    I am a tenant and the landlord hired APS to repair a clog drain. The toilet overflows and the backup flowed into the bathtub. I would like to commend Justin (I believe that is his name) for exceptional service.. There was no delay in his response.     David and Jacob arrived right on time, their inspection of our internal and external AC units was thorough and efficient. They even explained what they were checking to us while they were working. They replaced our filters, recharged our freon and even replaced a semi-blown capacitor in our aging internal unit. These guys and this company are great I have already recommended them to all my family in the area and would recommend them to yours as well.

    The two service plumbers that showed up for my job were for very knowledgeable and nice! They fixed a problem that had lingered on for four years and thousands dollars later, they finally solved the problem in three hours and for a fraction of the cost, I had paid!     We couldnt be happier or more impressed with the service and AMAZING repair of what we feared was a massive, nearly impossible fix beneath our bathtub and slab! The technicians arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled window and went to work immediately, not only repairing the leak but always keeping the cost to us in mind! It was like MAGIC! The attached photo shows the work: bathtub drain itself (not seen in photo), ENTIRE drain line of PVC pipe and P-trap (18 inches BELOW the slab) and all the work was done in a very confined work space - AND without breaking up any slab. Incredible! When Associated Piping says honest work at a fair price they deliver just that! We wont hesitate to recommend them to our friends!     Our air conditioner recently developed a problem. Our home was over 80 degrees and the unit was not cooling. Thankfully, we have an annual maintenance agreement with Associated Piping. My husband called on a Sunday evening, described the problem to the after-hours answering service, and asked for a call from the Associated Piping office in the morning. First thing Monday morning, we received a phone call and by 9:00 a.m. we had a technician at our home troubleshooting our AC unit. The technician located the problem, took a video recording of the problem, showed my husband the video, and, further, showed him the problem on the AC unit itself. The repair required a unique part that the technician did not carry in his truck. He called his office and was told the part was in the Associated Piping warehouse and another technician would arrive the next morning to install the new part.First thing Tuesday morning, another technician and helper showed up to complete the repair. The job was quite involved and took about 4 hours to complete. By noon on Tuesday, our home (and we) were once again experiencing cool comfort. The AC unit was only 7 years old and still under warranty, so our costs were for labor and Freon only.I am beyond impressed that, given the challenge of the required repair, a phone call on Sunday night translated into a completed repair on Tuesday.We have been satisfied customers of Associated Piping for over a decade. They not only provide service for our HVAC needs, they also address plumbing issues as they arise. This company has consistently under-promised and over-delivered.     Ill start by saying this: Im someone who is very skeptical when it comes to hiring someone or hiring a company to do service on anything that I own. Always worried Im going to get ripped off or end up unhappy with the work that has been completed. For that reason, I always try to educate myself and complete my own repairs whether it be home-related, auto-related, etc. But when it comes to HVAC, Ill admit I know absolutely nothing.We knew our AC unit (sorry if Im using the wrong terminology, like I said, I know NOTHING) was faulty. It was 14 years old and had been leaking refrigerant ever since we bought the house 2 years ago. We purchased refrigerant and figured wed fill it as needed, essentially limping it along until it became time to replace it. Little did we know it would completely fail and need replaced during the hottest month of the year - what a nightmare. I was referred to Associated Piping Services by a family friend, and even though Im always uncomfortable hiring someone to do this sort of work, I have to say this was a 10/10, 5-star, A+ experience. David and James came out and replaced the whole system (outside unit, indoor handler and everything in between). It took them just one day to complete the work and this new unit they put in works like a charm! We used to have one room in our house that would NEVER cool down as much as the rest of the house. It was miserable. With this new setup, every room is cooled evenly and the whole system is so quiet you can barely hear it running. My wife and I are in disbelief with how efficiently everything runs. Pricing was also unbeatable; the whole install ended up being $3-5k less than we expected to pay according to some other online research we had done via a few HVAC estimator websites.Props to:Simone - she handled all the administrative work and was very friendly and pleasant to talk to.James and David - both very polite and hard working guys who I felt terrible for working out in the 97 degree heat for 8 hours straight.Larry - same as above: polite, friendly, and very helpful. After the install was done, Larry informed me that we should be eligible for $275 of homeowner rebates. In order to claim these rebates, we had to visit a website and enter the serial numbers for both the unit and the handler they replaced. Larry made this process simple for us - he sent an email with a link to the rebate website as well as the serial numbers for both units so all I had to to was copy and paste as opposed to having to go outside and search each piece of equipment for the serial numbers.Mike - hes the person I originally talked to who came out and looked at our setup months ago and told us what problems we were potentially facing, and also let us know the future for our old system was looking pretty grim and informed us it would need to be replaced eventually.Again, if you need HVAC repair, Id 100% recommend this company, and not just because we were referred through a family friend. Im genuinely happy with the work they did. You guys rock!

    2023 Update: Been using them for years now and they are honest, reliable, and always look out for their customers. I wouldnt use anyone else.Orignal review: Had the blower motor fail on one of the A/C units at our business. Associated Piping was there within an hour and a half - in the middle of July heat. They were able to get the unit running again and everyone was courteous, professional, and cleaned up after the job was done. Would definitely call them back again.

I lost a lot of confidence in those guys that Associated immediately rebuilt.     I had serious AC issues since 4/2017 through 12/2018. During that time, I had American Home Shield subcontractors work on my AC until they practically made it worse…, It was a real nightmare, I was misdiagnosed for 1 ½ year, they changed the compressor, the fan, the inside coils, the outside coils, the thermostat, replaced refrigerant valves, leaks were repaired here and there, but the truth was that there was a leak in the underground refrigerant line.After dealing with various AC companies, and American Home Shield, I felt that my experience with the Associated Piping Service team was the best as I can be able to describe. I could see the difference!They were very professional trough out the whole process., Mr. Dominick and Kimberly from customer service were excellent, and the AC specialist team worked very hard, they had to deal with a tangled underground refrigerant set line; the line was tangled with the upstairs neighbor apartment, It was very difficult to be replaced, but they did it successfully!..., Jerry, James and Larry were real troopers, and their professionalism was a plus. I give them 5 stars!

    What can I say except these guys rock!The drain in one of my rentals was blocked and I wont mention names but I was told by another company there was no other option but to break the wall behind the shower to replace the drain....I was told it was $175 for the first visit + another $475 to do the work.... WOW!Needless to say, I asked the owner of the company where I work if he could recommend a plumber since they have so many commercial and residential properties and before I could finish my sentence, he was giving me the number to Associated Piping Services.Over the phone I was met with professionalism and genuine care for my situation. There were several people I spoke with over the phone either to set the appointment, make payment or do the actual repair.I want to give a special shout out to Kari, Angela, Mikey and Mike for not just treating me like another number but for actually keeping me updated on what was going on and for actually getting the work done without breaking up the drain.... and all this while I was out of town working remotely.I would highly recommend Associated Piping Services Inc.     We have guests staying in our place when the AC went out at 9:30pm on a Friday night during a tropical storm. We called around to several 24/7 emergency AC repair companies and didn’t get responses or call backs until the next day. Associated Piping Services answered the call and they came out within 2 hours and had us up and running in no time that night.     Its not very often Im able to rave about a service provided but today was an exception and Donte from Associated Piping Service was the reason.     Our home was damaged by Hurricane Irma. Associated Piping was part of the restoration team. They put in our plumbing, AC unit and hot water heater. We are extremely pleased with their quick responses, professional knowledge and their personable attitudes.     I was out of town when our dog sitter called to say the AC wasn’t working. It was late but they came out and added Freon to get it working. Unfortunately it leaked out by the time we got home. Our unit was 20 years old and it was time to replace it. Not only did they do a great job all around replacing everything and even running new lines to make sure we wouldn’t have other problems in the future the let me borrow a window unit for the night because of the heat. Replacing our old unit is saving us money every month because new one runs so much better.

    Associated Piping Services gets an A+ from me. The men who installed our new air conditioning unit were on time and professional. They treated my house with care, even sweeping the floor where they had been working before they left. A week or so after installation, my husband called because we thought the outside unit was running loud. Associated Piping promptly sent somebody out, found the problem, and fixed it!     We noticed the AC wasn’t working on a Saturday night but decided to wait to call. We called Sunday but since the weather was nice we said they can wait until Monday morning.     Great company! We had a water leak in our old house a few years ago and Associated Piping was sent out by our insurance company to fix it. As it turned out, we ended up having the house re-piped because of the condition of the copper piping. They did a wonderful job, quick and professional. We just bought a new house and found out that the copper piping is starting to leak. So we called Associated Piping and they re-piped our new house. It was completed on time, at the cost given in our estimate. The plumbers were quick and cleaned up the job site each day before leaving. I will only use Associated Piping for my plumbing needs!

    I needed my entire house repiped when I bought it before the home owners insurance company would write a policy to cover it due to the old out of date piping that was in the house.     When a plumbing emergency occurred at my clients office, I reached out to the plumber who is currently working on a project for them. When I found that he, and two other plumbers we often use were all unavailable to help my client with his emergency, I called Associated Piping Services, at the suggestion of one of my regular plumbers.Emmanuel answered the phone, and though his immediate response was similar to the others, that they were very busy and had nobody available for a few days, he seemed genuinely concerned and told me hed call around and see what he could do. Not much more than 5 minutes later he called and told me he had dispatched Mike to the job. Mike showed up in less than the promised 15 minutes, and took care of the problem.

    Wanted to share my experience with the work done by Associated Piping Services. I had a problem with my toilet due to debris caught in the pipe from the toilet. When the problem happened after a flush, the water leaked thru the ceiling into my garage (thankfully the bathroom was over my garage). A plumber, AJ, was here on Wednesday and after looking at it realized that he couldnt find the clog and suggested to come back the next day with a camera. The next day Mike and Angel arrived with the camera and we were quickly able to find the issue. I had remodeled the bathroom a few months earlier and some chunks of sheet rock were found to be the problem. It was past the 2nd 90deg elbow so they cut off the elbow and then proceeded to push the camera from that point all the way to the washout. They were able to locate and remove all of the large chunks (there were several pieces).Mike and Angel did an exceptional job in locating all the pieces of debris and worked extremely hard to get it done. It took 70 ft of camera cable from the cutout elbow to the washout and pushing that cable through that length of piping (with elbows) is not an easy task.Mike and Angel were courteous, diligent, knowledgeable and thorough in the execution of the work. They finished up by replacing the elbow and reinstalling the toilet. An great team and I would highly recommend them and APS Inc! Good to see people taking pride in their work! Kudos to Mike and Angel !!!

    I had two plumbers come out for a broken hot water heater that both charged me individually over $500 each, but the problem wasn’t solved. I was without hot water for 3 days after I called back & paid an additional $150 for emergency service and they did not show up. I called Associated Piping Services and they dispatched Robert Payne immediately. He found the issue, fixed it in under an hour and a half. He is still here while I am writing this review because of how amazing he is. He noticed after fixing the water heater that my water pressure was low on my kitchen sink. He cleaned it out for me & then my shower head as well increasing the water pressure 100000%. He did all of this as a courtesy and my bill for the fixed water heater was less than half of what ONE visit from the first plumber was.Robert is so nice and respectful & educated me on so many things I didn’t know about as a new homeowner regarding my water/well etc. I will ALWAYS use Associated Piping Service for any future needs and can NOT recommend them & Robert enough! 10 stars!
