They responded and performed.Just as they told us, they let us know of a time window and also let us know when Anthony was on his way.Anthony is professional, efficient and friendly.We are pleased and our problem was resolved. Anthony checked on inventory and went to pick up a new water softener. Hauled out the old one and install the new one.I already recommended APES to another friend of mine.

Kevin was my technician and he was awesome. He had my issue diagnosed right from the start, but still went through the proper steps necessary first, to confirm his thoughts, so he didnt do any unnecessary work. When our AC stopped cooling on Thursday evening we were worried that we might not be able to find service for it all weekend but A.P.E.S. came to the rescue bright and early Saturday morning 8am to come fix the unit.Ron arrived promptly Saturday morning to save us from the heatwave going on inside our own home. Our second floor was not habitable topping 100F last night (our module was saying Hi after it stopped digitally reading after 99 degrees. Isnt it nice that our module was being so polite lol?)We are so grateful that A.P.E.S was able to help us out of a hot spot. Thanks, Ron for being so prompt, polite, professional, knowledgeable, and quick to get us back on the AC track. We appreciate you!!!!

Sophie called to schedule a good date for repair. She gave me a time frame and asked if that worked. I told her I had a flight to catch in the afternoon and she made note to put me as their first appointment. Fast forward to Tyler’s arrival. Arrived right on time, very polite and very efficient! He introduced himself, inspected the job and once approved he went right to work. He was in and out in less than an hour! Would definitely recommend them!

Wish I didnt meet Kevin this way.. Our 80 gallon water heater exploded and APES sent Kevin to replace it. He did such an incredible job! Thorough, knowledgeable, professional and adept at explaining everything to me. Will always use Kevin and the APEX team from now on. I understand why they came so highly recommended! UPDATE: We needed Kevin AGAIN- to replace another water heater and change out 31 valves in our 20 year old home. Once again, Kevin was incredible and we are thrilled!

Sophia was great communicating regarding scheduling and responding to my requests for updates with the status of my parts being ordered. Now Juan was super nice and always kept me in the loop with what he was doing and what needed to be repaired. We went 2 weeks with no cold air due to our leasing company being ridiculous with approving the repairs that a were needed. Juan and his helper were at my house all day for the new unit install but they got the job done. Even returned in a timely manner for an additional modification so that there was no delay in finishing the install. Juan you & your helper were very professional. Thank you for getting our house cool again!

Just want to give a shout out to Mario and the guys who helped him install my new AC unit yesterday. He was left in a bad spot at one point and didn’t complain, just stayed calm all while dealing with the extreme heat indoor/outside while installing the AC unit. He had great customer service all while dealing with shorthanded support. Things happen and I am understanding, which is why I wanted to leave this comment. He deserved to be acknowledged for his hard work!

Ron, the service technician, was fantastic. The first time he came he found a few problems with the AC (in the attic) fixed one problem and needed to get approval for the second problem. He reported it and within 24 hours he was scheduled to return to my house to repair that problem. He returned and again did a great job - as well as giving e a thorough explanation. He was very professional, friendly and cooperative....even swept floors of a little debris and returned broom to laundry room. Dispatch also did a great job keeping me abreast of appointments and arrival times of Ron. Great company!

He was very thorough in seeking to understand the problem prior to presenting a solution. The solution required him to travel all around the valley to obtain the necessary materials and equipment to perform the job. The job lasted more than 12 hours and he did it all alone with exceptional professionalism. Very grateful for the referral to this company. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service. My water heater blew up and flooded my garage the day before Christmas Eve. These guys were at my home in less than 24 hours and replaced my water heater in under an hour. These guys are amazing and very professional had a toilet installed from another company under 1 year ago and the toilet would constantly flush as there was a leak cause it was never installed properly that company came out and said they would have to charge for repairs although it had a 10 year warranty it wouldnt cover the labor APES hearing my issue came out and took care of it and felt so bad that I was ripped off that they didnt want to charge me! These guys are the real deal!

Communication was on point, they called me to confirm my appointment and even called me to let me know when the tech was on his way. The technician that came out to my house was awesome, excellent customer service, very knowledgeable, and his work is very clean, im very impressed with Aaron. Aaron was also very efficient and reasonably priced. Arron had to cut a hole in my ceiling, he laid down plastic to prevent drywall contamination, he made a very clean uniform cut and even covered the hole with plastic when the work was complete. He not only fixed our leak, but made sure the ceiling wasn’t an eye sore. The CSR and plumber were excellent, what more can you ask for 10/10. If you have the opportunity to request Aaron i high recommend it.

Two technicians came to my house to investigate the problem with my badly working A/C: Mario (the team leader) and Christian. My A/C did not hold the setup temperature, and the temperature was growing hour by hour. Both technicians are the great guys, very friendly, diligent, honest and trustworthy. The indoor & outdoor A/C units were properly checked to narrow down the problems with my 14 years old “Goodman”. After 2 hours of the hard and professional work Mario came to conclusion that A/C lost the efficiency due to its age, and some of its specific parts are malfunctioning. He fixed some issues to keep the A/C working for sometime. In mean time I have gotten 2 options: to replace the whole old unit or to pay for several broken & expensive parts. I will follow on the Mario’s recommendations. Thank you.

What I thought was simple... was extensive to fix and Matt made sure it was done correctly. I was using a drain cover because mine rusted off. I didn’t know mold was growing underneath. He removed all molded piping and replaced with a new drain. Great job! Great customer service!

The office team is terrific: friendly and efficient. You get great communication around your appointment time and arrivals. Their plumbers are always polite and professional. They work quickly, carefully and clean up when finished. We had a difficult situation at our office involving multiple trips, the unit next door and the property manager, and their tech took it all in stride. My elderly neighbor had a mystery leak in her garage. The guys determined pretty quickly that it wasnt a plumbing problem, but then they went above and beyond, even getting under the washer in order to find the source of the leak. This is a first class company. You wont be disappointed.
