After several days of cold showers, i was frustrated waiting for the home warranty response. a good friend suggested i try j&g plumbing. The next day, troy, a nice and skilled plumber, arrived at my place. Our water heater, which was 13 years old, needed replacing. troy gave us a detailed estimate for the job. since the heater was tucked away in the attic with no flood stop, he strongly suggested we install the unit for peace of mind. we agreed to the job and the service was quick and tidy. my wife is delighted now. superb experience, so i would recommend their services.

Ive called upon Troy from this plumbing service on two occasions now, and both times I was offered exceptional service and competitive pricing. A number of my workmates recommended them to me. The first time I required their services was for a complete bathroom re-plumbing job that involved significant trench-work beneath my Orlando home. I collected quotes from 8 other plumbers, and this service offered the best blend of cost-effectiveness, quality, and thoroughness. One aspect that impressed me greatly was their strict adherence to city regulations and their proactive approach in securing permits and providing copies for my records. This attention to detail will undoubtedly prove invaluable when its time for me to sell the house. They were consistently punctual, amicable, informative, and demonstrated the highest level of professionalism in their work. Recently, I again enlisted their services to replace a hot water heater. As before, they delivered quality work at a reasonable price. I cant recommend this plumbing service highly enough.

J&G Plumbing came to our rescue last week, performing exceptional work. They prioritized us, moving us to the top of their waitlist to address the issue of numerous frozen pipes that had burst in our condo building. We had a significant problem with at least five burst pipes in the utility room, causing a leak that spread across our shared condo space and significantly impacted the unit adjacent to our utility room. J&G Plumbing responded to our call promptly, braving the cold weather and dedicating their time from 10-7 PM at our building to ensure the job was completed. Our condo building, consisting of six units, was able to restore water supply once they finished. Troy was one of the professionals who came out to help, demonstrating absolute compassion and dedication to his work! The initial quote they provided was high, but upon completion of the work, they adjusted the cost as it took less time than anticipated. We would without a doubt engage their services again, both for our shared condo requirements and individual unit needs! They are trustworthy, highly professional, and efficient! THANK YOU, TROY!

The team at J&G Plumbing are truly exceptional. Right from the get-go, they were transparent about the costs, and there were no unexpected changes. They went above and beyond, happily locating my septic tank without any additional fees or complications. I had recently moved into my house and didnt have any information about the tanks location, so this was a big help. Whats more, my lid was quite damaged, but Troy took care of that too. He mended it with concrete to ensure a better seal, all without exceeding the initial quotation. This, mind you, was significantly lower than what other places I had contacted were charging. I cant praise them enough. Theres really no need to look elsewhere. Im extremely grateful for their top-notch service!

I had a small yet significant issue, and a certain plumbing company was the only one that was able to assist me. It was the night before Christmas, and I detected a slight gas line leak from the gas meter. The gas company responded, cut off the gas supply to my house, and repaired the leak. However, when the gas was switched back on, my hot water heater wouldnt reignite. i rang every plumber i could find online and in the phone book. Nobody was picking up because it was 2:45 pm on Christmas eve, except for troy at the plumbing company. I explained my problem to troy and he relayed the information to his manager, who promptly sent two guys over. The plumbers from the company were fast, respectful and knowledgeable. They were clever and resourceful, using my neighbors igniter button to get my heater up and running just in time for my familys arrival for Christmas. That would have been a disaster otherwise. Then, the plumbing company ordered the replacement igniter button and contacted me to arrange a convenient time for installation. Now, i dont know about you, but to me, thats good old-fashioned service. Thank you, troy, and all the guys at the plumbing company, for a job well done in orlando.

When our family room ceiling started leaking water profusely onto our brand new carpet, we frantically reached out to several plumbing services. Unfortunately, none were available for at least six days, with one quoting a wait time of three weeks. Luckily, a friend suggested a certain plumbing company and it turned out to be a fantastic recommendation! Within a day of contacting them, their employee Troy showed up promptly. Within just an hour, he identified a puncture in the water pipe connected to a bathroom sink and efficiently mended it. Troy was not only professional but also very considerate, taking the time to explain the problem and demonstrate the damage. Being newcomers in town and considering the job was done on a weekend, we were bracing ourselves for a hefty bill of over $500. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find the cost of the work to be a mere $175! We rate their service 5/5 and well definitely be using their plumbing services in the future!

Awesome work! last week, troy came around to give a quote for fixing a damaged outdoor tap handle. he was straight up and mentioned that it would be more straightforward to just change the handle and not the entire tap. today, troy showed up with a huge pail of handles and fixed the tap in no time, without charging a penny! a while back, this plumbing company did a fantastic job setting up our basement bathroom, and also provided the most competitive quote after checking out a few places. ill definitely ring them up for our upcoming task.

J&G Plumbing is simply outstanding. I cant express enough how satisfied we were with their service. We had a serious plumbing issue on a Sunday - what a disaster! We reached out to Troy, and initially, he was unable to assist but provided us with a referral. However, a few hours later, he called back to check on our situation, and discovered the referral hadnt arrived yet. Troy swung by our place in Orlando, quickly located the lid (even in our snow-covered yard) and fixed the problem promptly. He even came back the next day to empty the tank. The rates for the Sunday service were significantly lower than what others were charging, despite us contacting several places. Troys dedication and the quality of service provided by J&G Plumbing were absolutely exceptional.

Its such a relief to finally have a bathroom that functions flawlessly! Troy tackled the job with professionalism and kindness that was truly appreciated. His knowledge was evident in every question he answered. This was a lifesaver, especially considering how long our bathroom had been giving us problems. Ive got a tankless water heater that was overdue for its annual service. troy, the helpful plumbing technician, took the time to explain each step of the process as he worked. he also shared some useful tips for future maintenance. the only snag i hit was the $245.00 charge for flushing the tank with a descaling solution. this seems a bit steep when you consider the yearly savings from a tankless heater is less than $150. however, when factoring in the recommended annual maintenance, the overall savings of owning a tankless heater seem to diminish. despite this, the customer service was top-notch. they managed to arrange my appointment quickly, and troy arrived right on time. plus, the quality of work he delivered was outstanding.

For years, ive been dealing with a plumbing issue related to my swimming pool, which was installed around 2005. we had to take the initial contractor to court over the persistent leaks. despite their claims of having fixed the problem, the leaks persisted. after reaching out to several leak detection companies, i was taken aback by the high costs of repairs. recently, i switched my pool maintenance provider and asked them for a recommendation for a leak detection company. they suggested a certain company. without delay, i gave them a call and they responded within a week. troy, their technician, came over for a detailed inspection of my pool. he took the time to explain what he was doing and why it was necessary, which i greatly appreciated. to my surprise, in less than an hour, my pool was leak-free! i was astounded, especially considering the last company had quoted me thousands of dollars for extensive repairs around my pool. a week has passed and the water level in my pool has remained steady. i would describe this orlando-based company as honest and dependable. i would highly recommend them to anyone in orlando facing pool leaks and in need of a trustworthy company to handle it. their service is truly exceptional!

We have a blocked sewer line. The lines in the home were extremely checked and it was found to be in the line outside. We will be having the line dug up tomorrow. We immensely enjoyed our fix man Theodore. He was through and he explained the entire situation.
