AZ but this was by far the best customer service I have received from beginning to end. Travis walked me through everything he was doing, answered all of my random questions and we just shared stories while he worked. I would recommend this company for sure and if you happen to live in Pinal County, I would recommend Travis any day of the week. Thank you again for the quick turnaround and amazing service.

This is our first experience with Donley. Our AC unit failed in the middle of the night on a Sunday. Yeah. I found Donley through the Better Business Bureau and was impressed with their credentials. Daniel, our technician, wasnt able to get here until Monday afternoon. However, he diagnosed the problem, took pictures to support his findings and had the repair completed within about an hour. We have decided it is time to look at replacing our system based on some very important information about our current unit not previously disclosed by several other companies. Hopefully we will be able to work with Donley on the replacement. For very professional conduct and thorough diagnostics, I certainly recommend Donley. I will update my review if they install a new unit.February 2024: Since first posting this review, Donley has replaced our HVAC system and our water heater. We are VERY satisfied customers! They are knowledgeable, professional, on time, their prices are fair and everyone is NICE. We trust Donley and feel confident they will stand behind their work. We also feel lucky to have found them as another very well known company had really tried to take advantage of us.

Donley AC & Plumbing is a wonderful company! Donley had replaced my neighbors system a few weeks ago and they had been very happy with the service.Zach was out within a couple of hours of my call. He was very professional and I felt I could trust his recommendations. It was already clear I would need to replace the condenser, if not the whole system. Zach went over everything and I felt confident making the decision to replace the whole thing.Scott Tinsdale had done the estimate for my neighbors so he was able to squeeze me in for quick estimate the next day. He got me on the schedule as soon as possible for the replacement.I cannot say enough about Miguel Contreras (you are awesome) and his crew, Victor & Chris! They were wonderful. It was a long job, but they were polite, cheerful, and professional the whole time. From start to finish, they did everything possible to keep the mess to a minimum. Within four hours of contacting them, a plumber was sent to my house to give me a quote for a new water heater It was recommended it be replaced by another company due to being plugged with sediment. Technician offered a different option so it could be drained since it was working and the tank not leaking. The cost was 5x less than a new water heater. Repair and draining of water heater was completed and it is good to go. They were the only company who even offered this solution when getting quotes and no attempt to sell me more, which I really appreciate. I will definitely call them again if I need something.

We heard about Donley AC on AZ Family channel 3 and called them because our AC was not working. A tech came out and inspected the unit, and informed us of the repair choices, we chose to have a new unit installed. Their salesmen came to our house and provided choices of units. We went with a Goodman unit, and very satisfied with the price and quality. My sister in law told me that their AC unit was acting up, they did call a different AC company who wanted to charge them quite bit. I told my sister in law about Donley AC, my sister Rachel called Donley AC and explained their AC issues and the fact my sister has been diagnosed with cancer and after her treatments her body gets very hot. They sent a tech named Jason, he went to her house, said they did not have a leak and did not need to get a new unit like as they have been told from the other place. Jason was there for over an hour and did some maintenance work and did not charge my sister. This just goes to show that Donley AC is about honesty and professionalism and caring. Been using Donley for all my plumbing needs on the property I manage. Customer Service is outstanding, and every tech is professional and informative. Every work order is followed up with a phone call when a tech will arrive. They have a great response time for emergency.
