    Great response, great service!I called Phoenix Electricians Today because my water heater was not working and appeared to be getting insufficient voltage delivered to it. I spoke to Andrea to explain the problem and sent her photos of my breaker box. She called me back and said that they could get Sergio to my house between 1 and 3. He showed up on time and methodically troubleshot the problem. It turned out to be my old load controller that was causing the power loss to the water heater. Sergio replaced the circuit breaker for the water heater and wired it to bypass the load controller, just to get us functioning again. He then reconnected the water heater and it worked like a charm. I will probably have to replace or get rid of the load controller at some point, but with a houseful of holiday guests, I am thrilled to have hot water for now. If i do have the additional work done, I will certainly consider Phoenix Electricians Today. From Andrea to Sergio, to Dennis, the owner, they were very good to work with, friendly and competent. I would highly recommend them.

    Ive worked with Dennis and Sergio on a couple of projects for my business. Not sure Ill trust any other electrician ever again. :)Extremely professional, do exactly what they say theyre going to do, and they wont break the bank. In addition, the work they do is extremely clean. Dennis lets you know, up front, what the job entails, theyll get a quote over to you quickly, and its well worth it! All questions are answered, and no question is too basic. Trust me, Im electrically illiterate.Sergio, who completed our most recent job, was fantastic!Cant recommend Phoenix Electricians today highly enough!

    You will be so happy going with this group. We had a fairly random to-do list and Sergio was able to do it all in one day. He moved the dining room chandelier, installed can lights in the master bedroom and changed all the lights on the front of the house. Each project was perfect and we are so thrilled.

    Well I gotta say we had Phoenix Electricians Today install a ceiling fan for us today and what a pleasant experience so professional and knowledgeable as was Dennis Parker and his Understudy Dennis Parker II they did a fantastic job.     These folks were the bomb-dot-com when it came to upgrading our service. We had a 40-year old box with some glaring issues when it came to the type of breakers being used, as well as mystery-circuits (yikes!). Not only were they able to swiftly coordinate with SRP, install our new box and breakers, but they also identified the issue with the mystery circuit and labelled all of our circuits! They also installed an electric car charger for us and even did a service loop for the water heater ground so we could hide it in the attic.Overall this company and their teams delivered a terrific product in a timely manner, and above all-else were courteous, on time, and prepared! They also have an excellent service radius when it comes to where and who they serve in the valley.Great company, great team, and GREAT job! We will absolutely be using them again in the event we need additional services.

    Very impressed with the service, friendly demeanor and exceptional expertise. Our refrigerator and garage door lost power. Dennis came by the same day that I called and within 10 minutes he identified the problem and was able to fix it on the spot. These guys know what they are doing and charge a fair rate.     I called Phoenix Electricians Today and spoke with their answering service to schedule a service call about outlets in garage and bathrooms not having power, even after breaker reset. The lady was very nice, took my information and explained dispatch would be calling me to set a time on my preferred day. I assumed this was due to it being late evening at the time. Within two minutes of finishing that call I received a ring from Dennis who was helpful in scheduling a sevice call for the exact time I needed the following day. Dennis and the tech arrived within the first 15 minutes of the two hour time window for the service call the following day. Both were very courteous, personable and professional. They were able to diagnose and have my problem fixed very quickly. Pricing was fair and explained and agreed on upfront before work was done after problem had been diagnosed. A++ experience with this company start to finish. I will most definitely be calling them again for any fixes or work needed done at my place.

    WOW! From the jump, excellent customer service and response time. Estimate for 3 outlets, wall sconce, bathroom lighting, bedroom ceiling lighting and correction to previous install missing equipment. Kitchen fan replacement that Charles explained to me on the estimate exactly what I needed and why. They converted 2 bathroom 3 switch outlets to 2 switch outlets and... willing to come back again to finish up installing a new cooktop and replacement of outside panel. They NAILED it! Dennis the owner does not just have Charles, Sergio, the new Guy lol and Dawn work for him... he works WITH them.     I had Phoenix Electricians out to my house on a Saturday. Joe showed up ready to work. I showed him the problem I was having with my fuse (a short of some kind kept breaking the circuit--it would not reset). He diagnosed the issue and narrowed it down to the ceiling fan in my living room.He took care of business as well as answering a few additional questions I had.Very professional and courteous. A pleasure to do business with.Unfortunately, the very next day, the same fuse popped again. I went to the breaker and reset it, and it DID reset and has been working fine the last 36 hours. I plan to speak to the company about the issue and see what they will do. Based on their reputation, I predict they will take care of business with no fuss, at which point, I will change this review to 5 stars.

    I have dealt with a lot of electricians in the last year and a lot of times they play trial and error. After seeing their yelp reviews, I gave them a call and it was easy to make an appointment. They didnt charge me extra by saying their schedule is full till mid-week and would have charge me emergency hours unlike another company. Dennis came out who was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He diagnosed the problem in a timely manner and provided me with a referral for a plumber. The entire experience was smooth.     I called a few location in my area they all wanted to charge over 200 just to come look at the problem! Then i finally called Phoenix Electrician today. They were very responsive they told me they could have someone come out the same day and there was no fee for they to just to come look at the problem.they arrived on time and were very professional. They were able to figure out my problem in a few moments told me how much it would cost to fix. And they price was cheaper then all the other places I had called. They even helped me fix the security camera I had outside that wasn’t working. All in all definitely one of the best experience I had with an electrician.     I had a short circuit in the line to my outdoor kitchen and boat dock. Dennis had a brief schedule opening and arrived earlier than expected. He quickly completed troubleshooting and determined the problem was a circuit breaker that needed some extra pushes to reset. He then load tested the circuit and the problem was solved.     I initially called Phoenix Electricians because I wanted to compare prices, and were one of the few, highly rated firms online, that wouldnt charge to come and quote you $ for a job.So Joe Lake, one of their electricians, came out and gave me a reasonable price so we decided to proceed. We had quite a bit of work done, all outdoors mainly in our backyard. Joe installed brand new spot lights in our yard as well as replacing some of the old ones we had. He also hung up string lights on our patio. Lastly, he setup all new light switches and an outlet to make things convienent and unobstrustive.Joe’s work ethic is the main reason I am taking the time to right this review. Joe was at our home from ~10am - 7pm on a Thursday in the end of June, so it was considerably hot outside. He was very polite and autonomous. He didn’t ask for anything he just went outside and worked, all day. I worked from home while he was there and I would pop out and check on him every few hours to see how the work was going etc.. Everytime I went outside he was laboring, aside from a lunch break he truly worked all day. I never saw him playing on his phone or wasting time.He was, as I said, polite and very nice and I would recommend and refer to anyone needing work and if I have any future projects I will call them first.

    I needed to have two panels replaced at the back of my duplex and I was really stressed about how big of a job that this was going to be. I called Phoenix Electricians and Joe Lake came out to inspect my panels. He was very professional and told me that they do these all the time which really put me at ease. Joe was always available to answer my questions and made sure that the job was done on time. When the panels were replaced, they looked like they were replaced properly and that you could tell that Joe knew what he was doing. I have used Phoenix Electricians Today on a few projects at my house and they do good work. I will be hiring them for other projects in the future.

    We fully endorse Phoenix Electricians Today! Joe L. was not only knowledgeable and friendly, they fit us in the same day! Our exterior lighting stopped working, and we needed to have them on since our area is poorly lit at night. Joe l. came in, gave us a fair estimate, and was actually able to fix the entire system ( due to a short in a junction box ) the same day. It was a quick fix being a burnt wire, so he didnt charge anything extra but everything worked great. When I am ready to get our outside sign fixed, they will be the only electricians I call.     Dennis came out to home on Friday to fix a breaker that was broken. He also fixed turned on the electricity to part of the house where the breaker flipped. I had tried to fix it myself on Thursday and was unable to do so. Dennis did a great job and went above and beyond for me and my family. He taught me how to properly reset a breaker so I wouldnt have to pay again to have someone come out and fix it! Not many companies or people do that for you! So if you are looking for honest electricians I recommend you call Phoenix Electricians Today they truly are the best! I will definitely be using them for any future electrical needs.

    Its the middle of summer and half the power in our house suddenly stopped working, including the air conditioning. I called 9 different electricians this morning and only Phoenix Electricians called me back. They showed up quick and determined it to be a problem with SRP but if they hadn’t been so quick to respond I’d have been waiting all day for some random electrician to call me back instead of getting on SRP about the problem.     I called at 3pm and Dennis responded and finished the job in less than an hour. My vacuum cord caused the melt down with flames of both the plug and switch plate.     Charles, my technician, arrived promptly and resolved the electrical problem I encountered with my nonfunctioning kitchen gfci outlet and mislabeled breaker box. I called the office in the morning and had service completed before noon. Many other companies were scheduling out 2+ weeks. I am so grateful for the service provided which was reasonable and prompt. I will definitely use Phoenix Electricians in the future as I plan to replace several light fixtures or if I have other service issues. I highly recommend Charles and owner, Dennis.     Great Customer Service from Karen on the first phone call. I was a little hesitant to pay a Dispatch fee for the quote but was assured it would be taken off the invoice if the work was performed. Prices were in line and I am very satisfied. The fee was deducted from my total invoice. Would work with them again as they completed the work very quick and efficient.

    When I first called Electricians Today they came out on a Saturday. They suggested what work need to be done. I could not believe how promptly they arrived.On the day the work was done I had added a few extra things. Joe Lake worked way into the evening and didnt complain. He solved my problem and everything looks great. He wired a new sprinkler timer and wired all of the sprinkler wire back also. Just one of many things that needed to be done. He even came back to put on 2 caps that he didnt have on him at the time. He was very professional with over 20 years experience. I also asked for another quote to have an external light put on the house with motion sensor. Just waiting till after holidays to get that done. I would definitely recommend them to friends and of course use Electronics Today again. Joe Lake is top of the line with me.

By this time it was late so I looked for emergency electrician who could come out since it was going on 7:30 at night. Dennis showed up and replaced a few breakers and got the ac fired up same night.     I recently hired Phoenix Electricians Today to install a Tesla charger and a 240v outlet at my house, and they did a fantastic job. The electrician was on time, professional, and made sure everything was installed correctly and safely.The whole process was straightforward, and they were happy to answer any questions I had about the setup. The charger works perfectly.Overall, I’m really happy with their work and would definitely call them again for any future electrical projects.
