Quick and easy replacement and install of some light connections in a hallway. The work was thorough, and he didnt try to oversell me anything I dont need. We were looking to have some outdoor outlets installed in our 1950s rambler. I was concerned that it might be very difficult to find a place to tap into the existing wiring of the house in the front. I looked online and saw that the company was not far and had good reviews. I called the company and left a vm. I received a text almost immediately with a proposed day & time which was 2 days later. Mauricio showed up on time and we discussed where we wanted the outlets and what was the simplest solution. We agreed on 2 locations and he was done (after getting a part) relatively quickly. A very nice job. I would recommend them.

We installed can lighting in our family room and he showed up on time, listened to what we wanted, and installed them same day as the quote, leaving no mess behind or drywall repairs. This is the second time I have used their services as I had them do some TI work for a new business and was very satisfied with their work. We had a relatively low priority job - our doorbell transformer was blown. When I reached out to Simple Electric they were able to get me an appointment in under 48 hours, and the communication was impressive. I was given a two hour window, and then Ash texted the day before confirming the window and providing the tech’s name, Mitch . I also received a text the day of when he was 30 minutes away. Mitch not only resolved the issue he was friendly, thoughtful, and helpful. He also explained everything he was doing and what things I should be aware of. I’m a bit of a nerd so this appealed to my desire to learn how things work, and created an awareness for future issues. They definitely lived up to their name. And I found myself wondering what other electrical issues I needed solved as I would hire them again in a second.

Honestly, this was the best experience Ive ever had with an electrician, and probably the best Ive ever had with any similar service provider.First, scheduling was a breeze, and they were very accommodating, with good communication. Ash in particular was easy to text with.Second, the estimate was fair and thorough. I could review it on my phone and even pay my deposit with Apple Pay!Finally, the service was great. The main thing I wanted was a car charger, and they installed it and more with excellent quality—see picture of conduit carefully run outside. Everything got done on time and budget, and Bryce was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything, cleaned up thoroughly, and did exactly what I needed. Simple Electric has worked at our house on multiple occasions for big projects that required some creativity and small projects that mostly offered us reassurance. The experience is always worthy of 5 stars. We have had multiple techs to our house-- The latest person was Mitch. He was timely, attentive, friendly, and very patient in answering our (Im sure) very basic questions. hahaOur latest concern involved a burning smell that was causing us much stress. They were able to have someone out to our home within 45 minutes of my call. It was so wonderful to get the peace of mind quickly. And by the way, the initial quote is totally free so you have nothing to lose by calling them to come out. First tech they sent out wasn’t to my liking but they asked what they could do to make it right and 100% delivered all while being very receptive to feedback. The experience did not start out well. Simple Electric gave a 2 hour window to show up and was 15 minutes past the window. Not the end of the world but I was irritated. He looked at my fixture in the front of our house and the wire was broken right next to the connection. Didnt think he could fix it but its a 23 year old fixture that would cost a lot to replace both. He said he would try. He was able to fix it, saving me a lot of money. We had both our lights out in our garage and he could have fixed those but also being 23 years old, likely to break again and the new LED fixtures were inexpensive. Again, great advice. Bryce was Awesome and he is coming back to install the new lights. Goes to show, its not how it started but Ended Great!

We’ve had the best service and customer support with Simple Electric. The technicians are friendly, reliable, always try to do their best job, aren’t paid on commission and never try to upsell us. Their customer service staff is equally polite and helpful. Recently, a much larger company with a well-known brand tried to pressure us into spending $2000-$6000 on a new load box four our hose saying ours was prone to start a fire. Simple Electric charged $150 to repair the necessary breaker and said the box was fine. When I wasn’t entirely happy with the appearance of some work recently, partly my fault, the company redid the work at no charge. In the past, we’ve tried some independent electricians who charged a bit less for some services, but they were never reliable. Simple Electric has built my trust over the past three years.

Loved these guys, had a rather urgent outlet issue with my washer which was locked and full of laundry we needed for a trip. They were there within an hour. The receptionists were super friendly, they confirmed my app w an email, I was even able to pay via credit card. The whole experience was great, did I mention they entertained my toddlers with duck noises and cool tool education! Great experience after calling other places that could only get me taken care of in 7 days! We had the Jim & Steve team.

We have been using Simple Electric for some basic services for about a year now but yesterday they really came through on a tough job. My house had a wiring issue that kept tripping the GFCI and occasionally the breaker. Steven replaced some outlets and the breaker to eliminate a bad outlet being the culprit but that didnt completely resolve the issue. So I called in and requested a follow-up visit and Steven came back out and did a ton of investigating and eventually found a rogue frayed wire outside of the home which was causing the issue. He was very pleasant to work with throughout both visits and the support staff at the office was great as well. These guys are good, give them a call if you need help with your home or office electric needs.

We had the pleasure of working with Maurice & Stephen from Simple Electric recently when we initiated several electrical projects at our new home in Phoenix. This included moving ceiling fans, installing lights in the attic, adding plugs outside and in the garage and installing carriage lights on the front of our home. On December 26th, 2022, I recently had to put in a claim with my home warranty company for an electrical issue; Breaker box was buzzing loudly as i turned on the heater to my home and some outlets had lost power. The company my Home Warranty had as a contractor was closed (26th) and due to the issue being electrical related, this made me very uneasy as I hear horror stories about electrical fires all the time. I did a google search and found Simple Electric was open and got in contact with Bree Street, their Scheduling Assistant. I told Bree about my issue and she spoke with her manager to see if they could do an over the phone consult due to what was going on with my home; Bree was able to get me in contact with their, electrician Bryce Mongillo. Bryce called me immediately and walked me through pre-cautionary measures for what was going on and assisted me with any questions I had. Both Bree and Bryce were extremely professional and compassionate and I wish they were the company to respond to my house to fix whatever issue is going on with my breaker box/electrical. The contact with this company was very pleasant and just from this short contact, I cant express how positive it was. Thank you very much Bryce, Bree and Simple Electric.

My dryer was constantly having issue and I discovered it had to do with the wiring and outlet. Mike replaced the outlet and then came back to my place when it still was having issues. I hired Simple Electric to replace our 1970s circuit breaker box, install new LED lights, and update outdoor wiring. Im really impressed by how coordinated and professional the breaker box replacement was! It takes a LOT of people and coordination of local agencies (the city, SRP) to replace a breaker box (I had no idea!) Ashley in the office was very responsive and provided updates on the process. Simple Electric pulled all the permits and made all arrangements. The bulk of the work was done in one day, even with required visits from the city of Tempe and SRP. The electricians did a beautiful job on the box and I feel way safer in our home. Terin also installed new lights for us in our kitchen and bedroom and replaced outdoor wiring and outlet boxes that werent up to code. I LOVE our new lights! They are perfectly placed in line with each other and are a terrific upgrade. Terin was also very speedy in replacing our outdoor wiring and outlet boxes, including installing GFI outlets and a brand new outlet box on the side of our house. Im really happy with the work that Terin and colleagues have done, and Im grateful to Ashley for arranging it all. I plan to hire Simple Electric again.

It was and the quicker response was a big help since I had a number of things needing attention.I worked with Jim who was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. Im glad I called this company. What I thought might have been a bad breaker turned out to be a short in my attic. Jim explained things so I understood what he was doing and he did exactly what he said. I like that.Pricing was explained up front and was what I expected to pay for someone who is professional and knows what they are doing.I kept the business card and they will be the first call next time I need an electrician.
