I was referred by MR Services to North MS Jetting and they were wonderful. Adam responded quickly after I contacted him letting him know I thought we had a sewer line issue. Once he identified that the issue was a break in the sewer line, he scheduled the repair quickly and documented all stages of the repair with photos so I’d know what was going on. They are truly awesome and I highly recommend them!

Adam at North Mississippi Jetting jetted our sink to unclog it. Unfortunately, our line was rusted out on the bottom and needs to be replaced or rerouted (work he doesnt do). Weve had trouble with this sink for a decade, so we werent surprised. Adam does great work quickly and at a low price. His equipment is top-of-the-line, and he cleans up after himself. Highly recommend this company.

Owner showed up and diagnosed a leak in our laundry room ceiling- they clean cut sheet rock - making it easier to repair, they somehow cut out the leaky pipe and repaired it, as it was a strange elbow Bend- they did all of this in less than an hour..!!very professional and cleaned up after their work

They presented with an estimate before they started work so I would know what to expect. They didn’t make a mess and cleaned up after they finished. I give them a 5 star rating!!! I had been referred to them by a septic service that could not find my tank. The service NMJ provided, was to use a camera in the line to find the tank. My tank was no where near where the previous owner/builder had indicated. Though they had been fully booked, he said he he would make it today and did so. They were professional, prompt and friendly. We have hired North Mississippi Jetting on several occasions and have never been disappointed with their work. The owner, Adam, is extremely professional and knowledgeable about his industry. Below are the jobs they have performed for me and my family:* High efficiency tankless water heater installation - This included coordinating with the gas company to increase the size of the gas line into my home and internal piping modifications to support the upgrade. This also included removal of two tanked water heaters and the plumbing changes needed to support the change.* Found and replaced a failing external water pressure regulator.* Repaired faulty under sink P-trap installation.* Replaced leaking shower handle valves.* Repaired external water spigots.* Annual tankless water heater maintenance.* Installation of dual sink vanity replacing a single sink vanity.* Replacement of several bathroom sink faucets.* Replacement of bathroom sink, including cutting the granite to accept the larger sink.* Installation of new shower fixtures, including the design of placement for the upgraded shower.They were upfront about the initial quotes and the types of factors that could impact costs on all of the work they performed. They did not cut corners in their work and did a great job communicating and explaining everything I needed to know about the work performed including the new features on the upgrades.
