I had Oxford Plumbing and Heating install some gas lines in my garage as we were changing from electric to a gas range. I had previously called quite a few other companies with no shows as well as no return calls to come out. Upon calling Oxford Plumbing and Heating they were quick to come out and give me an estimate and quick to come out and begin the project once I gave them the confirmation. I believe I spoke to a lady named Sandy the first time ( sorry if that’s incorrect) but she was nice and polite through the entire process. As well as they gave me good information on things to make sure are on my gas range before installation. Rob was very thorough and considerate when doing the estimate. Timely in returned emails and phone calls. The Technician that came out did an amazing job with the installation and was very courteous as well. Rob even came back out to check on the project the next day to make sure everything was proper and up to specifications. I am now using my new gas range without any issue thanks to Oxford Plumbing and Heating. Highly recommend.

I am extremely pleased with Oxford Plumbing. I first called them to replace about 16” of gas line going to my furnace. Then the gentleman noticed my well pump was kicking on and off over and over, realizing the pressure tank was probably water logged. I hired them to come back out to replace it as well. The well tank was waterlogged and it took two of them to carry it out of the basement. Everything looks great, very professional, and not overly priced. Excellent service, thank you!

Our experience started out with Shawn Butler coming out to the house and explaining all of our options regarding new heat and air conditioning . Answered many questions and was just great to deal with.The install started early 8:30 am with Fran , Georgie and Nick .Very friendly guys that knew there job well . They were all cleaned up and finished by 3 pm .Couldnt have asked for a better crew to do the install.We are very happy with the Carrier unit .

After calling for a problem with the boiler, our technician Greg arrived and was very polite and very friendly. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and took the time to explain what he need to replace and why. Greg hustled to get the parts quickly and was back replacing the old parts just a short time after first arriving to our house. We are so happy that our heat and hot water were able to be restored and the problem resolved so quickly.

We had a leak coming through our dining room ceiling, and we called Oxford Plumbing at 9am on Labor Day. Ryan was here within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the cause of the leak (a crack in our shower’s caulk), gave us options for repair, and maintained a friendly and professional disposition throughout. Plus, he was very patient with our noisy “guard dog” (chihuahua). We are so appreciative of the prompt, cost-effective service – on a holiday, no less! We will absolutely be repeat customers if we run into further issues & will readily recommend Oxford Plumbing to friends!

We had 2 new toilets installed with power flush. The gentlemen was very professional, worked carefully around our new floors, he wore booties that he took off each time he stepped outside, and put them back on each time he entered the house. Great service! Off to a great start when Steve showed up early for the appointment to service our air conditioner unit for the summer. He explained the different steps he was taking to make sure the unit was working properly and left notes on our file about a part that may need to be replaced soon and the cost. Called Oxford Plumbing and Heating the Sat before Christmas because our toilet was leaking. The man who was on call was so rude (I will not mention his name). he came and said he fixed it but didnt. I called back the other day because the toilet was leaking again and they sent Mike T to my home. What a difference in personality and attitude!! He was so courteous, professional and he explained everything he was doing and then some! I will be requesting him if I have any other plumbing issues! Highly recommend!

My wife and I needed our heating and A/C units replaced and Sandi and Shawn were a pleasure to deal with. Shawn measured our home and gave us a number of options. He clearly explained the differences between the systems and the financing/rebates that were available. Ryan, Steve, and John showed up on time on the day of the install and were complete professionals throughout the day. Replacing our old system was not easy as the previous owners of our home walled off the area where the guys needed to work. I honestly dont know how they did it but they replaced everything without the slightest scratch and we had cold air in our house that afternoon. This is the second time we had to use OPH for water line issues. The first time was several years ago where a huge leak in the water supply caused our front yard to be soaked and probably hundreds of gallons of water to be lost daily. The water company said it was our problem so we called OPH and the crew came out, dug until they found the problem and fixed it. More recently our kitchen sink was leaking water under the cabinet due to faulty install after a kitchen remodel where we used the remodellers plumber. OPH came out and installed a faucet and water filter for us and solved that problem quickly. The plumbers that come out are always professional and friendly. We wont be using anyone else!

Called Rich at Oxford P&H @ 8:00am this morning due to leaking water heater. Mike T. was here within the hour. Initially thought the water heater tank was leaking necessitating a new water heater. Upon a closer look, leak was outside the tank and Mike was able to repair for a fraction of the cost for a new water heater. As usual, Oxford P&H provided fast, honest, no nonsense service at a square price. That is why I always call them for my plumbing & heating needs.
