    We had an older Hot water heater fail and the timing of these things is never good. A neighbor had passed along he used CopperStone Plumbing and was extremely satisfied. We reached out and the next morning Clint show up do remarkable work. Price was exactly what I was quoted and my observations is they DONT cut corners. Extra time was taking on all fastenings installed and when done it was a good feeling of satisfied work completed on our home. Im sold, it was quality work and piece of mind. There are lots of other good plumbers out in the phoenix area, but if you read the reviews, CopperStone has a consistent standard thats really very strong. Will be using them as our go to plumbing needs in the future. Thank you again CopperStone for the thorough and professional work.

    I wish I could give them 10 stars!When I need someone new for something in my house I go to the internet to start my research. All their 5 star reviews made me decide to call them. The lady that answered the phone was very nice so I decided to schedule CopperStone. I am so pleased. It was a hard job replacing the faucet hose. Clint was so nice(to my dog, too) and the price was great! CopperStone Plumbing is the one I plan to call for all my future plumbing needs.

    I needed my hot water heater relit. I called a big name company Ive been using for 4 years, pay a monthly fee for services and bought a new ac unit from. They told they wouldnt attempt to light it because it was old.(2012) They offered me a new water heater with install up to code for $3,300. (Yeah I know) So 22 days later I was given this companys number from sw gas. Great customer service. Clint was here within a couple hours and it was back on. Now I was given a good quote for a new one when actually needed. Mind you for nearly 1/2 the price. Saved me a lot of money I didnt even have! I was happy with the whole experience. This will be the company I use for now on. Thank you!!

    Have used CopperStone twice and been very satisfied with their work. The most recent issue was that our water heater went out. They were able to respond and start installing a new replacement in under two hours. They pointed out an issue with the previous water heater installation and fixed that. We were happy with Job on our first issue and Clint on this one. Jaime in the office was great both times. These are our go to plumbers. Thanks again, Copperstone Plumbing.

    We had CopperStone Plumbing come out and do a water heater install. Trent showed up on time, did a high quality job, and was pleasant to talk to. The installation overall went great! Professional from start to finish! The new hot water heater is working great!Also, I wanted to say, we didnt experience any attempts at upsells by this company and the bill was reasonable for the work done. Its hard to find a good, honest plumber, but Ive now added Copperstone Plumbing to my list of vendors I will use. In fact, I have already booked Copperstone to resend Trent out for a future job installing new hardware on a shower. Highly Recommended!

    Absolutely the best in the West! Job is our go to guy for all our plumbing needs. He did fabulous work in our bathroom renovation last year, now we are doing our kitchen renovation.     Amazing service! They sent someone out the day after I called - I had a leaking kitchen sink and leaking valves in laundry room. Kitchen sink part was replaced within 30 minutes. The valves in my laundry room were replaced - they were old and corroded - and he found another leak from the drainage pipe down in the wall which was causing water to run out onto floor in my garage. That pipe was also replaced. He even replaced my washing machine hoses! Clint was so friendly and helpful; he kept me updated the whole time. I highly recommend these guys!

    Job was great to work with. I have had him out a few times to install a water softener and reverse osmosis system and it was done great. He also recently came out for a water leak I had on short notice and took care of it. He has always been professional and great. I would highly recommend his business for any plumbing issues you have.

    CopperStone Plumbing was great. He came out and changed the anode rod in our water heater. He educated on me what an anode rod was and why you should service your water heater. This saved us hundreds of dollars instead of just replacing our aging water heater. I will definitely use them for all our plumbing needs.

    This family-owned business earned our confidence and trust right from the get-go. From a friendly, courteous voice on the phone to the can-do attitude Clint demonstrated when he sized up the project, we could not have been more pleased and satisfied with the outcome.     Jobe and Clint did an amazing job on my project, adding clean outs and getting out an old rusted snake out of my main sewer line. The biggest reason I loved their services, they were HONEST. Unlike the previous plumber, they did a proper inspection and found the abandoned snake seen in the photos and were able to fully clear the line of it. Jobe was also happy to provide video footage of his initial inspection so that I could see exactly what what going on. Very fair pricing, quick work, personable guys and on time. WOULD RECOMMEND HIGHLY

    My regular plumber and friend referred me to Job at Copperstone because he is an expert in tankless water heaters. He was so right. The install is cleaner than any photos of installs I saw online, great attention to detail. He is a perfectionist.They needed to drill a 2-3” hole through solid block wall for a vent tube and it was done so well that I didn’t have to clean up after or even re-paint anything. This was an added step that cost them to add a guy to the job and a trip to get parts and tools but they stayed an hour later so they could finish that day and they finished under budget! That never happens. I highly recommend Copperstone Plumbing!

    Copperstone Plumbing is by far the best plumbing company in the valley! We have used them in both our commercial office and in our home and you will not find a more professional, honest or competent company! Their work is exceptional. They would never try to mislead or confuse you. They are honest and have fair prices. If you have a job to do I would recommend calling Jamie and schedule your appointment. They really are the best!

    Copperstone is the plumber Ill be calling from now on.Having owned a business I can tell you that, no matter how hard working, skilled, perfection driven, and conscientious you are, something will get past you. The most revealing time is what a business does when something actually does get past them.I had an upstairs bathtub leak. Testing and logic indicated it was a seal on the drain. It was replaced, and further testing revealed no leak.Since the tub hadnt been used for a while, I started cleaning it the next day. My wife alerted me from downstairs that it was leaking again. I called Copperstone, and the owner came out that afternoon. It was discovered that the plumbing was installed poorly when the house was built 20 years ago. When water hit a certain fitting at a certain angle, it was able to seep behind that fitting. When cleaning the shower walls, I had sprayed water directly onto this area, flooding the small nearly-invisible opening. Splash from normal showering would allow just a little water behind it. Owner, Job, worked tirelessly for hours from below the shower (in the master closet) to repair the leak. He could have opened an upstairs bedroom wall behind the tub, but didnt in order to minimize tearout damage.Herere the take-aways:-Despite a full schedule, I was booked for an appt the same day I initially called,-They were on time,-The first plumber, Clint, was methodical with his approach to finding the leak,-Clint was also very friendly, and we shot the breeze several times, even offering each other suggestions for non-plumbing related issues - time, of course, I was not billed for,-When the subsequent leak was discovered the next day, Job came out that afternoon (again, despite a full schedule),-Job, like Clint, was also friendly, and respectful of my house (he worked in an inconvenient area to avoid opening another wall that would have added time, expense, and inconvenience). It didnt treat my home as a construction area, as many repairmen do, and-Since the subsequent leak was still a leak, I expected to get another bill, which I did. But it was much less than I expected, and did not reflect the full time spent on the subsequent leak.That second bill reflected one very important thing. I think there was an allowance for them not being perfect at their initial visit. Of course, being perfect is impossible, and that subsequent leak was a zebra, not a horse. A drain leak was found, and further testing revealed no other leaks. There would have been no reason to think another area of the tub was leaking.But its that attitude of being driven to perfection that sets certain businesses apart. Copperstone is one of those businesses.I spent more time than normal on this review because I was so impressed with Clint and Job, and with the way they handled follow-up. Ive dealt with all types of tradesmen professionally for decades, and I happen to be one of those perfectionists. Copperstone understands that if your priority is doing the best possible job, the money will take care of itself.
