Hunter & ERIC from Rainaldi Home Service provided my home an amazing service and help me out with my plumbing problem. He price me fairly. We are moving forward with the plumbing project. I found the company on google and they suggested RHS they are part of the BBB and the company company 4.9/5 stars. I will use this company again and will refer them to my neighbors there easy to talk to and there not going to trick you they will lay it out in black and white. Again thank you to Eric and Hunter for there help. Pictures from beginning to end.

I called Rainaldi early today. They came highly recommended by my cousin who has had work done at her house by Rainaldi. I measure a company by is professionalism, knowledge of the task at hand, work ethic, how they view you as a customer and last, but not the least is being courteous. I got all of that from the start when they answered the phone till the work was finished. Gary was the service tech and he was awesome. I asked him some questions and he answered back very professionally and with sound knowledge about the issue at hand. Gary explained the options I had, I made my decision and he went right to work. All was done in a timely manner. He then explained what he did, what was corrected and gave me some advice and much needed info. They came highly recommended. I had a very positive experience. I firmly recommend Gary and the Rainaldi team for their exemplary work and ethic.

Had to deal with my very first leak as a homeowner today. Hadn’t done business with these guys before, but heard good things. Called and spoke with a very friendly associate named India, who was very sympathetic to my situation. She reassured me and told me they would do everything they could to get a technician out today. Sure enough a technician was on his way within 15 minutes of me getting off the phone. Stan was an incredible representation for this company. He was professional, courteous, informative, and very thorough. I always knew what he was working on and how much time he thought it would take to complete his tasks. Very glad I called Rainaldi today. I look forward to working with them again.

We have had a few techs from Rainaldi’s come to the house and all have been phenomenal. The company sends you a photo of your tech and some info on them before they head your way which is so reassuring and makes me feel safe letting someone into our home. Today Nate Nguyen was out to assess a leaking shower and I just couldn’t help but compliment and thank him for being so great, both in person and online. He is not only professional but friendly/personable, explains things in ways I can understand and even my dogs loved him! Thanks for being awesome :)

I had a leak on the main waterline coming into the house. I called Rainaldi and Alberto promptly came out. He gave me a reasonable estimate. I approved and he got to work immediately. In short time the work was completed. And with a flushing of all the inside faucets, everything is working beautifully, and no leak. I also signed up for the monthly plan. My house is over 60 years old and the terms of the plan will probably come in handy soon. Thank you Alberto and Rainaldi Plumbing.

We came home from a brief weekend trip to find a leak in our hot water heater. I’d never used Rainaldi before, but I really appreciate that they were able to get someone out to look at it on a Sunday night. Our technician Andre did a great job of quickly finding the problem and getting it fixed. Before doing any work, he reviewed the cost with us and made sure we were ok with it. I would absolutely call them again for plumbing needs!

Everything about this cruddy experience was handled by Rainaldi wonderfully. It’s not every day you get sewage coming up through your shower which leaves you a little unstable. Technician Lee was awesome and explaining how he would handle it and what would happen. Hunter was also awesome and showing me the pictures of the inside of my pipes so I could see the potential problem. Both gentlemen were extremely helpful, courteous, and diligent in their work. The staff that took my call and arranged the appointment were also equally courteous and caring. It’s nice to have a company that values you as a client. Richard from Rainaldi was extremely helpful in helping us find the right AC system that fit our budget! He kept us updated throughout the entire process from sales to installation to drywall. We had a 20+ year old unit that was on its last legs. The space that it was in was small and Richard could already see that cutting into the existing structure might be necessary to fit these newer units. One of the awesome things about Raindaldi is drywall repairs were included with installation! Many other companies we received quotes from said they dont do drywall repairs and that we would have to hire a separate company for the job. Raindaldi saved us headache, time, and money by having an all-in-one option! The price was fair, too. When the drywall person came, he saw that the original plan to cut a part of a particular wall was not doable as that was a supporting structure, their team quickly thought of an alternative plan. Even with this set back, our installation wasnt delayed and the crew who installed the units were updated on the plans. They were super knowledgeable and respectful of our property. Afterwards, the drywalls were done to match my existing walls. Everyone was very professional. Our entire experience was very pleasant! And of course, our new AC is awesome! Definitely would recommend Raindaldi!

From the phone call to getting the guys out here to completing the job, I can only say it was a very positive experience. We are so very blessed to have had such wonderful service. Nate and his helper were and are amazing. They stayed until the job was done and it was a 14 hour job until late in the night. They worked very hard, solved the problem, fixed the leak and were very hardworking and never stopped. Technician Angel Soto from Rainaldi did an outstanding job on my AC unit. The AC drain pipe was not only clogged but also contained solid waste material. The last step before considering a complete replacement of the drain pipe was to clear it using nitrogen. Angel dedicated a significant amount of time to this task, working both inside and outside the house until the blockage was removed. Angel is truly exceptional, and Rainaldi is the company to trust! Many others would have simply walked away and opted for new construction.

Richard was very thorough in his estimate and evaluation of my home project for replacing my air ducts. He talked about the different options I had to resolved my mood problems in the air ducts. After inspection, I decided to have the air ducts replaced. Danny was a skilled technician and has a true passion for air duct work as his craft. I feel I was in great hands in ensuring my mold issues would not come back with the level of expertise and craftsmanship Danny showed. My ducts are now properly sealed and done the right way so I can ensure my air quality and mold problems are in the past. Thank you to the whole team!

Called Rainaldi one morning due to a pressure release valve leak outside of my house. They sent Joshua Parlato over and within an hour and a half, it was fixed and we were able to use water in the house again.Unfortunately, the valve broke again in about a week but I gave them a call and Joshua was at my house AGAIN within an hour to fix it!Absolutely superb customer service from Rainaldi, Joshua was also super cool and chill. Took the time to answer my extra questions knowing that I’m a first time homeowner. Highly highly recommend calling this company if you’re in a pinch.

They are now my go to.2025 Update: They continue to surpass my expectations. While they are a big company with specialized techs that might need you to have two different plumbing calls (one for leak, one for drainage), they are professional and courteous and efficient.

Called Rainaldi regarding a higher humidity on a heat pump system I had put in last month. They had their technician Dean come out within the hour to look at it. We talked about what was causing it and it was due to my bringing the temperature up to 81 when I wasnt here which would have raised the humidity and then dropping it down to 78 when I was here which didnt give it enough time to draw the humidity out of the house. Dean was very helpful and now I understand what was causing it and I will be more careful controlling the temperature in the future.

Our old tankless on demand hot water heater went out on a Monday night after 20 years and we called Rainaldi that night after hours and they sent Jose out the next morning to inspect. It was a blown motherboard and the entire unit needed to be replaced. Jose ordered the unit and next day he brought it out and installed it. Very professional and experienced. We’ve got hot water again and all in less than a day and half. I’m amazed and would recommend Rainaldi if you’re looking for any kind of plumbing service!!

Very happy with the professional and courteous service I received. My AC wasn’t working properly due to clogged condensation line. It had to be flushed out. Angel was so polite and got it fixed quickly. Last time I had this issue a couple years ago I used Frank Gay services, but I’m more satisfied with today’s job and price. I’ll stay with Rainaldi next time I need any service and recommend them to others :)

Great experience with Rainaldi! Had Eric and Hunter come out to help resolve a recurring issue with our guest bathroom toilet clogging every flush. I tried everything including replacing the toilet with a high end toilet. It turned out to be a bad piping job when the house was built that the builder tried to incorrectly do a quick fix on. Eric and Hunter provided me 4 options which ranged from $50 into the thousands to properly correct the issue involving tile and concrete work. They logically recommended going with the cheapest option first and seeing if that would resolve the issues. Fortunately it did and I couldn’t be happier that I called them out to provide their expertise. Everyone I worked with was extremely courteous and professional. You can tell they have a great company culture, take care of their employees and customers, and I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to them!

Finally, a home service company that is trustworthy and very professional. Other companies that advertise with cute commercials do not perform like Rainaldi Home Services. This was the 2nd company I called to come give me an estimate and see why my ac was not working.I was so pleased from the first person I spoke with on the phone. So professional and run the process different than other companies.They sent a tech to come see what the issue was and what was recommended. Next, they sent a representative, Richard, to go over pricing. I did unfortunately need a new ac. Mine was over 20 years old. Richard gave me an options on product and great financing. The next morning the installers came and David was working the inside unit while his partner worked on the outside. I got a body on the phone and they were able to accommodate me sooner than expected and we scheduled a time that worked for me. The service tech gave ample notice of his arrival, performed a tuneup on my ac unit and recommended the coils be cleaned. He showed pics and they definitely needed cleaning. He was able to complete the service that day. I find their prices to be reasonable and their service to be excellent.

Rainaldi Home Services (repiping department) literally amazed me while I watch Cody and his crew perform incredible feats while they magically ran pex piping inside the walls, ceiling, and attic to every water works in my two story house.... that includes all faucets (hose spigots), toilets, showers, sinks, heater, jacuzzi, and even the back of my fridge for the ice maker. And, wait for it, they did it all in a little more than half a day! I still havent gotten over how fast they were with a team of four.They all (including the office staff) were so professional, respectful, and honest.And now the best part...the cost. It was much more affordable than my wife and I expected. Just to give you a hint... my neighbor used a different company for repiping and ended up paying about $8,000 more than what we paid.(Oh, they even upgraded two of our old shower heads and and three faucets with brand new ones at no extra charge).It all started because I had a small leak under our slab which was going to cost about $ 2,000 to jack-hammer open the slab to access the pipe with the leak. Well...it didnt work. The plumber indicated that I have two options... either hire a leak detection specialist to locate the leak under the slab with hi-tech equipment or have Adam, the REPIPING MANAGER for Rainaldi come out the next day to give me a quote to repipe the entire house with PEX piping. To make a long story short, Adam came and gave me such a reasonable price that I signed the contract within 5 minutes. He told me that the $ 2,000 from the day before was completely waived because they never fixed the leak. :)Now I have no copper pipes.. yay!!! They had two sets of technicians come out same day to help me identify and resolve the problem. The first team resolved a clog in my drain lines and their camera technician, Hunter, came out to explore the cause as this had been a recurring issue for us.In one visit, Hunter found the cause of a two-year long saga with my plumbing. The previous company had missed a broken clean out three times! The broken pipe allowed dirt and debris to get into my drain line which caused multiple clogs and thousands of dollars in plumbing visits.Three days later, the Rainaldi Team was back out at my home repairing the issue for half the cost of what my previous company had invoiced me.The gentlemen who came out to assist were professional and knowledgeable. Can not believe how great the Rainaldi Home Services I received on June 17, 2024 !I placed a plumbing service request call on a Monday morning shortly after 8. The lady, Eve who took my call was so nice & patient listening to what I described the problem & taking down all necessary information. Shortly after I started receiving communication from the company letting me know whom they would send to fix the problem, when the technician was on way. The tech Alberto G. turned out to be very professional. After locating the main cause, he explained what need to be down making sure we understood the whole project, answering our questions clearly. Again after completing the work, Alberto patiently repeated how to properly maintain the hot water heater. Im so impressed with his work well done & Rainaldi to provide a most wonderful service.

He was efficient and quick and he helped me to set up the “nest” app so that I could use my I-phone from anywhere to manage my temperature gage. Our AC went out last night and of course the temperature was over 100°. We called Rinaldi and received a call back the next day by 10:00 a.m., by noon our AC was fixed and since it was a Sunday we did have to pay a reasonable emergency fee. But they are going to return this week to check both split units. Angel came out and was very professional, reliable, and knew exactly what he was doing. He answered all of our questions and we highly recommend that you give them a call. Thank you very much!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Alberto was assigned to do a consultation with an estimate regarding an installation of a new water heater with us. He showed us different types plus their price points. We were prepared to make an appointment and was surprised when Alberto said he can install it now. He also took the time to do two more plumbing jobs for us. He is professional, polite, and extremely neat. We will recommend Rainaldi Plumbing to all our friends, and ask for Alberto.
