    CNJ Services did a really good job removing new malfunctioning water heater and installing new water heater to our home. Tech was Dino he was fast and courteous, did a great job, we are happy.

    Been a customer for a number of years and always had great service. I recently had a water leak in the kitchen. CNJ quickly sent out Diego to diagnose the problem which was very appreciated. Had a leak in the wall. They sent another company to demo the area. Then CNJ again quickly sent out Diego to repair the leak. Diego was very professional and knowledgeable. He also noticed another problem that he came back a couple of days later to fix while the drywall was still down. This saved a problem down the road. Thanks CNJ and Diego!

    We had a problem with our hot water tank that needed prompt attention. CJN was able to get a tech out the day we called to schedule an appointment. Diego did an excellent job diagnosing the problem (deteriorated anode rods) got the part ordered and was back the next day.We also had problems with two faucets in our bathroom sinks. Diego fixed one when he was here and they had to contact Delta for parts on the other one. Delta originally told them that faucet was discontinued - so too bad. CNJ refused to accept this answer and escalated it to a Delta supervisor. They persisted until Delta found the repair parts even though the line was discontinued. They are prompt, knowledgeable, professional and go the extra mile. Weve used them before and they are 5 Stars.Lee B

    Technician Diego came by today in the scheduled time frame, and did an excellent job fixing my broken pipe bib. Highly recommend him and CNJ services from the moment that reached out to the office through my home warranty to the interaction with Diego. He made sure to ensure that everything worked correctly and no leaks before he left. Great overall service. Thank you Diego!

    I called CNJ late Sunday evening for a clogged main drain at my home. They were responsive and were able to be out the next morning. Costa in the office was amazing with communicating when they would be out and followed up after the job. Dino was the plumber dispatched to my home. He was professional and was able to resolve our plumbing issue quickly. The owner even stopped by to make sure the job was going smoothly. I cant thank CNJ enough for helping me out.

    We had a great experience with this company! Our water heater busted and our home warranty company contacted CNJ Services to repair the water heater. Vince came out the next day to diagnose and made it so that our water could be on while we waited for a new water heater, which he came to install the next day (on a Saturday). Vince was very professional, arrived on time, explained everything well, and was honest with pricing (our Old Republic home warranty covered everything). He did great work! The receptionist was quick and friendly to schedule the service appointments. We are happy with service they provided.

    They called me the morning of my appointment asking if they could come early. I was actually able to make that happen. So George came. He was very thorough and checked everything. My home warranty sent some real unprofessional companies in the past. CNJ Services is not one of them. George explained everything to me fully and showed me on his leak detection meter. The plumbers the home warranty sent before that were in the house a total of 6 mins. George took his time to actually help me figure out what was going on. Then the office got me the paperwork I needed to send to my homeowners insurance. CNJ will be back out to actually fix the issue once I get the wall opened up for them to do so.

    I was assigned CNJ through my home warranty company. Had the warranty for 18 years and you never know what you are going to get as they assign you contractors randomly. I can say this company was responsive and flexible with scheduling. I did have some out of pocket costs that was not covered by the home warranty and they are reasonably priced. I am saving their info in case I need a plumber outside of my home warranty. Thank you!

    The comments here are brutal, im glad to say I didnt have such a terrible experience with my water heater replacement. i had read the reviews before I made the call and was pretty skeptical but thought Id at least give them a shot since they were contracted with my home warranty AHS.Karen in the office was responsive and good to talk to, and the technician Vince was knowledgeable and good to work with as well. Vince came out and installed a new one and no problems with it so far. I had a pretty basic case though, electric 50 gallon tank with no water damage to surroundings so maybe that had something to do with it. I would have rated 5 stars but the installation cost seemed too high, but they were contracted through the home warranty company and I didnt want to deal with trying to switch all that around. At this point, as long as they got the job done and done well I was okay with slightly overpaying for installation if it came to that. So far so good! Hopefully the new one holds out for a while.

    From the moment of my initial contact with customer service till the installation, it was an AWESOME experience for me. CNJ really understands customer service and makes sure you, the customer, is satisfied. They were pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. Although one never wants to have a plumbing issue, like my water heater replacement, dealing with nice folks makes the misery somehow enjoyable. Job well done CNJ team. Many thanks!

    Just had Brandon from CNJ Services come out since that is who our home warranty company American Home Shield contracted with to replace our water heater. Brandon was on time and did an amazing job replacing everything that needed to be replaced. Such a friendly guy, I like the fact that he didnt seem bothered by having lite conversations with me. I would definitely recommend CNJ to anyone who needs plumbing needs. The finished project looks better than it was before. Thanks Brandon.

    We bought a new hot-rod commode and these are the folks the store choose for the delivery and installation. Got a call from a real polite gentleman at CNJ that same day and they gave me a 10am to 1pm window for the very next day. As 10am approached the company made where I could easily track the technicians location and the likely time of arrival. It worked perfectly. Arrived at 10:20am. The tech himself was cordial, well informed and very quick. This is the first time Ive ever experienced such a flawless performance from delivery/install folks. Id recommend CNJ plumbing to anyone. Just sorry I didnt get the plumbers name so I could mention him in this post.

    CNJ was a third party vendor through Loews that came out to replace my water heater. After two days of working with overpriced and not very motivated local plumbers, this was a success. Diego from CNJ showed up on time and masked up immediately. Diego introduced himself, and explained what he was going to do and approximately how long it would take. Diego then explained how the new system worked and made recommendations on how to maintain the drum. He was friendly efficient, and thorough. Great customer service that won him a new customer. Thank you!

    Soon after moving into our home we started having plumbing issues and our home warranty company sent CNJ out. We needed to have all of our underground plumbing replaced. I’d like to give a big thumps up to CNJ. They treated us like we were their parents. They were kind, concerned, courteous and, best of all, efficient. They did what they said would do, in the time they said they would do it. I would highly recommend them.

    Called my home warranty company,American Home Shield because my hot water tank was leaking. Diego from CNJ came out and evaluated the problem and submitted a claim to AHS as is AHS policy. The claim was approved and Diego came back did a great job and is a great kid. When CNJ called to set up an time for replacement they stated that there would be some things that AHS would not pay for, which Diego warned me about. AHS would not pay for a new gas line to the tank, or new water lines to and from the tank, they also wanted to replace a shut off valve that wasnt working( which I knew about) and put a pan under the tank to help protect from future leaks. I gladly paid for these additional costs because I felt that they were practical and necessary to do the job correctly. AHS should have paid for these other costs. CNJ did a great job, but I now realize that I have the wrong Home Warrant Service and will be changing companies.

    Dino came out the same day to look at our kitchen drain. He was able to give us a very reasonable estimate and had the drain flowing like new again in a short time. We highly recommend CNJ for any plumbing needs

    CNJ is great - I have referred them to friends who were very satisfied with their work and prices. They recently went to my father in laws house and helped quickly identify what the issue was and even took the time to talk to the roofer to be sure that everything was clear and we had a direction to go. They called me and followed up as I had requested. Great fast and friendly service!

    Had a CNJ come to my house to do something for Lowes. They had great service. I sadly found out that the services that I just purchased from another Plummer, Christian Brothers, would have been less than half the cost. This company does not advertise on TV. I would highly recommend them.The tech that I had was named Brandon. He did a great job!

    Picked by my home warranty company, but I’d request them again and refer them. Very quick and efficient. I’ve had a lot of things fixed around the house and they were one of the few companies that gave me a reasonable time frame as to when they would show up and they were on time. Plus very nice 🙂

    My disposal broke. It sounded like my silverware set was in it. C&J sent Roger out to fix it. He was friendly, neat, clean and professional. It took him 20 minutes to do what would have take me, a couple of friends, a floor jack, some blood and bad language a couple of hours to accomplish. What a good decision to call C&J. Try them. Youll be pleased.

    CNJ is a very professional business. We found them through our home warranty company. After trying to use another company who never showed up for the appointment. CNJ fit us in the same day we called, showed up when they said they would. All was going good until we found out we have a solar system which they cannot service.
