    Our water heater went out Christmas Eve. Called Griffith Plumbing services on Christmas Eve to set up appointment for Thursday they called me first thing Thursday morning to schedule an appointment for that same day response time was really great.     Very pleased with the service i received. The techs were pros and took the time to protect the floors when moving the hotwater heaters. After the installation they took the time to show me everything i need to know about the new tank. Definitely will be calling them again. Highly recommend GPS!

    We called GPS because we our kitchen sink was backed up and we tried to snake it on our own but we could not get it unclogged. We actually used their online site to schedule which didnt work the way we expected, could not actually schedule a time, this was over a weekend and we did not need an emergency visit so that is why decided to make the appointment. They called first thing Monday morning and said they would be that afternoon. As it turned out they were switching to a new computer service and when they switched somehow it kicked out our appointment and they didnt show. I really didnt think anything about it, I figured they had some more pressing jobs that took longer so figured they would come the next day. Since we were not an emergency call I was fine with them coming when they had the time. First thing Tuesday morning the office called an apologized several times for not coming and explained what happened and she said someone would be there around 10:00am. They actually arrived closer to 9:00am, which was great. Kevin was the plumber that worked on the clog and he was very friendly and he was able to get it unclogged, it was definitely a challenge but he kept at it until it finally broke loose. I would definitely call them again if I have any other plumbing issues, just praying that I will not have to make that call, but it is good to know I can call someone I trust.

    Called GPS to install a slop sink and new kitchen faucet. Showed up on time and did a nice clean job and made sure I was happy with work. I am a repeat customer and used for water heater and HVAC replacement install, gas line hookups for oven and replace bad well pump and numerous misc leaks and modifications at this old house. Definitely will use for next project again.

    Kevin Davis was very accommodating and attentive. He helped us out even with non routine requests regarding our dishwasher and reworked our sink plumbing. He responded back out to our house the next business day after discovering a separate leak to make sure we were taken care of.

    First of all, the first thing I want to state is that I gave the local plumbers in my town a chance but they never picked up the phone and I had to leave a voice message. Griffith answered the phone and was able to schedule a repairman the following day. The following day, the repairman showed up early and went to work right away. Using the snake, he was able to remove the clog. He explained where the clog was and why it was clogged. I believe in took less than an hour.

    I called GPS at 9AM yesterday morning to have someone come out to check our toilet. I dropped a piece of plastic in the toilet while flushing and it got stuck. The secretary who took my call was very nice . She stated they may not get here today, but definitely tomorrow. About 1:30 Dillon called and said he’d be right over. He was very professional and tried to dislodge the plastic for quite some time but it wasn’t going to come out. He gave an estimate of the cost of a new toilet, picked it up and installed it very quickly. He also put in a new shut off valve because the old one was inoperable.     Great company! Quality work! They were very flexible, knowledgeable and accommodating! We were out of town and our house is old and unique. GPS coordinated with our friends and family who could be present in the house for the work, and got us on the phone bigger concerns.     Firstly, costumer service is outstanding. When I needed to change the appointment time, the receptionist was kind professional and made me feel like family. Then Danny the technician arrived on time and was able to detect the issue, gather parts, and make the repair in a very short time making me feel very comfortable that he knew what he was doing.     I have an old house in Hanover Boro. I have had many different plumbing companies come for repairs. Finally I found Griffith plumbing. What a great company. From the kindness shown by the lady that answers the phones and takes the requests to each and every worker, the service is flawless. So professional. So willing to educate. So helpful in finding inexpensive ways to fix the problem at hand. This time Kevin came. He is involved with customer satisfaction and let me tell you, I have been very satisfied. You will be too, if you give them a chance!!!!

    Go GPS! I think I’ve finally found a great plumbing company. My hot water heater decided to retire. I texted Matt after hours and he replied quickly with a very fair quote and confirmation that they would send someone the next day. From the time I originally texted with my issue to the time the technician Danny showed up their communication was impeccable. Danny was very professional and completed the project early and on budget.I’ll definitely be calling them again with any other issues I have.

    Trying to be pro-active, I realized my well water pump and tankless heater was pass its prime. I called GPS and they gave me a good quote. They came in about a week later and took care of the installation within one day. Nice!

    We had a weeknight emergency that required immediate attention. At 8pm we reached out to Griffith and by 9pm we had a technician arrive. Brock of Griffith plumbing got to work right away, all while explaining the process thoroughly. Our issue required running a auger through the lines, but not only did Brock run the lines one direction, he went to basement, pulled toliet and ran the auger the other direction. I cant imagine many others wouldve gone through the trouble at 10:30pm. Kudos to the Griffith team. Hopefully next time its not under such putrid conditions 😬Jason

    I am turning my unfinished basement into a living space with a full bathroom. GPS configured the necessary plumbing needs, installed the shower and vanity. On this last visit, Kevin explained to me that I actually had a framing issue (on the contractors end) which was causing the shower wall not to go in all the way. I very much appreciated that he took the time to explain to me what the issue was and left it up to me on how to proceed. After everything was hooked up he let the water run for a few minutes for my peace of mind and the insurance companys before installing the ceiling. Everything was great! And to my surprise, he was able to get the shower wall in all the way after all! He said he doesnt like to leave a job unfinished if there is anything he can do about it. Not only does that say a lot about his dedication as a person but also about how the company conducts their business and who they employ! I have been very happy with their service each time they have been to my house. I would refer them to anyone in need of any plumbing needs.

    AC went down during the heat wave. GPS was there a few hours after we placed the call to diagnose the problem. Returned the next morning with the part and had our AC going in no time. I would definitely use them again.

    Had a cold freeze and had pipes frozen and water leak all over the basement overnight and they were there as soon as possible this morning to resolve the situation. At least as much as they could at the time. Thank goodness as my tenant now have water again. The hot water heater also went out and that will need to be replaced also as a result of the damage from 18 inches of water in the basement.

    A slow draining sink was a lot more complicated and involved replacing a pipe underneath my basement floor-definitely not the need you want a week before Thanksgiving.But the GPS team very quickly took care of solving the issue. My written quote came in under the verbal quote which was a nice surprise. They were also able to coordinate with the concrete contractors much more quickly than anticipated which meant our home was disrupted minimally.All the men were respectful, informative and courteous throughout the entire process.

    The came out and quoted me same day. It did take them awhile to come out but it was a busy rainy day and I only just found out about my leaking pipe that day. Fixed in less than 45 minutes. I feel it was reasonably priced for same day repair and quick. Two guys came to do the job. I’m only doing 4 stars because I need to give it a bit of time for the house to start running fully again and see if any leaks occurs but from the naked eye, perfect and brand new! Part of the pipe in question that it was connected to looked rough so they repaired that as well at my approval. They didn’t try to find things to add to it or find any other issues. The focused on the problem at hand. I’ve used them twice now and will continue. There’s a year warranty on what they touch so that gives me great peace of mind!

    We have had the unfortunate need to have our Kitchen sink unclogged far too many times in the past few years. We have never been happy with any of the plumbers that have come out UNTIL NOW! From my initial call to Griffith after hours, I had a call back within 1 minute of hanging up with the dispatcher. They were willing to quote ballpark prices for snaking our sink, if they came out that night or waited until the next day, something that many plumbers wont do. They came out the next day and were VERY HELPFUL! They provided suggestions as to how to prevent the issue from occurring as often as it does. We hope we dont need their services again, but if we do.... WE WILL ABSOLUTELY CALL THEM FIRST!!!

    The quartz sleeve in my UV filtration system broke and I did not have any spare. It was late in the evening well after part stores had closed and I was heading out of town early AM on a trip before stores would open. Im relatively new to the area so I found GPS on google and called them. Within a half hour they called me back even apologizing that it took a half hour to get back because usually they are much quicker than that. I was delighted they got back to me that quick as it was almost midnight and only one of the 3 or 4 others I reached out to returned my call. GPS was ready to help right away and came out to my home within 10 minutes of speaking with me and reconfigured my piping with temporary bypass so I could turn my water back on. They were also very informative on how to reconfigure my piping when Im ready to restore the UV filter so that I will never have this problem again. The technician that came to my home was very nice and professional and genuinely glad to help me out. I definitely recommend GPS and they have a real 24 hour answering service that worked great!

    GPS was the second place I called. The water pump continually ran unless I shut the power off. First plumber said it would be best to dig up the well. They never gave a quote or called back.However GPS said it may be the tank and pump (approx $1300) but after further checking it was the water softener!!!I asked if he could check some other things and he did without question. My bill was less than $350!!I will definitely be using GPS again.

    After calling the office for a water pipe repair, the technician called within 10 minutes to say he was on his way, it took 12 minutes for his arrival. He went straight to the disconnect water pipe and knew exactly what to do to fix it. He reconnected the pipe and it only took 10 minutes. We then waited 25 minutes for the pipe glue to set firm and then turn the main water back on. No leaks!!!!!So far so good. Checked once again in the morning and still no leaks. Job well done and it was quick and efficient.

    Griffith people could not have been nicer. From the first phone call to paying the bill after the work was done. I had 2 furnaces with a/c installed in my house.They first came to clean and inspect my old units and found they were not in good shape. They explained the options and choices and never pressured me in any way.The work was over 2 days and when they left it was as they were never here. The two men that did the job were pleasant and kept me informed through out the installation.The temperature is set the same as it was before but the air seems cooler, hoping is is the same way when winter gets here.

    Our well pump went out at 9 am 9/20/22. I called the Griffith office at 10 am, and they had two awesome guys at our house in 30 minutes. They were very professional and explained what needed to be done. Our well cap is underground, so there was some digging involved. The guys dug in, pulled up the old pump, replaced it, and cleaned everything up by 4 pm! Our hose was only without water for 7 hours!Thanks Team Griffith!John

    I had a major emergency. My charcoal canister in my water filtration system for the house cracked and shot charcoal bits all through our sink and shower lines. I tried to call our plumber that evening around 8 pm and could not get a hold of them. I googled in plumbers in my area and found Griffith. I called the after hours line and within minutes Matt called me. He saved my rear end big time. He walked me through how to clear out our tankless water heater so the charcoal wouldn’t spread to the appliances which would have been horrible. He came out bright and early in the next morning (Saturday) and fixed the rest. We are now life long customers for sure. I cannot express how grateful I am. Thank you Matt and the Griffith team!

    I had to have GPS come out a couple of times for the same job. I initially called a handyman to fix a broken handle on one of my toilets and another handle on a toiletthat was hard to push, and to replace both handles. He ended up doing something, not sure what, to cause both toilets to constantly have the water running; and I didn’t have that problem before he came. He got angry and refused to come back out so done with him. I called GPS and they sent out a guy from another one of their departments who was helping because they were so busy. He had to replace a part-the same part in each toilet. He even asked me for rubber bands to hold something together in the tank. Weird! After he left I was checking both toilets. They didn’t run all the time but it was strange-the sound was different when flushing and they still ran about 4-5 minutes each which was longer than they should have. I debated for a couple weeks on whether to call again but I did. I had already spent $100 to the handyman and $360 to GPS. These ridiculous little things are breaking me financially. They said they would send out their lead plumber, Danny. He was very professional and started out by putting booties on his shoes (which the first guy did not do and left a trail of grease on my beige carpeted steps). He checked both toilets and said there was another part I needed for each toilet. The first guy should have seen this! GPS did not charge me for labor which helped me out a lot and I only had to pay for the parts on the second visit. He also cleaned everything up and both toilets are finally running properly. Danny did a great job.
