    I had a very pleasurable and satisfying experience when I called Benjamin Franklin today. I would like to commend Matthew Livingston for his excellent customer care. He listened patiently to my concerns, and answered all of my questions. He was friendly, caring, professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated the way he treated me with respect, and like a valued customer. You can always tell when someone enjoys their job and enjoys helping people. I will most definitely be recommending Benjamin Franklin to my family and friends. Needless to say, I went off the phone with a big smile on my face!     Awesome people! I received a call back with in minutes after filling out the request on Angie. com. They showed up with in an hour of me having spoken to their technician. He took his time to find the leak and took care of the problem. Ryan Rivera was very professional and knowledgeable, was a refreshing difference to see a technician of his caliber. He is definitely an asset for his company. Steve Burgess is also a very competent , knowledgeable and professional. He came the following day and completed repairs on the bathroom. He made sure everything was perfect.

    Ryan did an awesome job doing an entire toilet rebuild in my master bathroom. Everything that couldā€™ve gone wrong with this toilet did and Ryan was able to knock it out and it works better than ever! He was very careful around my sleeping daughter and was very courteous to communicate everything about the job that I had questions about. He was very thorough and cleaned up after himself. The appointment was scheduled very quickly and easily over the phone and Ryan was great about just about every step of the process. Highly recommend Ben Franklin based on flying experience with him!

    Steve Montes saved us. We set an appointment with Home Advisor to replace a bathroom faucet. The plumber broke our piping flooding the bathroom then saying he couldnt fix the problem. We thought we would be without water for at least a day. Benjamin Franklin sent Steve over within two hours. He fixed the piping, replaced the valves and replaced the faucet. Steve was professional, polite and competent. He made the repair in two hours while being neat and courteous. Thanks Steve!

    Antonio was excellent. I broke a pipe on the side of my house and couldnt fix it myself due to the location. Thats why I called. Not only did Antonio fix it, but he made it better so nobody (like me) can run into it and break it again. The price seemed reasonable and Antonio took his time to do a thorough job. Very professional, nice, and I would ask for him personally if I needed anything again. Thank you.

    I needed a couple of quotes. Ryan called before he arrived made sure he could show up early. We talked about the house, and what I wanted to do with it. He checked what type of drains, water heater and pipes to make sure his estimate was accurate. He is extremely knowledgeable, super personable, and a pleasure to work with. He explained mulitable options and was not pushy. As with any job I have done I get 4 estimates. Because of him, its going to be hard to beat Benjamin Franklin Of Orlando. Great experience and prices so far.

    Antonio Tobar: Demonstrated outstanding customer service on 2 occasions. He is courteous and explains and performs all tasks and procedures well, communicates estimates clearly, reports to the office when needed. Discusses, newer, plumbing options available. Consistently works and reports his break time. After a complete home repipe he replaced all plumbing fixtures including the toilets and a broken sewer line as well. I would recommended him and the company.

    Steve arrived within the projected time period. He was professional and friendly. He diagnosed my water main leak and checked throughout my house for any other potential leaks. He explained the repair process and the corresponding expenses and warranty. He arranged for their repair service people to fix the leaking water main which is under my cement driveway.     Highly recommend Benjamin Franklin. The operator we initially spoke with and the plumber they sent out were both kind, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Our water main line broke due to tree root invasion. Steve found the challenge quickly, shared options and recommendations without the high pressure sales pitch or inflated add on costs another vendor tried to press on us. Steve then worked late into the evening to ensure the line was fixed, the ground restored and the area where the work was done coned off for safety until the ground could firm up. For a negative situation he truly made it very positive. Thank you!!

    I wish there was more space for me to give you all the choice details! To start, Mr. Montes arrived to assess, and possibly begin, the necessary steps to address this particular issue, withOUT any prior information from the initial plumber that had come out and assessed our situation. (Incidentally, that mans name was Stephen Burgess, and he very much deserves compliments as well: hes quick to find and figure out what most likely caused the issue, get some pretty clear photos, and get potential solution(s) for the problem discussed, plus notify and send necessary information to the actual owner (our landlord), plus the same for the downstairs neighbors, with whom we share some pipes. Wow, thats service! Benjamin Franklin Plumbing has sharp employees in their Human Resources Department---and its NOT a fluke, because they also picked plumber #2: Mr. Steven Montes, also a total full-service and sharp-eyed expert in his field. He had to break some highly unpleasant and downright depressing news, to quite a few people (tenants and owners in both the apartments, and I believe the HOA, as well, since it wasnt anyone elses decision to use polybutyleine pipes). In any case, both Mr. Burgess and Mr. Montes each dove headlong into a wretched and very expensive situation, plus gave thorough explanations and answered plenty of questions from upset and beleaguered people, verbally and in writing, and even insisted that we call them/Benjamin Franklin Plumbing anytime we have a question, or maybe send or resend documents and photos as needed. And each man, on his way out, asked again if we need any more explanations, or had any other questions (most employees these days dont take such considerations because they just lack proper, and practical, basic business etiquette. )I sincerely appreciate being asked our personal experiences regarding this issue. I do also wish to remind you that, for the FIRST leak problem we had, Mr. Burgess actually received approval from our landlord to provide the needed services. He did an impressive job, plus he replaced the faucets and showerhead with nice replacements---nothing gaudy, but nothing cheap-looking, either). The pricing seemed very fair, considering it was us, the upstairs tenants, that paid at the time. I have to say, the bathroom shower looked and worked SO MUCH BETTER than when we moved in about 5-6 years ago. Meaning, your plumbers didnt just return the item to its original working condition---they seriously improved how well, and how smoothly and almost silently, our shower works now! We are still waiting on certain landlords to approve the estimate for the pinhole leak we currently have. But because the pipes were banned from usage back in the 1990s, the pipes cannot be patched up, they must be completely removed and replaced. Until then, you may expect us to call on Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and the 2 Super-Steves, regularly as pipes continue to fail, crack, break, etc.Thank you again for caring about your customers opinions and feedback.     (2024) Updating my review as Steve once again came to the rescue. Had a broken shower faucet that needed replacing and I scheduled the kitchen faucet to be replaced at the same time. Quick repair, attention to detail, and great communication. No lie, this company is not cheap but they do good work.     Just wanted to extend my gratitude to the Benjamin Franklin plumbing staff for exceptional service. I didnā€™t have to wait too long for service. Once the problem was identified, Cal clearly explained what was going on with the hot water heater and gave me some options. I was able to get an appointment the next day for installation. However, there were some electrical issues and they were able to coordinate with one of their sisterā€™s company who came the next day to do the electrical work in order for me to get hot water. With Benjamin Franklin Plumbing ā€œ it was a one stop shopā€. They provided everything including purchasing the hot water heater.     Needed work done this week on an outside water spicket leak, BFP technicians came to my home, gave an extremely gloomy assessment and expensive cost to repair a water leak. Wanted to re-pipe my entire home (single story home) for $13,000 or tear up floor for $3,000 to $5,000. Plus, a leak detector test costing me $500 before they would do anything. Neighbor recommended another plumber which I called and eventually hired. It was brought to my attention by that plumber that I had an incomplete installation on my water heater which was installed by Ben Franklin Plumbing (BFP) in 2022. That plumber was hired to repair the leak and noticed my water heater was not in compliance, needed a Vacuum Breaker. Contacted BFP District Mgr. Mr. Livingston. He responded to my home and started the process to correct the situation that day. He said he was sending out one of his best technicians.Enter Ryan Rivera the Service Tech. from BFP. Ryan had to re-pipe the water heater and install the missing Vacuum Breaker. He did so with diligence and professionalism. It is difficult at best to respond in person to an unhappy customer who feels he was ripped off by the installation incomplete job and a service fee. (BFP charged me $49 to basically tell me my water pressure was 70 and I had a leak!) I was told by Mr. Livingston I would be refunded that fee.Ryan Rivera is a TOP GUN for BFP! He got right to work, and his communication skills are excellent. He reassured me my water heater is in compliance and complete. Ryan did not walk around my house like the other two BFP techs did. He rolled up his sleeves and got busy. I was lucky to have this TOP GUN work on my home as BFP is to have him as an employee.Situation corrected due to Ryan Rivera and Mr. Livingston.Thank both of you for your immediate response and professionalism.

Howard was wonderful; explained all my options and no high pressure tactics trying to sell me more than I could afford.     Weve done a lot of work with Benjamin Franklin and Aaron has been awesome the whole time. He evaluated our whole situation, gave us a number of options to go with, and made sure the work was done well. The team they sent out knocked out a ton of work super quickly, and they managed to fix a number of tricky plumbing issues for us in basically a day. Even when we called him back out again, Aaron really tried to make things work within our budget and timeframe, which was a big stress reliever. Sure they arent cheap but the guarantee theyll show up, show up quickly, do the work promptly, and do it correctly is totally worth it to me.
