    I highly recommend Roys plumbing! I had to install mini split system at my house and to change leaky shower faucets. Job was done very professionally, on time and affordable. Guys are super friendly, they explain everything, they worked with me and met my repair needs fully. Awesome communication skills and knowledge! Electricians they recommended were awesome, too! They prepped the electric part for the mini split and fixed a faulty socket and couple other issues in no time for me. Thank you Patrick and Hayden, I sure am going to use your service again.

    Had a PCV failure and didnt know until late in the afternoon. I texted Roy and he answered even while out of town. His crew was already stacked on jobs but they made sure to get it done WELL after hours. Truly excellent service Im happy to recommend.

    Roys plumbing is quick and friendly with fair prices. They gave us advice on how to prevent some of the recurring issues we had with our kitchen sink and, on a separate occasion, fit us into a really tight schedule to do a quick tub repair when another plumbing service had told us (without even looking at it) that wed have to replace the whole tub.

    Lightning struck our home at 6:30 Saturday night, and (some how or the other) busted the water line coming in to the house. Mr. Roy was here at 8AM Sunday, and had us all fixed up by Sunday afternoon.

    I am exceptionally pleased with Roy and his skill set. I had a really unusual project as I was asking to tie in an older well to get me off of city water. There was a well here and the previous owners wanted city, but our city water is like Holly Springs Utilities; there is much to be desired. Roy was able to dig into the problem and had me buttoned up way before I thought it would be. He was not late, above average professionalism, communicated appropriately and the price was reasonable. Keep in mind, its July 31st in Mississippi, so the temp is about 100° and the dew point is about 99.9%, so the heat index was about 165° give or take. He never slowed down. He never said a word about the heat.Roys reviews are what inclined me to reach out to him as Im relatively new to this area and I must say, these reviewers are right. I will definitely request his services for all future plumbing needs.There was only one Karen reviewer that does not understand the concept of paying your bills for services rendered. Contractors, mechanics, farmers, et cetera all preform a duty that requires payment. You dont go to the grocery store and tell the clerk to hold your check for 30 days. What does his experience have to do with you not paying your bill? His experience was not the issue. It was Karen spewing her ignorant venom trying to hurt others because reality packed its bags, left her and now she has bills so she gaslights the entire world to shift blame from herself.For my project in particular, I knew it was exploratory. There was no telling what we might find. It was jacked up, but now fixed up.Roys plumbing? 5 stars. Good team. Job well done.

    I don’t have to tell you that it is hard to find someone who is professional and willing to help. Patrick came on a Sunday even though his schedule was full. He installed a toilet that other people said would be hard. He made short work of it and did a super job. There is no other plumber for me. I can’t say enough good things about his services.     THE BEST! In Jan I had a pipe that burst during the ice storm & consequently no water. He replaced the line within 36 hrs which was a miracle as roads were still iced. Patrick checked all water lines as the pressure wasnt strong, the hot water took forever to flow & the water tasted of metals. In addition to moving the washing machine off the North wall, he has now replaced all water lines & there is an unbelievable difference! Its been a joy to turn on the faucets & HOT water just gushes! The water has never tasted so good. My morning routine before was get up, turn on the lavatory faucet, shower & kitchen faucet & wait 5 or more to get warm water, then turn off the 2 not needed. Yesterday morning I got hot water on demand! Sweet! Cant thank yall enough. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    Roy’s plumbing is easily the best experience we’ve had with any plumber or contractor whatsoever. Patrick has come out to our house on multiple occasions to fix any number of plumbing issues. We had a pipe leak in a wall, and he was able to work us into his schedule within the hour. He’s also replaced our water heater, fixed other leaks, and just recently hooked us off a well and onto city water. His work is fast, great quality, and very reasonably priced with excellent customer service. Highly recommend giving him a call!

    Let’s start off by saying he has the best and honest, fair prices when it comes to plumbing this man is not only awesome but he is my hero. I had an emergency leak freaking out at my mom‘s house while I’m home for a visiting and I gave Mr. Roy plumbing service a call he immediately answered my call and his rates best price, hands-down that Google maps has to offer. Secondly, he was able to help me from over the phone via FaceTime how awesome is that 😃he could have came to my house, took advantage and easily profit money, BUT HE DID NOT ☝️cause he is an honest guy his motto is to save the customer time and money, I still need the work done but the fact that he was able to help me tonight from having my whole entire house flooded out before he can even get here is a blessing in itself and any homeowner knows once your house flood out it’s over, so thank you again, Mr. Roy.

    Roys Plumbing was great! Called him needing sump pump repaired and he came out very quickly. Fixed my problem, was easy to work with, and very professional! I would definitely recommend and will for sure use again if ever need be.Edited: About a year after my sump pump was repaired, I had another issue, separate from his previous work, but he showed up very quickly and once again, did excellent work and fixed my issue immediately. I recommend him for any and all plumbing work and he will be my go-to as long as I am in the Oxford area. Professional and priced fairly!

    Roys Plumbing Services saves the day again! The first time was last Christmas, when Roy came out in bad weather and capped off an outdoor pipe, that had burst in the below freezing temperatures. The rupture in the pipe was, quite inconveniently, located underneath our porch. Roy came out in icy weather within just a few hours of me calling (right on the heels of finishing another emergency call), thereby saving Christmas!Most recently, I called Roys Plumbing Services when the pilot light in my hot water heater went out and wouldnt re-light. After assessing the situation and explaining my options (i.e., either fix the 30-year-old water heater yet again or buy a new one), he helped me pick out the right water heater for my family, helped me get the best possible deal on it, and handled the whole removal and installation process for a very reasonable price given the amount of work involved. It was a surprisingly easy and pain-free process thanks to Roys, and now we wish we had replaced the old one sooner.I highly recommend reaching out to Roys Plumbing Services for all your plumbing needs.

    Well where to begin. Went to a wedding and came back to a main sewer line clogging/backing up. I called Roy at 1am, and he got here and worked until 3am. Above and beyond service! Very friendly and easy to work with. I’d recommend him for any problem that you are dealing with.

    Patrick installed a tankless hot water system for us and did so at a fair price. He did a great job communicating throughout the process and being honest when something needed to be done by someone with a different specialty. He had done a couple minor jobs for us in the past but nothing on this scale. We encountered some pressure problems with the gas which left the unit not working optimally and he came back to help trouble shoot and get the issue fixed. I would 100% recommend Roys Renovations if you need a project done or service for your current plumbing equipment.

    Answered our call on a Sunday morning before church and had water service restored before noon. Job site was cleaned up and he was gone by 12:15. Cost for an after hours / weekend service call was very reasonable.This was for a water line broken between the meter at the curb and our house. He had to dig up our meter, find the broken line, repair the connection to the pressure regulator, and repair the line to the house.

    I recommend Roys Renovations 100%. Patrick worked quickly to complete the renovations and ensured everything was done exactly as I wanted. He was punctual and professional throughout the process and very easy to work with from beginning to end.The only part of the process I found even mildly dissatisfying related to some of the work done by a subcontractor. Even then, Patrick sent the subcontractor back to the house to touch up his work so it would be perfect for me.

Patrick Roy just finished replacing an old waterless hot water heater for us and really got us out of a bind in record time .Previously he’d installed a faucet that was leaking in our kitchen .     Patrick has done so much work at my house that I have 90% new plumbing, and were gonna work on the last 10% of it in the next couple of months. What a great guy this guy is! He shows up, does the work, charges a fair price, even detecting more problems I was unaware of!     Roy’s Handyman service has done several projects around our house. (Building shelves, painting, staining, caulk repair, tile repair, etc). I can’t say enough good things about them. They are punctual, professional, constantly stay in contact with you and do a great job. They are honest and do exactly what they tell you they will do. I have recommended them to friends and as a real estate agent, I have used them for repairs for houses I have on the market.

    We had a stopped up kitchen sink on a Saturday morning I contacted Roys Handyman service and Patrick responded within seconds of me reaching out to him. We sat an appointment time for Sunday @ 12:00 PM, he was here right on time. Patrick was knowledgeable about the problems we were having.     I called them on an emergency situation and it was a holiday at that.., referred by a friend . Then after this I have used them for several different things. I love that he takes time to explain what and why. For example he did a flushing/ cleaning on the tankless hot water system, and he showed me what was going on during and after... was so shocked what came out of it!!!
