This company literally saved us! We had some electrical issues discovered that were rather alarming and created an issue with the garage door opener completely lost power as well as our outdoor dusk to dawn lighting and the interior garage lights. Mike the electrician came to the rescue! He listened to the issues in my non electrical language (haha) translated it and solved everything with confidence! Knowledgeable, Friendly, prompt, professional and efficient! Highly recommended! Will definitely call for future needs!

I called TIO Electric because a friend referred them and they did not disappoint. I had an issue and it was rough identifying the source of the problem. Miguel and Conrad worked together to identify and solve the problem quickly. As a services based business it was extremely important to get the repair done quickly and the team stayed to ensure the job was done before they left. I expected to have to schedule another visit due to the complexity of the case, but they understood I needed to be back up and running as soon as possible and got the job done in just a few hours. They were very professional and personable and the cost was in line with what I expected.Update 8/14/24: TIO helped me again. This time with an issue I was having at my home. Marcus was very nice and knowledgable and was able to identify the problem and make the repair in quick time. I had a secondary issue I wasnt too worried about, but Marcus took care of that as well. These guys know what theyre doing. Still highly recommend.They did a great job. I would definitely recommend them for projects big and small.

Wasnt the cheapest but was the most professional and responsive company to work with. I called TIO and explained what I needed. They went to the property and prepared an estimate the next day. They showed up when promised for both the estimate and the following week to do the work.They did an excellent job of installing a Level 2 circuit and outlet for EV charging in the garage of a rental property and finally solved another wiring problem that previous electricians could not. I requested for them to install a cut-off switch and to position the receptacle and run the conduit a specific way, and they did it perfectly. Great attention to the detail I provided over the phone since I live far away from the property. The estimate included a complete detailing of parts and labor, right down to the screws and tape. The invoice did not exceed the estimate. Payment was easily made online through their website. My tenants are pleased with the result and the company emailed photos of the completed work which looks exactly how I wanted it done. If you want the job done properly and are willing to pay a fair price to do it right, this is the company to call.

I recently moved to Phoenix and needed to run electric from my home to my new workshop that was under construction so I called TIO, they sent Tyson to give me an estimate. Tyson was very pleasant, patient and courteous while listening to me tell him what I wanted to do. He gave me very good suggestions that could save me money while giving me the electrical service that I needed for my shop. I already had 3 other local companies come to give me estimates and TIOs estimate was by far the lowest. I wasnt as impressed by the low price as I was by Tysons knowledge of electric service and willingness to help, so I set an appointment to have the job done.Tyson returned on the day I had set for the work and got everything done exactly as I wanted without any problems. He did an exceptional job and worked fast in order to not exceed the original estimated time of completion. He installed a 60 amp service to my workshop with a 12 post breaker box along with a emergency disconnect. He also installed a outdoor 30 amp RV outlet from the shop panel to the exterior shop wall, so when we have guests with RVs they can plug right in.His fast work completion did not sacrifice in safety or quality, and if I ever need electrical work again I would not only use TIO, but also request Tyson!!Thanks TIO, and thank you Tyson for a job well done!!!!

Conrad was very honest in what needed to be done. Honestly thought mine would be Conrad’s easiest project of the day. Replacing an old, inoperable vent fan in the bathroom. Well, this fan was over 25 yrs old. The new fan didn’t fit. Great… special order now, it’ll cost more, another appointment… Happily, Conrad said “Nope”. He took the old fan motor off the old plate (that fit) and put the new fan motor on the old plate. Attached it back in the housing and we had ventilation once more. Smooth & easy. They get it right.

Miguel Bojorquez did a great job labeling my main breaker box. After many past remodels the wiring was all over the place, but he took his time and got everything figured out. Miguel also found a loose neutral wire that was affecting one of our outlets and fixed it. This meant not having to cut drywall and patching. I would highly recommend Turn It On Electric and especially Miguel.

We were having issues with our backup solar and generator systems. Over time and different phases of installation and various service people, things had gotten pretty complicated and the systems were not functioning well together. It was a rather challenging mess in ways. But the two young gentlemen who came were very patient, and very professional. They took their time in going through it and figuring it all out with us, and they got it sorted. Then they were very patient in taking the time to explain it all to us, and with all our many questions. We really were very happy with the service we received!

The technician, Jerry was friendly, efficient and prompt in delivery a quote for a junction box to be installed in our office. Outstanding service. We had a ceiling fan box installed in our front room and initially, we were told they would possibly have to cut into our wall to run the wires. We don’t have the paint that was used on that wall and it was painted before we moved in, so we were prepping ourselves for possibly having to paint a large chunk of our home. The technicians showed up on time, finished the job in less time than was originally estimated, AND they were able to keep all cutouts to the ceiling only! We were absolutely impressed and will return for future electrical work.

I would have given this company 5 stars as response was great and technician who did the work, Conrad, worked to correct many electrical items that were, best to say old. I give Conrad 5 stars. The 4 stars comes from the inspector who came out first to quote my job. Do not recall his name, he was nice enough, but an outlet that a previous inspector noted needed changed, really didnt and he never really check anything with a meter or went into what ,if anything needed repair. He just basically asked what I thought I needed and wrote it up. Unfortunately, for me it cost me more than quoted and if I would have known, I may have sought a second quote. Thats really the one thing that put this job and company at 4 stars. Conrad thanks for everything you did, I hope this company understand the value you bring.

Pedro Madril came to our office and provided us with a detailed estimate. We already received 2 other bids and before he left, we agreed to work with him and his company. When Pedro came back to do the work, they captured every detail we requested and finished the job swiftly and on budget.The only negative thing i will say, is the office did not do a good job at scheduling for an estimate. I had to keep following up to even get on their schedule. Also, It would be helpful for the office to call the customer to confirm appointments. Most companies do this and it helps reassure the customer and not waste the companys time, if someone forgets an appointment or needs to cancel it.
