Alex came out twice, first to repair a punctured, corroded copper pipe under my kitchen sink. Then I had him back to install my water softener.He was professional, easy to communicate with and I appreciated his quick response to my plumbing emergency. The first plumber that came out quoted me more than 4 times what Alexanders Plumbing charged me.He also did a great job installing my water softener and showing me how it works. His work looks good, well-designed, and skillful. He listened to my concerns and helped me weigh my options.I would definitely recommend Alexanders Plumbing to my friends, and I will be calling them again for future plumbing needs.

A very honest and professional company! Alexander was able to schedule me in for the next day to check out bubbling occurring near my shower wall. I met with Eddie and he was able to find the root cause and recommend how to fix it. He also took the extra time to take a look at my water heater and perform a maintenance check on my soft water system. They explained everything clearly and transparently. I will be using them to install a purification system in the near future. The quotes were very reasonable and fair. Thank you so much!!!

Fixed a water leak in front yard that had doubled our water bill. Put in a new line, fixed out of code irrigation line. Fixed toilet that had become unattached requiring new flange attachment to the sewer line and replaced frozen shut off water line to toilet. Lots of work done efficiently. Came out first thing Monday morning got utility line clearances and started digging. New modern fittings and lines replacing 40 year old fittings and lines. Great work!

I cannot say enough great things about working with Alexanders plumbing! Alex first came out to install a new water softener and R/O system I had bought from Spencers. They were on-time (texted just before arriving), professional and very friendly! During the install, Alex identified my water pressure being way too high and installed a pressure relief valve on my main water line - while an unexpected cost (still reasonable), I am so grateful he found this as it will save me from damage to my 17 year old pipes and other appliances over time! I also had a defunct solar water heater system in my garage that was an eye sore and took up a ton of room. I mentioned it to Alex wanting an estimate for removal, but he just said hed take it out and haul it away with the rest of my old equipment - no extra charge!! Finally, my water heater was 10 years old and had been giving me trouble; Alex replaced the flex hoses (no charge) and then showed me some rust on the bottom, gave me a quote for a new Bradford White unit (same one I had) and recommended I replace it soon. What stood out is that I didnt feel he was trying to pressure me into buying something just to make a sale - he took the time to explain things to me all along the way, so when my water heater started leaking a little last Saturday, I texted him and he came out the following Monday to install the new unit!I am super happy to have found a friendly, licensed plumber who I can trust and will definitely be using Alexanders plumbing for everything going forward -- Highly Recommended!!!!

Have been using Alex for all of my plumbing issues both at my work location and my home for more than 8 years. He is always responsive, takes care of the job with the upmost care. We called Alexander’s Plumbing after purchasing a new refrigerator, the water line for ice/water was very old in our home and not compatible. They were able to get us scheduled next business day! Alex was punctual, he notified me prior to arrival which is always something appreciated as I have a dog and young children so the extra time to prepare is necessary for me. He explained the process of the repair and set us up so that if in the future we have any issue, we will be prepared. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. The quality of service is unmatched, and an added bonus is supporting a local business!

Hired this company to fix my tankless gas water heater, that broke because of poor installing of another plumper. Its never easy to fix someones mess ups. Alex was very patient, took his time to figure out the issue and to be on the phone with the manufacture to get new parts.Also had a water softener installed at another home. They do very clean job, knowledgable and professional.

Alex did a great job fixing our house’s water system two months ago. He was punctual, worked very cleanly (not leaving any mess behind), and his repairs both look and work great. Initially we called him to fix our washing machine shutoff valve. We were so impressed with his work that we called him back to fix our house’s main shutoff valve and add a water pressure regulator. In addition we got him to install a water treatment system. All of his installations look clean and everything he fixed/installed works well. I can only recommend him!

We recently had a leak in our garage and we called Alexanders Plumbing to come out and take a look. They came out and within an hour were able to identify where the leak was coming from and fix the issue. They also helped us with a clog we had in our kitchen sink. My family has been using Alexanders Plumbing for 6 years. They do periodic maintenance on our hot water heater, installed a salt water softening system and home filtering system, installed a garbage disposal, installed raised toilets, replaced shower cartridges etc. I had originally contracted for a plumber six years ago for a service call and the plumber never showed. I came across Alexanders Plumbing through a social media request looking for a plumber. During our latest call, Alexanders Plumbing identified a failed recirculation pump manifold and replaced it. Alexanders Plumbing is a family owned business. They have always gone above and beyond to take care of all of our plumbing related needs. I highly recommend this business!

HONEST RELIABLE WORKAfter finding a water leak seeping out from under the garage door Saturday morning I was not to happy to find that my water heater (7 years old) was draining from the bottom seal across my garage floor. Yay.After making a few inquiries online I landed on Alexanders Plumbing. I dealt with two people during the initial quote call, a lovely woman who guided me through the information I would need to provide the technician, and the technician himself who made an inspection window of time to come by and write out the quote for services.After a prompt inspection of my old unit, I was given a precise explanation of the cause of my faulty unit, what I could do moving forward to prevent it happening again and a cost quote for the installation of a new unit.After talking with several other local businesses (big brands) I realized the price was fair, and the technician was MILES above the competition in regards to courtesy, explanation of the process and professionalism.The minute he left after the consultation my wife said he was the one to chose, that he felt the most reliable and honest. Alex saved the day. My water heater suddenly quit. I called several plumbers and got several very high quotes. Alex showed up and installed the same system that I got very high quotes on at a much more reasonable price. Also Alex and his employee started at 6pm and worked until 9pm getting my water heater installed because I was out of hot water. I didnt expect him to do that, but am very grateful that they did. They did a very nice job on the install and answered all my questions. Would recommend 1000%

I’ve used Alexanders plumbing three times and they always exceeded our expectations. We just bought our dream home and Alex installed a new pressure regulator, a whole house water filter and a water softener due to the high mineralization of the Phx water. Mineral deposits caused our Bedroom shower to only have hot water which I broke it trying to fix. Alex came to the rescue and saved us from a much higher repair bill. Thank You Alexander plumbing!
