    I’m so pleased with the service we received from Joseph Miles. I reported our issue very late in the day and was shocked when a Joseph showed up within an hour. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He took extra time to answer my many questions and walked me through his findings while performing diagnostics. When he left I felt confident in my understanding of the issues and action needed in the future. Exceptional service experience!!

    Josh did an excellent job. He was here today to do the annual pm on my furnace. He is knowledgeable and efficient.I had a few questions and he answered them immediately.This is the 3rd or 4th time Josh has serviced my a/c and furnace. Mostly the annual preventative maintenance calls, but back in the summer I had him here for a repair. I have never been disappointed with the service he provides. Very reliable.On a score of 1 to 10, he gets an 11!

    Very helpful & friendly. Would highly recommend for service. Technician was excellent. Just wish they would provide service twice a year rather than just once a year for heat and a/c combined. The person who installed our heat pump & works in the trade (a family member) said it really should be done semi annually.

    Tuesday, 10/02/24, Aero Energy Technician, Curtis: Curtis was on time, pleasant, and professional. He was focused and efficient in the assessment of our oil furnace for its annual service. My oil furnace displayed several problems when we started it up for the 1st time in 5-6 months. Curtis was conscientious and thorough in troubleshooting and resolving each problem. When he was finished , my oil furnace operated as designed and sounded strong! I was very pleased with Curtis tune-up and repair of my oil furnace!

    Curt performed our annual Generac service today. Very professional and well done! Before he began the tune-up he asked if we had any power outages over the past year - weve had a few. When he was done, he checked back and let us know how many hours of run time weve had. Turns out very few hours - only weekly startups, and a few brief outages. We look forward to our next routine service in a year. Thanks!

    On 13 November 2023 I purchased a home on North Browns Dam Drive. Aero Energy representatives Curt and the Lead Supervisor spent hours troubleshooting, fixing, and educating me on the errors the Contractor Program Manager Nate Humphreys installation crew made. What Aero Energy found was the heat pump, the furnace, and thermostat were all incorrectly installed. The wiring was reversed and was a hornets nest to unravel. The heat pump wasnt even programmed to turn on. I appreciate Curts, professionalism, knowledge, commitment, and determination to find all the errors Nates crew had made. What a tinderbox the problem became. Once one error was found another one occurred. I really highly recommend Aero Energy, their perseverance paid off. Thank you, Curt.

    Aero Energy has provided us with excellent service for years. Josh today was diligent and thorough in taking care of us. He was very polite and respectful. He verified proper operation, cleaned the coils and permanent filter. He replaced a failing capacitor in the outside unit (included in service). He even trimmed the bush next to the unit to ensure proper airflow. Highly recommended!!!

    I was very pleased with Joes attention to detail as he took everything apart and cleaned it....better than Ive ever seen anyone work on my furnace ... even the guy who installed it wasnt as thorough.I always hang around the guys who work on my house. I can do the carpentry stuff most times but mechanical?.. I leave that to the professionals... however any questions I asked, or comments I made, he took the time to explain what was going on. We discussed air filters and the system that I have....what its capacity is.... how he felt it was performing.....we even talked about the readouts he was getting......... and what that meant as far as keeping the existing parts or having to replace them....... Joe has a way of doing all that and still getting the job done without interrupting the work flow..... He has a way of doing things efficiently without seeming to be rushed..... Joe is definitely an asset for your team and I liked him a lot as a technician and as a person he seems to be a well rounded individual.You can tell a lot about people by how they work....The respect they use when referring to the folks they work for and how they treat the customer who is thier employers client....I know I sound like his father or something...hes a great fellow to be around.... I have my own employees and deal with the public quite a bit and I appreciate someone who seems to have a good head on their shoulders and knows the direction they want to go.....Joes a good man, hang on to him.A definite asset to your group!.....d.p.

    Dave did a thorough job. Past individuals must not have cleaned the heat exchanger because it was completely caked with rust and soot. What should have taken 2 ~2 1/2 hours took him almost 4. He was extremely knowledgeable of this generator, swiftly analyzed the problem, got it started temporarily to assess the root cause, and ordered the needed replacement part.     Eric was very thorough about everything and explained everything out, Ive had a couple people come out before and they have never explained stuff out that well before, and they never took their time, they were just here for maybe about 20 minutes at most and came back in and said they were done and left, but Eric took his time was here for almost an hour and explained everything in detail very well. My ac hasnt worked this well since I first got it, very pleased this time!
