    When I tell you the best plumbing service in town, this is the second time Xpert Plumbing has helped our family. Initially, they helped my parents. They did a wonderful job. This time, I had an issue at my home. Preston and Marty came to the rescue. Being a homeowner, it’s very important to have trustworthy professionals that provide great customer service and do quality work. Xpert Plumbing gets the job done.

    My experience with Xpert Plumbing was amazing! He came out quickly, he explained all he was doing and why it was necessary. He was installing a hot water heater and took the initiative to check other plumbing in the area to make sure things would run properly. Costs were reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

    Preston and Marty came out to analyze a leak under our master shower today. I was extremely impressed with their demeanor, knowledge and expertise with their visit. They treated me like a person rather than a transaction and educated me on the challenge I had with my shower and quickly resolved the issues. Furthermore, their customer service was excellent over the phone and in-person. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has any plumbing issues. Fantastic job!!!!

    Xpert Plumbing performed an excellent job on my new home. The guys came out inspected my pipes and as I expected and hoped they only recommended that I needed a new hot water heater. When I said I had a problem with high water bills and cold water they suggested and installed a new connector system. Now I have hot water at all sinks, tubs and showers in seconds.Great job guys! I highly recommend Xpert Plumbing for your jobs!!!

    Great Service and the price was right. I had a new stand alone shower insert put in my small bathroom, they even had to replace my original cast iron plumbing for the drain. Marty and Preston were both very professional, personable and knowledgeable. Since I first contacted them there was communication every step of the way, everything was in writing. They were very conscientious of the samll area they were working in and my bathroom was swept and all debris cleaned up and hauled away. It was a big job for a small area. I am very pleased and it gives me a little peace of mind know a really great plumbing service is only a phone call away. Thanks guys! (Oh yeah, and they love dogs)

    I cannot recommend Xpert Plumbing enough!! The team led by the owner, Marty Grimes, is the most professional, efficient, transparent and nicest plumbing experts you can work with.Initially, my realtor found them due to a little issue at the condo I am selling and I loved their professionalism so much that I hired them to install Water Flow control system and replace the toilette in my new home. Even though they had to drive a few hours from their location to mine, they obliged to my time frame and the work was done on time with utmost care.You can easily tell they take tremendous pride in their work which is rare to find these days; if you need a plumber who will be always honest, upfront and efficient, pls give them a call.YOU WILL THANK ME FOR IT!!:)

    I am very satisfied with the work the Xpert Plumbing crew did in my bathroom. I had a shower added to an existing bathroom. They added the plumbing and drainage needed for the bathroom. I saw the hard work that it took to make it happen from busting the concrete floor open to connecting the pipes in my ceiling. They did an excellent job. I was referred to them by a friend who spoke highly of this company and they were right. They communicated everything up front and were honest. Their price was also fair and worth every penny. I had another plumbing issue to arise and I have already scheduled them to come back.

    Called Xpert plumbing after they were recommended to me by several people. They came out almost immediately and fixed a leak i had that was ruining drywall. A few months passed and I needed a faucet looked at and again, they came out immediately and got me taken care of in less than 20 minutes. I will always recommend this company.

    Marty and Preston came by yesterday with the expectation that they would be quoting me for a shower pan repair. The shower on my second floor is leaking into my kitchen, and 3 different plumbers diagnosed the issue as the shower pan, and quoted me repair jobs ranging from $4800--$10k. I was *hoping* for a lower price for the repair when Marty and Preston told me that those prices were crazy and that the leak isnt originating from a broken shower pan, and (even crazier) that the shower had been leaking for YEARS before I purchased the house, spread to the adjacent closet, and was rotting the floor beneath the tile. They showed me the damage to the closet and had me touch the floor beneath the shower so I could understand how the floor was caving in and what a safety hazard the rotted floor posed to me and my family. Obviously, this issue was much larger than a simple repair job that I was being overquoted for. But still, Marty and Preston went above and beyond and put me in contact with one of their trusted partners so the damage could be reviewed further. Not one of the previous companies offered anything close to that thorough and honest of an experience. Ive already given out their info to multiple people because too many service companies are about making profits instead of making solutions. I cant recommend Xpert Plumbing enough and from now on, they will be my only plumbing resource.

    Marty and Preston were excellent for our needs. They texted when they were on the way and came on time. Fixed our gas fireplace and even looked at a plumbing problem. We highly recommend and will call them for sure if we need a plumber!!!

    I am telling my story because I want the public to know what a excellent company Xpert Plumbing, they are honest, reliable and gets the job done the first time. I had a leak in the ceiling of my garage, I call my home warranty because i did not know where the leak was coming from. My home warranty Cinch sent a company called Delmar plumbing, I do not like calling a company out but I have to save the next person that will use this company. A guy from Delmar Plumbing came out on Friday April 19th to diagnose the problem he took a picture of the ceiling in my garage looked at my shower where the leak possibly was coming from. I received a call on the 22nd that I had a crack in my shower pan and they would have to remove some tile at the bottom of my shower to get to the pan and would cost me 7500.00. My gut feeling could not bring me to let Delmar do the job just did not smell right. I wanted a second opinion so I called home depot and used their pro services, I received five responses and my gut was to use Xpert Plumbing. Marty and Preston came out friendly, knowledgeable, and explained what the job entailed. They opened my ceiling around the leak , ran my shower and BINGO, the diagnose my shower drain, put some puddy there and leak free ALL IN ONE DAY FOLKS! When I tell you it was a far cry from Delmar plumbing. I had to hug these guys and I got so emotional because I am women that do not know anything about plumbing, Marty and Preston could have went a few thousand dollars less than what Delmar plumbing quoted me/dupe me. But they didnt this lets me know that there is still good companies/people out here that have a conscious not to dupe anyone. There is still people/companies in the world that is honest with their work. This is a great company i will use them again!Marva Manuel

    We had a water leak outside and ultimately needed a complete new line put in. Marty and Preston were very helpful, informative, answered all our questions, and very professional. We were extremely pleased with the work. It was done in a timely manner and we felt it was top quality and excellent value for the price. We will use them again and we would highly recommend them to our friends.

    These guys were amazing! Took their time and were trying to up-sale me on things I don’t need. Literally gave me honest assessments on my shower water pressure, and very affordable pricing on alternatives to resolve my solution. I definitely DEFINITELY advise using them! It’s difficult finding honest and transparent workers in this industry and they definitely are the exception! Super knowledgeable and passionate about their work! 10 stars out of 5!

    Best plumbers ever! We used their service to install new plumbing and also for a few repairs of existing work. Very professional and always on time.     Had an issue under my sink with a p trap. Got the companies name from the Home Depot pros. We talked through the problem before they started. They then quickly fixed the problem. Prices were better than the mega companies. Left card for any future problems.

    Would give 10 stars if allowed. Before and after pictures shown! Cannot thank Marty and Preston enough. Super professional and personable, honestly felt like I was talking to my family. I called them about the pressure relief pipe leaking outside my home. Turns out we had very high water pressure in our home, causing a lot of other issues. The pressure relief valve had failed, we had no expansion tank, etc. (previous owners had DIYed the system).They were able to quickly diagnose the source of the problem and explain everything including the dangers/safety issues with the current set up and what the recommendations were. I really felt like they were looking out for me and my home! They were not pushy or overselling services, they told me exactly what the issues were and what the solutions would be, if I wished to do them, all while answering every one of the million questions I had. They replaced our water heater and pressure relief valve system, bringing it all up to code. They really brought me peace of mind with the whole process and had it done very quickly. I’m so glad that we had this issue remedied before there was a major pipe leak. I feel amazing about the whole process and I am very thankful for their services! I’m so pleased with the results, and so happy I went with a local business! I have already recommended them to all my family members nearby.

    I have used Thomas and Xpert plumbing for three jobs now. The guys are professional, knowledgeable, and take pride in what they do. From repiping an entire home to installing a toilet…they can do it all. Whenever I have a plumbing question, I know Thomas will have the answer and he’ll be honest about his recommendations. Their pricing is fair and they don’t try to upsell you. They’ll give you a few options and let you know the advantages and disadvantages of your choice. You can’t go wrong with Xpert Plumbing!

    Xpert Plumbing is the absolute BEST. Marty and Preston came to service my home, and they went above and beyond! They are so professional and knowledgeable! We will never use another Plumbing Co. If you want the best, call them. You will not find a better Plumbing Co!!!
