    My wife and I have had the pleasure of utilizing Accent Plumbing four times in the last 3 years. Regardless of the situation, wall leak, water heater, multiple toilet replacement, or pipe inspection. Each time the professional that came to our home was, knowledgeable, experienced, friendly and efficient. They provided the service and product required and never pushed us toward something we didnt need or want. From the friendly greeting when I called their office to the happy plumbers, Jim, Steve, Jason, and Bennett (Im sure I missed one or two) we felt like we were in good hands.     Very good experience with Accent Plumbing! A couple days before I left Arizona for Christmas, my downstairs neighbor realized I had a leak from my shower. He needed the leak fixed ASAP, so I called up Accent Plumbing. The staff member on the phone was super nice, and she helped me set up an appointment. She was very receptive to special instructions I had about who to contact to be let in to the apartment and to note my credit card info to pay for the service. Unfortunately I dont have the name of the plumber that performed the service, but my friend who was at my apartment overseeing the process said they did a great job, and it even ended up costing much less than the estimate. Overall very happy with Accent Plumbing; they were a life saver!

    Calling a plumber is usually not fun. But Accent’s service is so good and straight forward, that I have comfort the problem will be resolved quickly for fair value.We’ve called Accent twice. On the most recent occasion, we received a text message 30 minutes before the plumber arrived. He was very courteous and professional and got the job done and left. We received an email with a link to make payment by credit card and a follow up call from the office to make sure everything met our needs. Simple. Done.Accent will be our go-to from now on.

    Had a water heater go out at 4am and I am so glad my neighbor told me to cancel the Home Depot order I frantically made! Happy to support local businesses and these people are all amazing!     Darian came out today to figure out a leak going from my condo down into my neighbor’s unit. He was great. It was not an easy fix since the leak was below my unit, but up above the ceiling in the unit below me. But he got it done and was very professional. I’ve used Accent now 3 or 4 times and they have been great every time. I highly recommend them.

    We’ve used Accent Plumbing several times now, and they never disappoint. We normally have had Steve come out, who is awesome, but today Travis helped us out and did a fantastic job. Our shower needed a cartridge replaced, and when our DIY attempts proved disastrous, Travis fit us in to his schedule and was in and out in good time, especially considering what a nightmare our hardware is. He was nice, prompt, and professional, kept the space clean, explained what was happening, and resolved the issue perfectly. The price was better than we expected, too. We’re always pleased with the service Accent Plumbing gives us, and we’re grateful for the great job Travis did getting our shower fixed and working again!

    I asked Accent Plumbing for a minor but important bathtub drain replacement. 24 hours later the job was completed. Sam the repairman showed up at the announced service time and with proper knowledge, tools and replacement parts fixed the problem.     Steve and Randall came out and installed a new 50 gallon gas water heater after our old one croaked. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Whole process took just over an hour.     These guys were professional and fast. My plumbing issues turned out to be way more than expected due to some vicious tree roots growing everywhere. They got everything done in a week from start to finish with all the surprises that came along the way-like having to dig up my back yard and replace the sewer line. They have reasonable prices, and I highly recommend them.

    Expectations were totally exceeded. Steve (owner) came to the house at 7:00 AM to provide the quote so I didnt lose a half day of work as I did with the quote from another company. Jim and Rocky did a neat, clean retrofit install (75 gal tank water heater to tankless) and the last thing they did was clean up the limited debris from the install. They were very personable and professional and I felt very comfortable going back to work after they started (they had complete access to the house). As an added bonus, they got along well with my Akita (big dog) becoming her two new best friends. Accent Plumbings quote was the lowest of four and was very fairly priced. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

    I had a water heater replaced in May 2021. The other night I noticed water under the new heater. I called the next morning, and Jordan was at my home within a couple of hours. I had to leave, but when I returned home I called and they said they had to replace the water heater.     I needed to have a natural gas line run from the wall to my BBQ and Firepit on my rooftop deck. This required removing the wooden deck boards to run the gas lines and then put them back. I got several bids. Accent plumbing was competitively priced. They were also able to schedule my job in later the same week. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. They left my premises very clean and neat. I would definitely use Accent plumbing again for any future needs due to their great work and competitive pricing for projects.

He arrived promptly and quickly identified the problem and made the repair while minimizing the amount of stucco that had to be removed to access the pipe.     While trying to replace a leaking shower valve, the valve broke off and got wedged into the pipe. Called Accent after a friend’s recommendation. Our plumber Tony arrived about two hours early, worked on getting the stuck valve out - it took some patience and strength!     I needed a new toilet at my work and we called Accent Plumbing about 4 weeks ago. They did all the replumbing of my house back in 2001. The took out the old cast iron pipes from 1952 and put in new copper pipe throughout. Then about 4 years ago they installed a new Toto toilet in our main bath and took out the original toilet. they did an excellent job.So a few weeks ago I needed a new toilet here at my work and we called them and they were out in a day or two and and the old toilet was replaced in less than 2 hours and the new one works great. the plumber that came out was experienced and handled everything well and took away the old 1952 toilet. I am pleased and I recommend them to anyone.----Tom

    Steve Faller, and his team are amazing. I had a slap leak, and he sent his team to the house, and they did an amazing job finding the leak and then repairing the leak.     Dealt with a kitchen leak over the weekend, and didn’t get a chance to call around until Tuesday morning. They were able to schedule to come the very next day! While the labor fee might seem a little high ($112/hr), they didn’t charge a service fee or diagnostic fee. They had everything on hand to repair it right then, and even hauled away the old RO tank that was causing the issue. They are in my contacts with plumbing in north Phoenix now!

    They did me a HUGE solid. I called them out for a leaking spigot in the back. I was going to replace it myself but I couldnt get the water main to shut off. I tried every tool and thought I might break it. Instead, I called these guys. Guy shows up in a few hours, takes one look and asked why not just use the secondary shut off that was attached to the spigot in the front. Flipped lever, water off. Im an idiot. He said not to worry about this one and didnt charge me for showing up. That right there is amazing customer service and the way should be done. Easily could have charged me anyway. I will definitely call them again if I need any plumbing needs!!!

    After another plumber damaged my water heater during regular flushing process and then wouldnt repair it and tried to upset me a new water tank, I wanted a second opinion. Accent Plumbers sent Nick, who not only repaired the others damage quickly and efficiently, he gave me an estimate for a new water heater, if I wanted one later on, at half the price of the previous plumbers. Bravo to Accent Plumbers and Nick!
