    I recently experienced an emergency leak in my kitchen, and I cant thank Brad enough for his exceptional service. When I called him, he took the time to troubleshoot the issue over the phone, guiding me through the steps to stop the leak. His knowledge and informative approach made a stressful situation much more manageable.After assessing the situation, Brad determined that I needed a completely new faucet for my kitchen sink. Once I purchased the new faucet, he came over promptly to install it.     Really, really impressed with this company. Brad put in the time - he came by late one evening to really go through the details of what we needed and made us feel informed about an urgent purchase.I also want to specifically mention Tiera. She was helpful when we called more than once, but when she answered the phone after hours, and then answered all of my questions at a time convenient to me, and I have to imagine not-so-convenient for her, I knew I was dealing with a team that understands how to exceed customer expectations. I appreciate a small local business, but even more when they do a great job at a great price and stand behind their work.

    I had recently given Drain Daddy 1 star in a recent review, after a blockage reoccurrence that I believed was a result of that visit.Brad continued to try and arrange an opportunity to thoroughly review and identify what exactly is going on in my sewer line, and it was that appointment when I realized my assumptions were totally unfounded. Lesson learned, and I appreciate how Brad maintained his professionalism throughout.I now know the issue, how it came about and the options available to me....plus what a large slice of humble pie tastes like.

Giselle was fantastic at scheduling me immediately and letting me know who would show up and I could track their whereabouts so I knew when to expect the serviceman. My plumber was Airimus. He was personable and talented. He kept me informed as he worked. Fantastic job. Great company. The owner responded to my email inquiry after hours and got the ball rolling for a smooth repair. Really appreciate the office staff as well for giving very competitive pricing in the Orlando area. Leo also hooked up our garbage disposal and dishwasher which was very handy. Drain Daddy got the job done same day and for a great price. Hard to beat it!

    This is the mess that I walked into today when I arrived at my office, I was not planning on going to the office today. I have had a long time Plumber for 40 years who has decided he’s done working and he’s going to play golf so I was there with this mess water pouring in from an upstairs apartment into my office ceiling that was falling, huge mess upstairs and downstairs. After crying, I was referred to drain daddy by Tyler Cobbs huge child out to Tyler. Vern from drain daddy was unbelievable same-day service I called. I was given a time period for arrival. He was early. He calmed me down. He tried many things first to see if he could find the problem he did not get give up. I will not use anyone else but drain daddy. These guys are the real deal. Just amazing. I can’t say enough good things about them unfortunately we all need a plumber from time to time so if you’re gonna have one, you need to have one that is honest and reliable trustworthy on time, these guys are the real deal. No games. 5 STARS

    AMAZING!! Not only did Brad come over after 8pm on an emergency call for my family when we had a busted pipe in are wall. But he was quick in and out within a hour and did an awesome job. I couldn’t thank him enough. Would highly recommend them. Heck I won’t use anyone else now!!

    I had an emergency with my septic tank backing up overnight overflowing the toilets and backing up into the tubs and showers. It. Was. Unreal. I was referred to Drain Daddy by Chucks Appliance for an unrelated issue but didnt end up calling them until this happened.Giselle at the front office was extremely helpful and kind, offering to only charge the normal trip fee instead of the emergency trip fee and arranged to have someone out to my home within 2 hours. Upon arrival, Airimus (the service tech) was extremely professional and personable and after assessing my sh*tty* situation assured me that he will have it handled. He took the time to explain what was wrong, show me the blockage on the camera he sent though the pipes, and cleared it out with a few passes until everything was out. I am very grateful for their prompt service will use their services again. Highly recommend!

    Holiday Weekend Easter 3/30, pipe broke in kitchen wall, flooded kitchen and some into my living room. Leo showed up in about 15min with another worker and they diagnosed and started repairs. Some issues along the way because of the location of the pipe breaking and being old and brittle, but they explained every step and in detail. They made it so I had my kitchen functionable for Easter Day. Awesome! They came back and completed the job with 100% customer satisfaction. Thanks guys! I definitely recommend. Both Brad the owner and Leo the plumber were very personable and knowledgeable with everything. Brad and his team are fantastic. 10/10

    Leo and Ermas of Drain Daddy came and repaired my gas line in just a few hours. They showed me the hole and also showed me pictures of the finished work. They added extra protection in the area that corroded before. The owner came out for the quote and was very friendly and responsive. I would use Drain Daddy again for any plumbing issues.

    Brought Brad in to fix a water flow problem at kitchen island that no one else figured out, but he diagnosed and corrected quite easily. While here, he commented on our 35 yr old hot water heater and suggested we replace, which we did with him. He handled the entire process, soup to nuts, and we were very pleased with the result. Have used him for a subsequent, unrelated issue. Again, problem resolved, with Brad being the central figure in the work being done.His work ethic and service-driven approach to his business, along with being quite personable and trustworthy, makes him our permanent Go To guy for all of our plumbing-related issues going forward.     We contacted the Drain Daddy for a small water leak and discovered our house had severely degraded copper pipes (common in FL homes built in the 90’s). Brad was patient and showed us where our pipes were leaking and had leaked previously. It was only a matter of timing before we suffered a serious failure that would have meant costly repairs and potential major water damage. We chose to use Brad & his team for a full home repipe. His team was punctual, professional, and very experienced. They were in & out in a day & a half. They left minimal wall damage in need of repair.
