I have been using this company for almost a decade and they’ve always been great. Recently I found myself in a 💩y situation. My drain fields failed and nothing went down. They gave me an estimate and I wasted time trying to get more quotes and they turned out to be the best price. They got everything in order and now I poop like a rock star! I can even courtesy flush! Wilmer, Antrel, Mike, James are the best! There are more people I forgot to thank but I send good vibes from a clear colon!

These guys are truly the best!! First, I had to use them for a septic tank pump out. I got a live person when I called over the weekend. Unbelievable! They were super nice. They came quickly. Ultimately, I needed a completely new leach field. I had them do that as well. They were always available, did a terrific job, even cleaned up, raked the tractor impressions in the dirt and blew off the driveway. They were so good. Kyle was awesome!James was as well. I have been using Total for about 10 years now. This by far is the best service visit to date. Matt Hughey performed this service. His professionalism, attention to detail and customer service rivaled any prior visit. Had to have my septic tank pumped. He is the first service tech in 10 years that realized I had two tanks. Obviously not his first rodeo.He brought to my attention different options for maintaining my system. He also offered me a thorough and complete estimate to replace my system. He went over all quotes in detail. Needless to say it was the kinda service you dont really see anymore in todays world. Very impressed, and to put it plainly just a hell of a nice guy. Will update review after installation!August 31, 2018: UPDATEInstallation went as discussed. Worked quickly and as expected schedule. Recommendation: improve the project finish. I would have liked a better cleaning & finish of the backyard. Overall, good service.

Mine is more a Decent Person related comment.Me and my kids had been stuck on the side of the road for over an hour with a flat tire. AAA would not be there for probably another hour. Not one person stopped to help me.Mr. Van stopped! He stopped and he fixed the tire! No questions asked, and he would not take anything in return. 5 star to these guys! The while time they were communicative and very friendly. My kids loved watching them and asking them questions. Kyle, Wilmer, and Joe were all fantastic! They were not only friendly but responsible and respectful. Its hard to come by hard-working people that you also feel comfortable to have around your house and kids. Not scammers at all! Just read what they give you, and you will know what is being done. Yes, things will get messed up if its in the way of the drain field, but Kyle was kind enough to let us know beforehand. Highly highly recommend!

We have never owned a septic tank before our current home. I have called on 2 occasions and was astonished by how helpful the employees are. The first time I spoke to Jeff and the second time I spoke to Kyle. They both helped me trouble shoot what my problem was and even told me how to check the filter (which they could have charged me to send someone out instead). They even offered same day service when our system stopped draining altogether! When I learned that we still had a warranty (through another company unfortunately) I cancelled our appointment to have Total Enviro Services come out. They were very understanding and even offered to speak directly to the warranty company if there were any services they could assist with. I would definitely recommend Total Enviro Services! I will be using them for all my future needs. Thank you Kyle and Jeff for doing business the right way. Finding a company that is honest and upfront BEFORE they even schedule an appointment or ask you for money is rare. Thank you for being that! It is truly appreciated.

Called 4 septic pump companies, all based on the reviews I read. One place never called me back, one place couldn’t get to be til tomorrow and was expensive, one didn’t answer the phone at all. Enviro was a pleasure to work with from the receptionist to the tech. Receptionist which is slipping my mind (Jackie maybe?) was so candid, friendly and steered me in the right direction. I didn’t just want a pump and go, I wanted someone to inspect the section of drainfield I dug up. They sent James and I’m really glad they did. Super knowledgeable, arrived promptly the same day, friendly and gave me all his attention and time. Had great advice and suggestions. We needed a routine pump out that turned out to be quite a pain. The previous home owners had made it very difficult to get the tank open (cement, wooden deck, etc). Pat stayed for quite a while and worked to get the tank open carefully without having to replace the entire lid. He also made sure to keep the surrounding deck very neat and cleaned up the entire area when he was finished. He was extremely polite as well. A huge plus these days!Also the gentlemen that answered the phones, Kyle, was very personable. Great customer service all around!

James was able to complete the job without issues even though part of my sprinkler system was over the tank lid. Just wow!! From start to finish, I am blown away with this company. I am under contract for my first home and I had many concerns regarding the septic system. My first call was about 20 mins, (please forgive me I dont remember his name) he explained their process from start to finish, answered all of my questions and provided solid feedback on my concerns. Not once did I feel rushed to make an appointment or to get off the phone, he took his time and thats why we ultimately chose them. Today, Marvin and Rick came to do the work and they were so wonderful. Honest, real, knowledgeable and were quick but thorough, provided me some advice and few good laughs. The dispatcher Kyle was empathetic of our situation and promised that although they had a very busy day, someone would be there to assist. I had a different septic company come out to try to help with a clog. They couldnt undo it and they told me to call Total Septic. I did and they released the clog immediately with minimal charge. We then decided to pay extra to have our pipes videoed because they are cast iron and septic. Just to make sure no problems. Three days later our system clogs up again. I call the office and spoke to Jackie, Jacqueline? She was INCREDIBLY NICE! I told her about the issue, she sent Alex (amazing!!!) back out and he spent 5 hours not only unclogging the clog, but FOR SURE making sure the drainage field and septic were working correctly (which they were). This is the BEST customer service I have ever had. What an amazing company, HIGHLY suggest this company for all your septic needs AND get the video done JUST in case your pipes are rotting under your house!! FIND OUT NOW!!!! It is a bit expensive, but worth it. Ask for ALEX!!!!!!Cricket

I had Total Enviro Services out to pump out my septic tank about a week ago. It had never been done before as far as I know (house is over 30 years old), so I didnt really know what to expect. Patrick, who did the work for me, was on time and did a great job cleaning the tank while also explaining the whole process to me. Overall, i was pleased with the service and would probably use this company again. The only reason I didnt give five stars was because the person who quoted the price over the phone when scheduling the appointment didnt tell me that price was for normal conditions and that it could be more depending on the condition of the tank- which I only learned from Patrick when the work was already beginning. Still, even though I did have to pay a bit more due to my tank being so bad, I felt it was pretty reasonable.

Called for septic pumping yesterday they were fully booked he told me the soonest was yesterday , got out there way before the time he told us. Kyle was really cool over the phone and after wards as well. Totally understanding and did for $250 instead of $275 our power has been off and out septic was full. Now on kind of these awesome people and this company we are now with a empty septic tank , and back on the road there! Highly recommended. Second time using this company!! Thank you guys!!

FIRST-RATE SERVICE! HONEST! EXPERT WORK! As a single mom I am used to unscrupulous repair companies that lie and try to take advantage of you. I am tired of being ripped-off so Im always skeptical of the repair estimates I get. But TOTAL SEPTIC was AMAZING! I called them this week for Emergency Service. Both of my tubs, showers, toilets and sinks were backed up and we could not use the bathrooms in my home! They responded promptly and after doing a very thorough plumbing and septic evaluation, they diagnosed my problem expertly! The service tech, PATRICK, was OUTSTANDING! He was very professional, extremely honest, incredibly knowledgeable and did an excellent job with my septic tank problem! The price I was charged was reasonable too! I highly recommend this company. This wonderful experience started with the wonderful person who answered the phone when I called in a panic because water was gurgling up in my guest toilet and bathtub. Jackie was so kind and she sent a top notch tech, Marvin, to my rescue!! He came out the next day and did a fantastic job cleaning out my septic tank and clearing the clog in the main pipe. I had paid Robs septic to clean my tank 11/2/18 and clearly they did not empty the tank nor did they clean it out or pay attention to detail like Marvin did. I have lived on city water my whole life but I called with a few questions and the staff was beyond friendly and answered every single one.
