I have two kids and my father living with me. My toilets and bath tubs started filling with nastiness. I called and they gave me the rate over the phone and had time to come immediately. This company really saved the day and gave me the best rate I could ask for. I do not have much income and with my dad being his right hand Mark took the time to really make sure everything was clear. They stuck to there word and I was shocked how cheap. Cheaper than the rate they told me for more work than expected. I would recommend them to anyone and will continue to call them! Update 8/20/2019- had another back up, Mark got here quickly and was very cost effective given the situation. Again, highly recommend this company.

Fantastic service. I was in urgent need of a part to fix my furnace, and the man who helped me during my phone call offered to stay open 15 minutes past their closing time to give me time to get there. Once I arrived, he was patient, helpful, and took the time to guide me through the installation process. I would definitely recommend this place. Prices were also very reasonable.

Thank you Mark for all your hard work! He was very knowledgeable, explained everything, took his time, didnt leave a mess, and my dog absolutely loved him. The office was great, able to get someone to our house within 30mins. Cant ask for anything more! Definitely recommend!

We had them come out to fix our AC in fall of 2019 and ended up needing a replacement part. We kind of fell off the radar as they never followed up with us, so I got a hold of them in spring of 2020. They were able to get the part and repair at a fair price and did the repair quickly (under 2 hours).

Called for Service around noon - said they would be here around 2 - got here 15 minutes early solved the problem and gone by 3:30 (had to call in for some special equipment so it took a bit longer). Reasonably priced, slightly higher than original quote, but turned out to be a bigger job then even I expected - still reasonable. Friendly and polite technicians. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them to friends and family. Thanks Oxford Plumbing and Heating!

We contracted with Air Vac to install air conditioning in our 110 year old home. I highly recommend Art and Dain. They were friendly, polite and respectful. They went above and beyond what we expected going so far as to back track to make sure they had turned off all lights and didnt leave even the tiniest scraps behind. They needed to remove some plants where the unit was going to be and not only saved some flower bulbs that were in the way they even picked up all the greens and disposed of them! I highly recommend this crew and would use them again in a heartbeat! Thank you Art and Dain!

We had a leak caused by a nail into a copper pipe. The plumber Lark came out the same day and found the leak with minimal dry wall removal. He soldered the leak and was in and out in an hour. $132! Very professional and very efficient. We will be customers for life. Thank you.

I was sent there by an electrical supplier for a capacitor on my homes A.C. unit. They checked both of mine and found that one was bad, the other good. They had the part in stock and at a good price. Potentially saved me some decent money for what turned out to be a simple repair. I highly recommend looking them up.

I have only dealt with the parts purchasing area, no t actually receiving in home service, I have to say, the customer service I received was awesome. My parts were tested, alternatives were offered, we even worked together to contact ups. For information on delivery of the parts I needed. Pretty damn good for a Friday 1 hour before closing.

Weve dealt with many different heating and cooling businesses over the years and Oxford is by far the best. We wont even allow another company to service our heating and cooling systems. They get it right the first time. All employees are friendly, knowledgeable and have great communication skills. If one doesnt have an answer they know who to call! You cant go wrong with this plumbing and heating company.
