James has great customer service skills and knowledge of the AC unit. He explained what services he would perform for the tune up. He took a lot of pictures to show me the parts that may need service at some point. I went ahead and had him take care of the dual compressor which was the main item that could go and will have him do the second item the first of the year. He said everything else looked good! I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. And he was a nice guy! I will definitely use your company again and will ask for him.

Brandon was very polite and took the time to explain my plumbing options. His professional experience was evident in his description of the various issues I had with my plumbing. I was happy with how quickly my problems disappeared because of Brandon and his excellent work ethic. His apprentice, Juan assisted with a water heater replacement and was helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I called ACE for one issue with my shower and was happy to follow Brandon’s advice, replace my 2011 water heater. It truly was proactive that we prevented an issue due to age and sediment. My new water heater is up to code thanks to Brandon!

Jacob was very courteous when he introduced himself. He asked questions about our air conditioning system and showed the unit to me outside our home and explained how he would evaluate it’s cleanliness and efficiency. He also examined the components and motor in our attic to establish the age and condition of the entire operation.We discussed the repairs that he recommended to make the system operate more smoothly and efficiently. He documented his work and showed me the photo before and after the repairs were completed. I was very satisfied with his level of expertise and experience in improving the way my home air conditioner is cooling my home and saving on energy costs!

Richard is a fantastic electrician, even keeled and knowledgeable. We had some issues in our house caused by previous faulty work and the fact our house was built in the 80s. He got here earlier than expected, worked quickly and picked up after himself. We have already started making a list of items needing to be worked on and have labeled it Richards to do list. Recommend him and ACE for all your electrical needs.

Absolutely fantastic service. Our AC went out over night and it was supposed to get to 112 today and our biggest concern was our cats. We called around 7:30 and the woman on the phone was very compassionate, attentive and professional. She gave an estimate from 8am-8pm but they showed up roughly at 10am which is amazing for emergency response. Joshua was very kind, friendly, respectful and professional. He covered all the bases, communicating with us every step of the way. He explained exactly what he was doing and what the issue was so we could understand what was happening. He was quick and efficient and we were back up and running in a little over an hour. After doing a cleaning to keep things running, he went out of his way to seal air leaks in our system and gave us a suggestion for something we can do to improve airflow and prevent drainage issues. He offered to do it for us but also told us how to do it ourselves as it was a simple adjustment. He also made sure to reassure us the chemicals he used were non toxic and pet friendly! He explained their membership options but didnt push us either. He was so great and easy to work with he made this dire situation so much less stressful that it would have been. We cant thank him enough for his wonderful customer service, or the company for their quick and efficient response. Definitely found an AC company for life.

I bought my unit from Howard Air almost exactly 3 years ago this month and in the middle of the night the capacitor went out leaving my family and elderly dogs with no AC in a very hot summer night. I called Howard air 6 times over 5 hours and not one time did anyone call me back. I continued calling contractor after contractor and got no help. Finally came across ACE and they had a tech out to my house within a few hours and got my system running again. The tech Josh was awesome! He was very nice, knowledgeable, helpful and empathetic to the situation. He offered solutions and made sure that the pricing was the best it could be. He discussed warranty info with me and gave me options. I was very happy with Josh and ACE for taking care of me in our emergent state. I also signed up for their membership due to this great and prompt service. Thank you!

Dana, from Ace Plumbing came to the house to do a scheduled inspection of my home’s plumbing devices. He reviewed and flushed our hot water heater, checked our water softener system, and made sure our toilets were functioning properly. He also installed a reverse osmosis water system.Dana was very helpful in explaining every step he was taking and was efficient and knowledgeable. All in all, the process was smooth and efficient, and Dana’s friendliness was much appreciated. It made for a very positive experience. I highly recommend Ace plumbing for any plumbing or AC work that may be needed.

My kitchen sink clogged up from years of grease build up due to previous renters, I called Ace and they sent over Robert Hill and Dana to save the day. Let me just say I usually try to avoid calling someone to help because I get overcharged for being young and a female, well not with this team! They were so kind and polite when they arrived and got straight to work, they worked on my sink for almost 2.5 hours until they solved the solution and saved me $2-3k in repairs!!! I signed up for their maintenance program immediately because of how amazing they were. ALSO, they really took the time to clean the gunk that came out and made sure the space was clean for me. I am so happy I called Ace and I am forever grateful for Robert and Dana! You have a customer for life :)

Veteran Owned company! 👍🏽 Had an inspection done on a home we recently purchased to make sure everything was in good shape. Kayden Genrich was our tech and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took pictures of everything in the attic so show us what was going on and flushed out some clogged pipes we had buildup in. We signed up for the annual maintenance plan to come out 4 times a year, it was a reasonable rate for two units. I also appreciate the fact that when they get ready to come to the house they send a photo of the technician so you know who to expect.

ACE Home Services just took care of a blower repair in my attic. It had been very abused by a previous tenant. They came out and did the initial repair, the newer replacement unit was more powerful and shook its holder loose. They came out and took care of that repair, then the replacement blower had to be replaced through no fault of their own by the original manufacturer. I was charged for the initial repair only, both the subsequent repairs they covered under warranty. I am beyond ecstatic with their service. Also, Ronald (Ron) the technician kept in touch regarding his arrival there and departure on each visit. What an excellent experience weve had with this company.

I walked into a 90° house at 2:15 today! I spoke with Lily at ACE Home Services about 2:40 and asked for help! She scheduled me with Eduardo for 2-5pm today. Eduardo called me about 5:15 and said hed be here in 30-40 minutes. He arrived right on time and went to work to find the problem. It needed a new capacitor but the compressor didnt want to start. He had a kit to help it and it worked like a charm. So glad not to have to replace the compressor. He also helped me with the filter that needed replacing too. He was here about 2 hours start to finish.I cant say enough good things about Eduardo and his great work ethic, professionalism and kindness. Next time we need to call ACE Home Services Ill ask for EDUARDO!

This company installed my HVAC a year ago and they did an awesome job. I was seeing signs that led me to believe a leak was occurring so I contacted them to have someone come check that out. They were able to have someone come out that next morning! My technician, Jordan, showed up right on time and was very polite and professional. Thankfully there was no issue with the system, and he was able to provide advice to help keep my unit running to par. I will be looking into setting up for a monthly membership to assure my HVAC is properly maintained. Highly recommend this company!

We were in a terrible situation on Sunday afternoon. Our AC went out. While I was at Lowe’s buying things that ultimately I would not need, a sales rep from ACE approached me and told me that she could have somebody at my house. Keep in mind, this was 5:00 PM on a Sunday. She had someone at my house within five minutes of my return home. The tech’s name was Jaime. That dude is as honest as the day is long! He quickly pinpointed the issue, discovering that the drain was clogged and had triggered one of the moisture sensors. He fixed it very quickly, charged me a very, very affordable price, and was on his way. We sent him home with a jar of homemade salsa. We feel like we have a friend in the business now. I can’t speak for the rest of the company, but I will tell you that the representative at Lowe’s and the technician were replete with integrity. ACE has my business for life. I currently have 53 million people who have read my reviews. If you live in the Phoenix area, this is the only place you call for your AC needs.

A truly wonderful experience with Ace Home Services. My air conditioning went out late Sunday evening. I called Monday morning. It’s summer in Phoenix, so I figured it would be a few days before anyone came out. Instead, I got a call within 10 minutes that a tech could be at my home in under 30 minutes. Jesse arrived; he was super professional and super knowledgeable. He diagnosed my system’s problems, went to get replacement parts and returned to complete the repairs. I had Daniel Ghobrial from ACE Home Services out today to check an a/c unit not cooling well. He was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable.I have been dealing with Ace for about four years now. They acquired the assets of another company that went bankrupt and on their first annual service call honored a contract that they could have denied. I was so impressed with their service, professionalism and integrity. that two years ago I had them install a new a/c, water heater and water filtration system. Two years after the installation they did the repairs today at no charge and it was not a unit problem covered by warranty. They stood behind their work completely. How refreshing in todays business culture. Where customer service and satisfaction is almost non existent. Highly recommend ACE Services.

He walked me though his inspection of all the valves, check for leaks, testing water temp and educating me on what he is doing and reason he is doing it. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He completed the water test, and water heater flush and inspection and provided me deatils on what is needed to be done. He listened and answered all my questions and concerns. The service he provided was next level and very professional. So much that I will be canceling my services through another company that handles my , RO, water softener and water heater and will exclusively work with Conner and Ace home services for all my plumbing needs. I already go though Ace for my HVAC so it makes sense to cancle my plumbing service with the other company and go with Ace to exclusively take care both HVAC and plumbing all because of the service and professionalism Conner provided. I highly reccomend Connor and Ace Home services for all your plumbing needs because he was thorough, knowledgeable, and very honest on what is needed to be done and explained why. Daniel was very professional and early / on time. Was scheduled between 5pm and 9pm. Thankfully he was able to make it by 615 before the house got too hot.Diagnosing the problem was no issue for him as he went to work trying to locate the problem I was having. After no prevail from checking the unit he went as far as checking the dampers and making necessary adjustments to them.My ac is working great and no longer making any noises causing me to worry on a 5 year old unit. But we do live in AZ so nothing would surprise me.So thankful I found you guys online and you had specials for veterans etc so I had to pick ACE as my service people. Anthony Burrolo serviced our home yesterday..1/31/24...we had a garbage disposal that suddenly stopped working. Upon inspection it was noted that the blades were very rusty, causing it to jam up..Anthony explained to us that the best solution would be to replace it. Because we are only half the year he recommended the kind that would be best in our situation. It was 1hp model. He purchased it for us and installed it that same night. He also checked our hot water heater and told us the water was coming out clean. Our hot water heater was going on 4 years, purchased in 2020. He recommended that a replacement should be made within the next year...we decided to do it today... so glad we did...see picture.Anthony explained thoroughly everything that was needed to keep our home in good and safe shape. We so appreciate the time he took with us and interest in us as his customer.

Tom was absolutely fantastic! After Goettl, who installed the system, said they couldn’t come out to look at the non-working AC for 4 days I called Parker & Sons. They got out there in a few hours and diagnosed the problem as a broken compressor and said they could replace it for $4500 in 4 days but they couldn’t get the part for 3 days. I called ACE and Tom showed up a few hours later and he confirmed that it was the compressor and said he could run out to Goodmans and get the part before they closed in 45 minutes. It was a 34 minute drive one way. Tom got the part and stayed until very late at night until it was working. He did all of that for $2800! There is no comparison. If this is the kind of techs that ACE has, I can’t see why anyone would use any other company for their HVAC needs.

Ace Home Repair tech Jesse visited my house today to perform a checkup of my HVAC unit. Jesse was super polite, energetic and informative. He covered every component of the HVAC system. When completed he reviewed the checkup in detail with photos and I was happy to find out my system is in good working order. There were a couple items that I could have replaced but I decided against it. I will be sure to call Ace Home Repair if repairs are needed and I will be asking for Jesse.

My AC wasn’t working today, and I kind of panicked, I called Ace air-conditioning for repair and Javier arrived and diagnosed the issue. Thoroughly check the system and made recommendations. AC conditioner was fixed in no time. He was professional and efficient at his job will definitely use them in the future for maintenance and any other needs to do with my air conditioner, you can’t go wrong by using these guys
