    Samantha and Tuesdi came out today and replaced my pressure regulator that had failed. I went from 25 lbs of water pressure to 75 lbs of pressure. Very happy with their personable and professional demeanor and will be requesting this pair for any future plumbing issues. Great job! Highly recommend!

    I am new to the area and called Mr. DANS for a simple plumbing repair! Sam was amazing and so helpful and caring. Since my first interaction I have called and had them come out and repair a few more things. Never been happier with a plumber. They tell you what needs to be done but also understand when things have to wait and are not pushy just to get the sale. Thats why I call them back for all my plumbing issues and request Sam every time!!

    Excellent service, quick response time, extremely professional, transparent with any issues they identify and no high pressure pushing you to do things you cant afford or unable to do. Having photos and videos of any problems or issues is wonderful to be able to understand and make informed decisions. They may not be the cheapest but they stand behind their work and do not cut corners to put a band-aid a problem. Large enough they seem structured and staffed to be around so no need to worry if something breaks they will be around to make it right. So if you are looking to have something fixed correctly by someone that is licensed and insured they should be at the top of your list.

    Love this place. They never fail to go above and beyond expectations. If you have to have a clogged drain on Christmas Eve make sure you have Mr Dans on speed dial. Corey is the best, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in short order.

    Sam came out to inspect our pipes and found we had a leak in the master bathroom shower. Not only did she explain in detail what she would need to do to fix it, but she educated me on our pipes and showed me what the pipes behind the shower looked like. Expenses were explained and I found them to be reasonable. Sam worked meticulously to fix our problem. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. She was wonderful and very knowledgeable. We had a great experience and Sam was the BEST!!!

    Today I had Joshua and Matt, it was suppsoe to be a simole fix. Just changing out a thermostat, well it ended up being way more than that. The guys did a great job. This is the 3rd time i have used this company. Ric and Matthew showed up on time and very professional. Ric listened and asked questions, he took pictures and showed me what had happened. It took them a little over an hour to fix the problem. I will be using them again. I have found my new AC GUYS.

    Had a leaking water heater. Matt did a great job giving the whole house a inspection and then giving us options based on what he found.     We had a major issue come up late on a Sunday night, where our septic tank started overflowing everywhere, into everything, we called Mr. dans & they were here first thing the next morning.. Skyler Watkins was here both days they worked here, & was clearly lead the first day, then by himself half the day the second day. He is very knowledgeable & he did an excellent job. What impressed me was how compassionate & empathetic he was towards my sick grandfather & how patient he was with my curious small children that wanted to ask him a million questions.He is representing this company well, & we will definitely recommend to anyone in the future.

    Mr.Danā€™s is one of the best experiences Iā€™ve had I called on a Saturday afternoon and needed help because my moms A/c stopped working and he told me the service fee and that he could get someone out the same day. I asked how long would it take for someone to get there he said let me dispatch it out and the repair man will call you with in 3 minutes repair man called and said he was 5 minutes away from my moms home. I was like wow. The technician called me and let me know every test he was performing and what he found. He found the problem and fixed it onsite . Iā€™m truly blessed to have found them. Oh yeah and they gave me a warranty on the part that they replaced. Thanks a lot Mr.Danā€™s.

    Anthony Johnson was my technician. I had an emergency with extensive water damage in two rooms of my home and could not locate the source of the problem. Mr. Johnson responded very promptly, located a leak at the very back of my hot water heater (which I had not been able to find), and immediately took action to correct the problem and minimize further damage. He kept me informed at all times regarding the work he was performing and what options were available to me. Mr. Johnsons appearance and demeanor were professional. He was able to educate me regarding recommended next steps without overwhelming me. The work he performed required several trips over a couple of days and he ended up having two other technicians at various times assisting him and they, too, were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would recommend Mr. Dans (and Anthony Johnson) without reservation.

    Wonderful experience with Mr Dans. Our AC had went out and it was 90 degree weather so we were squeezed into the schedule for Tuesday. Ric came out and did a thorough inspection. He showed us pictures, he gave us options, he was very kind and professional and helped with all questions we had. We decided on a new unit since ours was 15 years old and he got us scheduled as an emergency for the next day! Wednesday afternoon it was nice and cool! He answered questions after installation and showed us pictures of the finished product in the crawl space under the house. He made sure we had everything we needed before he left and was educated on our new system. I would recommend to anyone who needs help with their unit.

    Just wanted to take a moment and tell you it was very refreshing to have someone like Richard come to my home. Richard was very professional in representing Mr. Dans Plumbing and himself. Richard when over everything, he listened to my concerns, checked out the system, he took photos, we went over everything together and chose the best option for my situation, after the repairs were made Richard made sure that he took more photos so that I could see the repairs were completed as we discussed.On a personal note, I was extremely impressed with the honesty and care he showed.     Absolutely amazing company.The business owner obviously knows what heā€™s doing. Iā€™m very impressed with the way he runs his business.Brady came out to our place a few months ago and fixed the AC unit - he was extremely professional, highly knowledgeable at his work, and he had excellent communication skills.Yesterday our AC unit stopped working (the fan cut one of the wires). I called Mr. Danā€™s and they had Brady out at our place within an hour. He fixed the problem in about 5 minutes, and didnā€™t charge us a dime since we were still under warranty. The company has huge respect for their customers. Theyā€™re honest and they keep their word.*One small piece of constructive criticism. I really appreciated the thank you note that I received in the mail, but then I received a second note, and then a third thank-you note. I think maybe whoever sends those out lost track of who she already sent them to and accidentally spammed my mailbox. No problem though! It was much appreciated!     Judd was outstanding! He was extremely professional and polite, not to mention our little dogs loved him! He identified the problem very quickly, laid out our options and gave us a straightforward price. He explained in detail what he was doing while he was doing it and exactly what caused our problem. He also went above and beyond in our opinion and ran to get the part needed because we do live in an older home and it was an unusual part. Judd was not the original technician scheduled, unfortunately the original technician had a flat tire on the way, Mr. Danā€™s Plumbing called us and notified us of this and sent out another technician in under 20 minutes.     Jordan was very professional and very thorough. Iā€™ve had another company come out and fix my air conditioner during the summer and they didnā€™t even evaluate half of what Mr. Danā€™s did.     Mr.Dans Plumbing was able to fix our issues with the plumbing. Cast iron plumbing and scale build up had cause a clog in the drain system below the house. They were able to use a powered rotary snake to clear the clog then used a Hydro-scrub system to flush out the drain system. This also included a drain treatment to help prevent scale buildup in the future. Plus I was very pleased that they include a complete inspection of your faucets, drains and cutoff valves within the house, plus a complete under house inspection of your drain and plumbing system to note if any other leaks or issues are found. Technician Ric Robertson Technician Brady were the plumbers that did the work. They were courteous, detailed, thorough and explained each procedure so the customer was also knowledgeable in the process also. Very pleased with the service and the price. I would highly recommend Mr. Dans Plumbing, and if your lucky enough to get Ric Roberson or Tech Brady, you will have two good people fixing your problems.

    Gunnar Tims came out to help us clear two drains for us before the Thanksgiving holiday. He was very professional and courteous.     I called Mr. Dans Plumbing because my septic system was backing up. They talked me through possible reasons of why it could be backing up and even suggested waiting to pay for septic service because the rain could have over saturated the ground which would then prevent the field lines from operating optimally.     Mr jorden did an awesome job fixing my air conditioner. Three weeks ago another company put freon in it, but it all leaked out because they did not try to find where it was leaking.     We just had a new heat pump installed by Mr. Dans HVAC. They were not the lowest price, but you do get what you paid for. They were totally proffesional, feom they way they took our phone call, to the text message with Jordans picture as he was on his way, to the shoe covers they wear inside the house.Jordan, who we have known previously, was toally profesional, friendly, and very knowledgeable of his craft. The job was extremely well done, even to him fixing up shortcomings from our 40 year old install, that he really did not have to do. The heat pmp itself is very good. It is a very modern design, so we are looking forward to lower power bills and better climate control along with the confidence that our heat pump will now give many years of service.They did have a boo-boo and part of our ceiling was damaged. It was not really something they did through negligence, it was 40 year old drywall. They immediately took ownership of the mistake and made arrangements for a drywall company to come in and make the repairs.I cant say eonugh good about them.Easy 5 stars.
