    Sergio was truly excellent. I had many concerns with the wiring in my newly purchased home and getting new lights properly installed, all of which he resolved in a timely and efficient manner.Moreover, i appreciated him sharing knowledge with me! I typically work on electrical myself but made some small mistakes that he helped me understand for future projects. A great experience!

    Had the pleasure of working with Sergio to get my Tesla wall connector installed. Not only was he able to help me get a fair estimate before installation but he also offered the best course of action for the installation process when compared to other companies electricians. During the installation he was very informative and the work done was above expectations. I was left with no worries or questions and will be referring him to anyone in need of work done. Mr Electric has proved to me that they do in fact hire the best.

    There were several lights at our house that didn’t work, were outdated, and gave me concern because of sparking and surging. Luis and Arturo were able to take down and install 12 lights (up very tall ladders), give us a rundown of our breaker panel, and answer all of our questions in just over four hours. They were careful, considerate, and very knowledgeable. I felt I had a very trustworthy and fair experience.

    We had a very concerning issue with bad outlets in our home, and we were worried about the potential fire hazard. Thankfully, we called Mr. Electric. Albert Rehm arrived promptly and was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem and efficiently repaired the outlets, giving us peace of mind. I also want to commend the dispatchers at Mr. Electric. They were so friendly and helpful, and I especially appreciated them sending a photo of Albert before his arrival. It made me feel much more comfortable having him in my home. I highly recommend Mr. Electric and Albert Rehm – they’re lifesavers!

    Mr. Electric is the company to use for any electrical work you need. Customer Service is excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. I had to have20 year old wiring replaced from the breaker box to my pool equipment (a 100 foot run). The company was quick to respond to give me an estimate and schedule the repair. Albert Rehm diagnosed the problem, gave me the estimate and was able to complete the job in a timely manner. Albert is an excellent, hard working electrician. He really knows his trade and I would recommend him for any electrical work you need. I am extremely satisfied with the job he completed.

    Wow -- our experience with Mr. Electric was absolutely perfect! Art Tarin and Albert Rehm were the electricians that did work on our home. They were so professional, took time to determine how to best meet our needs, and resolved all of our needs which included installing ceiling speakers, pendant lights, ceiling fans, and mounting out tvs. Their communication with us over the two days they were in our home was exceptional.     Ive used Mr. Electric for many years. They know what theyre doing and they dont price-gauge you. Albert has installed a backyard spotlight, dimmer switches, a light above my sink, pendant lights and installed a dedicated breaker to my microwave amongst other repairs. I highly recommend Mr. Electric and specifically their electrician, Albert!

I had dealt with at least 10 different electricians in the past three weeks and all of them didn’t know how to put in a toggle switch hooked up to the power source.     After buying a new house....I found that I was facing multiple electrical issues. Luis S. was my assigned electrician and I can say that he did a wonderful job handling my situation, educating me in laymans terms so that I had the full understanding of all the issues at hand. He overly communicated, was very professional, kept his work areas clean and fixed all the electrical in a timely manner. I had a new pedestal and panel replaced along with gfi and wiring issues that needed correcting.     At this time in society, the definition of customer service is watered down and severely lacking in most service areas. This is not the case of Mr. Electric and technician Zachary Faccone! Zachary has provided such excellent service, that he has restored my faith in the service industry! Zackary has been to my residence two times now, and each time, he has maintained a professional and knowledgeable attitude. Zachary went above and beyond all my expectations! Each service, he routinely texted me that he was on his way and how many mins. it would take to get to my residence. Zachary was always professional and kind when I asked a plethora of questions relating to my outlets and electrical connections within my residence. I felt very comfortable while he was at my home. for a four hour service appointment.     Great experience from start to finish. Had a problem with my wall oven and a/c unit and was able to get Zach to the rescue on a Friday afternoon! The problem was diagnosed (Generac modules) and a he put my items back in service until the parts I need can be ordered and installed. Zach was knowledgable, personable, polite, and helpful! Also thank you Alex for getting me the same day appt, so I would not be without A/C through the weekend. Zach also replaced two contractor gfci outlets below my main panel and a few other things.     We had to call Mr. electric of Phoenix when we discovered GFCI outlet issues at our home in Palm Creek. We had a good fortune to have the service call performed by Sergio, who spent 90 minutes tracing, the circuits and installing two new GFI receptacles. Most important was the fact that Sergio, patiently and courteously worked with my 81-year-old husband to teach him what was wrong, electrically, and answer all his questions, he was very impressed with the service provided.     Our technician, Zachary Faccone, was very nice and professional. I called the day before and they came within 24 hours & actually arrived during the window provided (I think we’ve all had technicians who provide a 8am to 11am window but come at 2pm)He helped us get our outlets back up and running due to a wiring issue within a 2 hour period and fixed several other issues that we didn’t even know we had !Each time he found an issue he took time to show me exactly what he has referring to and the risks it poses. He was able to confirm that we had the proper wall mounts for two of our three new fans which saved us money on the installs. The install of three new fans, including one which required a new hole be punched in our ceiling, took him a good chunk of the day, but he was pleasant and thorough throughout the process. He tested all of the fans and ensured they were operating properly. Since wed purchased a couple fans w/remotes, he didnt need to extend our current light switches by punching a hole in our wall to add another switch. We were ecstatic that we had absolutely NO drywall repairs needed as a result. He even helped us with a quick light switch swap. He called en route like promised, and arrived on time.     I contacted Mr. Electric of Phoenix to do what, for me, was a fairly large project - upgrade power for my house from 200 to 400 amps, install a generator, install a 100-amp sub-panel in a workshop and install a 50-amp disconnect for a pool heater.I was very pleased with their work. Sean showed up as scheduled and provided a quote for the work and set up an initial work schedule.The electricians, Jim and John, showed up on time and worked diligently in the summer heat to upgrade the electrical panel. They then needed to crawl about 150 through the attic to get the required power cable to my workshop area where they installed the 100-amp sub-panel and requested 120 and 240V receptacles.They also very cleanly installed the 50-amp disconnect for the electric heat pump pool heater and prepped the area where the backup generator was to be installed.Albert came, with another electrician whose name escapes me at the moment, to install the transfer switch and necessary load management modules for the generator.Because of the complexity of the job there was waiting for the city, the electric company and the gas company to provide their approvals through the process - a process which Mr. Electric coordinated and managed for me. As soon as necessary approvals were received, Mr. Electric was there to continue the work to its completion.Im very happy with the professionalism, the courtesy, the friendliness, the cleanliness and the thoroughness that Mr. Electrics team provided for this project. Im very happy with the work that was done and feel very comfortable that it was done properly and will provide years of good service.I recommend Mr. Electric and have already contracted with them for my next project.

    I had a very good experience with Mr. Electric, specifically John Russo and Richard Thomas. During closing on our house, we noticed that one of our two doorbells wasnt working, and asked that it be repaired. To do so, the seller snipped the wires and installed a wireless doorbell; now, we had *two* doorbell chimes in our hallway, and a battery habit!We called Mr. Electric to see what it would take to have the system repaired. John and Richard came out to take a look, and discovered that the problem was actually very minor! They suggested that, if I felt comfortable, I might even be capable of doing the repair myself if I wanted to save myself some money. I thought that spoke very highly of their integrity and honesty, and I appreciated the suggestion.I decided to give it a shot, and sure enough -- it now works great! I just needed to replace the chime in the hallway and the buttons on the door, and screw in a few wires. It took me roughly 20 minutes and maybe 6 screws total, and since doorbells are safe low-voltage systems, I didnt even need to turn off the breaker!I wanted to write a review to really thank John and Richard for leveling with me and being straightforward about the problem that I actually had, instead of making it seem worse than it was in order to make a quick and easy buck.I would definitely use Mr. Electric again in the future if I had other electrical problems, for sure!

    Sean and Albert were great through the entire process of installing our new generator. Starting with Sean helping us determining the right size unit without overselling us on what we didn’t need to through the installation process. Due to COVID the manufacturer had many production and shipping delays, but Sean kept us informed through out the process and helped us get a new one quickly when the original was damaged in shipment. Albert did a great, professional job on the installation and took the time to answer all my questions about operations and maintenance. Would not hesitate to use them again.

    We had Art (Arturo Tarin) out to initially quote the installation of two patio fans. He suggested some great options (adding an access panel for easy access), and ultimately we decided on Mr. Electric because of his professionalism and the communication we had during the quoting process.     I had an electrical issue that effected my AC unit at my home, I called Mr. Electric and they were responsive, professional, prompt and all without a service call fee! They dispatched one of the best service techs in the industry to my home almost immediately. His name is RL and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Someone needs to give this man a raise because he went above and beyond outstanding customer service. The cost of services rendered were upfront and extremely fair priced. Their motto is “always do the right thing” which is a great way to do business and live life. If you want a company that is no BS, will get the job done right (the first time), and lower priced then all their competitors, please call them ASAP!     I used Mr. Electric to install and change out 4 ceiling fans in my house a few years ago. At the time I talked with 4 different companies and Mr. Electric was my hands down choice for their excellent communication skills, the demeanor of their service person, the estimate they gave me, and the above-and-beyond service they gave me, repairing AND PAINTING a wall they needed to cut into to install my living room fan.This year I wanted to install an outlet in my entry hall.     John Russo from Mr Electric met with us and we presented him with one large and several small projects we wanted done. He reviewed our requirements and presented us with options that we hadnt thought of for the large project. He then quoted the job, and having met with another company we knew that it was a fair price. He then scheduled the job for a couple of days later. He showed up on time, and did an excellent job. He was very personable, and we were totally comfortable with him. We observed some of his work, and it was apparent he knew exactly what he was doing. He made sure that we understood all aspects of what he was doing, and that we were happy with the work. He even called back the next day and checked to make sure that all was well. We have no reservations recommending Mr Electric to anyone needing their expertise. We will definitely use them for any future electrical work we need, and will specifically ask for him.

    The service was great and everyone involved was good to work with. Prompt and got it done quickly. The costs were higher than I expected and i was charged more than 4x what a part costed to buy and install. I can see a small mark up to secure the part, and obviously theres the cost of labor but the part was $25 on Amazon and Home Depot and i was charged over $100 for it.Other than that it was great but more expensive than it shouldve been.

The quote from Mr Electric was almost three times less than Parker and Sons.John Russo was our technician for both the quote and service. For both, he was on time, personable and very professional. In addition, he was very conscientious of our dogs and made sure to put an obstruction in front of a hot outlet during the process to ensure our curious pups didn’t get too close.     Mr Electric has never let me down. I had a great experience with them when I was in New Mexico and now that Im living in the valley I went to them again and I wasnt disappointed. I called them for a quote to move my stove and microwave outlets to another wall as I was renovating my Kitchen. Albert Rehm was punctual and reviewed the work and gave me a quote the same day. When I agreed to the quote they scheduled the service and let me know that Albert would be doing the work. On the day of the service Albert called to let me know when he would arrive and as with the quote he was punctual and got right to work. After reviewing what he would be doing with me he moved both services, replaced the drywall he had to modify and cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend Mr Electric if you have work to be done. They are professional, prompt, and financially reasonable. You wont be disappointed.
