    Andrew was great. He came out as a second opinion from our home warranty co. AHS. The previous co had turned our simple fix into a bit of a mess unnecessarily. Andrew was able to get our problem covered under the warranty company and in working order and was very friendly and professional as well which is important when letting someone into your home.     Josh and Billy are a life saver! They didn’t give up when we were having issues with our tankless hot water system. Our home warranty was not allowing any new cases and did not care that we did not have hot water in our master bath. Josh and Billy came first thing the next business day and didn’t leave until we had hot water in our master bath! They went way out of their way to make sure we were happy and had hot water in our master bath!

    I received great service from Call Us Plumbing. Today I discovered that my hot water heater was leaking and I filed a claim with my home warranty, One Guard. I heard from Call Us very quickly and the person in the office said that that the owner, Josh, would come out as soon as possible. Within a couple of hours he came by and determined that the water heater needed to be replaced. He was very friendly and helpful. I had some questions about tankless water heaters and he was very knowledgeable on that topic too. He promptly submitted his report to One Guard, and they approved my claim later the same day.

    Very friendly staff! Both the receptionist and service rep were super nice and helpful. The work I had done was covered through my home warranty but I asked about another item that needs attention and their rates are much more affordable compared to other quotes. I have another plumbing company that Ive used several times in the past, and been happy with, but will likely make the switch going forward based on my experience. Highly recommend!

    Took care of our failed water heater, quickly, professionally, and Jeff was friendly and helpful! Andrew also helped massively when he facetimed me to help me shut off the water to the water heater as it was flooding our garage.     The initial visit took care of drain and faucets. A new water heater has to be replaced so that did not happen today. I went through my home warranty and the water heater has already been approved for installation. Andrew was very professional and answered all my questions regarding replacement and time frame of receiving new water heater. Great job!The water heater replacement was a success as well!     My warranty company used them for our water heater repair. The plumber that actually did the replacement was terrific, as was the office staff. The plumber that did the initial inspection to determine the severity of the problem didn’t bother to loop the line or even suggest it to me until I called him 5 days later to check on the arrival of the new unit and ask why the tank was still leaking (he never checked to see if the tank was fully drained, either). As a result, I had a garage full of water for a good amount of that time, causing what I hope is only superficial cosmetic damage. I will absolutely use them again (in fact, I already have an appointment scheduled), but will only see the plumber that installed the heater; I will not let the first one work on my house again.

    Jeff came out to diagnose/fix the problem, but was unable to correct it, so Bill came out an hour later and fixed it. Jeff was courteous, professional and meticulous, he just didnt have the exact equipment needed. I thought I would have to wait a few days to get Bill out, but amazingly, he called about an hour after Jeff left, and showed up with the item needed to fix my problem. He, too, was courteous, professional, and meticulous. Kudos to this company for the care they show their customers!!

    Fast! The problem was diagnosed, the Garbage Disposal was replaced and they even found an issue with the dishwasher missing a washer and fixed that too all under 10 minutes from when they arrived at my front door. The repair was done right at the right price! Service that is fast, good quality and reasonably priced - that is something is something I didnt think existed anymore but this company has turned me into a believer!

    My home warranty comp scheduled this appt. late the night before. I called first thing in the morning to explain the issue and they were able to get me worked in quickly. The lady I spoke with was extremely helpful and Kind. The gentleman that came was friendly. professional and they both actually seemed to genuinely care.     I was really pleased with the service I received today when Michael came out to replace my garbage disposal he confirmed what we knew was wrong of course everybody would know that but he did a really good job he cleaned up after himself and took all his garbage with him and I dont know I just didnt outstanding job. Michelle was very very professional she helped me get scheduled for the appointment and offered to let me know if there was a cancellation so I could get a sooner appointment. That really wasnt necessary but she was awesome to work with as well so Im very pleased with your company and I will use you again in the future thank you

    Both the person who scheduled the appointment and the plumber who visited us were wonderful!The garbage disposal was replaced promptly.The replacement was with a cheaper model. Andrew took the time to explain that warranty will only cover builders model and not exact replacement. But I will have to take this up with the warranty company.     Jeff was the rare, consummate professional of the highest degree, competent, skillful, and qualified, a truly seasoned expert in this field. The man is also very personable, and exhibited a rare ability to communicate on any level, particularly when sharing the complexities of the job at hand. He explained to my wife and I in the simplest of terms, the problem at hand, exactly what to expect and what was about to transpire regarding correction of our significant plumbing irregularities. In so doing, he put us at ease, and felt comforted by the fact that we were finally in the hands of a capable, confident professional. In addition, we were referred to several local prior similar jobs involving his expertise, all completed with satisfactory outcomes. Further detailing the causes, intimating the situation was not new, fairly common, and that this dragon had been slayed numerous times, inferring a swift and complete resolution. Taking copious mental notes (having little to no skills myself), talking as the work progressed, it became apparent Jeff possessed a great deal of experience, and much more knowledge than he let on initially. OK, Im impressed and a believer now, the man has talent. Also, a refined sense of humor was well received in our chat during the operation, the providing of comedic relief in his portrayal of current events had me in stitches throughout what would normally be considered a dull, silent, tedious process to reconfigure our current plumbing dilema.What we had originally anticipated prior to this repair appointment, based primarily on past experiences with other reputable firms, was the assumption of yet another unpleasant, unsatisfied plumbing nightmare, having no immediate resolution to the problem at hand, followed by a promise of a future appointment, to be made at some point in the distant future, upon acquisition of the necessary parts, with expected delays due to the rare, aged equipment found in our 20 yr old home. However, this experience ended up being exactly the opposite, much to our pleasure.Jeff, our technician, actually provided an educational, very fun, and overall pleasurable event. He even brought anticipated parts and replacement equipment along with him, imagine that!Call-Us Plumbing has demonstrated from the point of contact, very effective and continuous communications, shown exceptional integrity, accountability, and excellence in performing every aspect of this encounter. Speaking as a business owner, these are rare traits to find in todays business environment. I will definitely be enlisting the services of Call-Us Plumbing for any future endeavors. My thanks to the Office Manager, Kate, and especially Jeff Flater, both business professionals operating at a level well above the remainder of the field, in my humble opinion.

    Billy was nice, he replaced an upper element in our 2001 water heater, hope this works! The part was covered under our home warranty! Billy came out 2 days later replaced lower element & both thermostats he actually broke something in the water heater now We have NO HOT WATER, he left knowing we have no hot water & it’s Friday. I left 3 messages for the owner or manager to call me it’s the weekend & this is not o.k. Someone needs to call us NOW please! Update coming soon it’s Monday hubby & I not feeling good after cold showers all weekend! Working on solutions here! Gave a 1 star giving a 3 star hopefully able to give a 5 star! Update: Jeff came out today Tuesday 3-21-23 & installed our brand new water heater. Thank you Jeff!I give a four star because everybody was great & caring thank you to the office girls, Michelle & Kate, you made this transaction happen! Yay we have hot water, I’m disappointed that we still had to pay $475.00 over & above the warranty plan, there was no negotiating the price for inconvenience no hot water for a whole weekend, but we got it done for a price $$$$

    Im so glad that I used this business they were very nice and very helpful from the minute they answer the phone. Michelle was very nice and sweet and try to work me in. Also the installation Mike was very nice very helpful very sweet unfortunately my water heater was not very very easy to install he had to take down the Shelf to get it in which was more time and more extra work but hes very committed to getting this done and even during his late hours of his shift I would highly recommend them and I would use them again if needed.

    These guys are great. Mike and his coworker did an incredible job figuring out, and replacing, the electrical issue with my H2O heater.     I had two separate issues and very happy with Call Us Plumbing. Willie replaced a bathroom faucet but went over and above when he found bad pipe job from a previous plumber behind the wall.     I called two other plumbers before I remembered this company. They had previously done home warranty work for me. They were $100 less than one of the other quotes and $50 less than the other quote I received. On top of that they explained and showed me what they were doing and why.     Okay so I had call us plumbing do work on a home I was about to list for sale and here is/my my experience.When I spoke to mike who I assume is the owner I was taken aback by his bluntness but I work around it daily so I said to myself to give him a chance and lets see what happens. That was a heck of a good choice.The technician was prompt and professional. The work performed was done in top notch fashion. They even saved me quite a bit of money by explaining to me why I DIDNT need some things done that other companies tried to sell to me.In the end the company was professional but blunt and saved me hundreds of dollars while completing the job under what my expected costs were.I understand some peoples desire to have what they want right when they want it and to have their butts kissed in the process, but I would rather have a tech that is professional but direct doing expert work and saving me money.In short, I will be using call us plumbing from here on out.     The diagnosis of the water leak I discovered at 5:45 P.M. on Christmas Eve was neither obvious nor clear. Although I was unaware that Call Us Plumbing was under new ownership, the new owner answered my Christmas Eve call and promised Monday service since I am a longtime customer. A series of “rule out” possibilities necessarily had to be done before landing on a diagnosis. My water heater had to be disconnected for at least 24 hours to do the rule-out steps. It was determined that my 3-year-old RUUD water heater was leaking. I was able to get it replaced under the RUUD warranty by Call Us Plumbing. It’s busy for all contractors, so I am very understanding of where we are in getting professional services. Call Us Plumbing worked overtime at my residence to make sure I had a replacement hot water heater by day three. I have been a customer of Call Us Plumbing for 25 years and now am experiencing the business under the new owner. I am very pleased with the expertise and service of the company I have used exclusively for my plumbing. I recommend this company and will continue to use Call Us Plumbing for my home.
