We had our water heater replaced by Roger and his son this morning, and we couldn’t be happier. They finished the job in less than two hours, and they charged us a very reasonable price. When I called initially, Roger was really nice and personable on the phone and was very patient with answering all of my questions. It’s always refreshing to find a business owned by honest, trustworthy people, so I will definitely be calling these guys for all of our plumbing needs in the future. I also got a quote from another company in the area, and they were going to charge $500 more and the water heater they offered wasn’t as good of a model. Definitely go with Delong plumbing if you’re looking for a reasonably priced, honest plumbing company!

We had a leaking outdoor faucet. DeLong Plumbing took my call and was there the next day. It ended up being a difficult job and I’m so happy it all got resolved. I cannot thank Mr. DeLong for his excellent service, and more important, his kind and genuine personal nature.

I had an amazing experience with our Master Plumber. He was VERY personable, courteous, and professional from the first moment to the last. He diagnosed some major issues, explained the issues clearly, and outlined our options to remedy our problem. His work was meticulous, yet very efficient. I had a few buddies over last weekend and I couldnt help but brag about this father and son company. I wouldnt recommend anyone else but these guys! Thanks for fixing our issues!

Oxfords local, multigenerational plumbers.Had these guys out to replace some corroded fixtures in an old house, grandpa took the call and sent his younger team to deliver. They showed up on time, knocked the work out quickly, and were professional throughout the entire visit. It even cost less than I thought it would, solid bonus!Glad to have these guys in the neighborhood, highly recommend 👍👍

Wow, completely different experience from those other two reviews...Roger replaced my back flow preventer device, which had been tested by a different plumbing service and failed. Most communication was text messaging, but Roger was polite, prompt, and his price was about 40% lower than my original plumbing company. Fast forward 2 months, and it turns out I have a cracked flange on my downstairs toilet, resulting in leaking into the basement. Same process, I call the first guy (who I used for several years, so was trying to give a second chance), and they quote me an outrageous price for the work....I again call Roger, same prompt, courteous discussion, only this time comes out and performs the work for HALF the price the first guys gave me. I should mention he spent about an hour texting me back and forth for pics, to ascertain the scope of the job, before he even knew he was getting the work. My wife and 3 year old were home when Roger was there doing the work, and they had absolutely no issues with the man; wife said he was polite, efficient and cleaned up the house well when he was done. Going forward, Roger is going to be the first call I make when I have a plumbing job, not the second.- Karl L, Oakland Township, MI

Received a letter from the Water Resource Commission regarding a backflow prevention assembly test in order to ensure safe drinking water. A backflow prevention test are required at all point of use connections where the water may be exposed to a potential contaminant. This is a local ordinance requirement to be routinely tested.I contacted several companies that provided this service for my Township and requested pricing. Delong Plumbing provided the best pricing of three I contacted. Called Delong back and set up a date and time and they arrived promptly and were done in a timely matter. Scott stated they would email a copy of the results and submit results to the township.The backflow test was emailed and it passed!Everything went very smooth and I would definitely call Delong for service.

Once again Delong Plumbing did a great job for us and have for over 25 years. They recently repaired some plugged up drains in our home. In fact we have worked with them long enough, that we leave a key so they can get in and do the repair when we are not there. When we return it is taken care of and you would not even know they had been there. The bill has always been more than fair. We have recommended them to dozens of people, friends and family through the years We would never recommend working with any other plumbing company but Delong Plumbing!

Roger and Scott DeLong are a father son team that provided exceptional plumbing services for me. I was in an emergency situation with water leaking. I reached out to Roger and he responded to my texts and helped me get the situation stabilized. Then he and his son came out at my request and put their heart into fixing the situation. They were kind, professional and efficient. They put their name on the valve at the end of the job and also repaired a small side job after hours of labor on the main job at no extra cost. The bill was reasonable and fair. I can’t say enough good things about them. Highly recommended! Thank you, guys!
