We are so happy we found this company! We recently purchased a home and needed some small plumbing work done. Harvey Baker was affordable, reliable and honest. Unfortunately our small plumbing issues turned into a big plumbing issues and we had to have our house repiped. Harvey Baker spoke with us directly, gave us a great price and was able to fit us into their schedule in just a couple days. The entire team is so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They were very careful when cutting drywall and cleaned up after themselves! Hopefully our plumbing woes are over, but they’re the only company I will call if we have any other issues!

I was given a base price for the work and only a small additional charge was added after I gave my permission to reinforce a plastic flange that had cracked. First Time User: Very happy the plumber was able to come for an emergency pluming issue on a Saturday over a holiday weekend. The drain from the kitchen main line for my condo building was backing up into my kitchen sink, I was very worried he would not be able to repair it, but he was able to snake the drain and said that should resolve the issue, and noted theres a 30 day warranty on their work. Fingers crossed I wont need to call a plumber again, but if I do Im happy to call Harvey Baker Pluming. My technician was quick, courteous and professional, answered all my detailed questions and both he and the dispatcher were clear and upfront about pricing and did their best to be helpful.

Our water heater starting leaking and I knew it was old and probably needed to be replaced. I called Harvey Baker at 8 am on Monday, they were so awesome for calling me back with an opening a few hours later the same day. By 12:30 I already had a new water heater installed! Ive always found their pricing to be very fair as well. This is the 4th time Ive used them and its always been such a great experience. Its just really one less thing to worry about when you have a good company to call when something goes wrong!

Our business in SODO area had a terrible clog in our waste line. I called Harvey Baker Plumbing after 2 other similar businesses told me it would be 3 days before they could send anyone and we really could not function as a business with 35 employees and all 4 bathrooms out of order. The person at Harvey Baker Plumbing that took my call was very pleasant and helpful in getting me the first appointment the following day ( I called after 3pm). At 8:30 a plumber showed up (on time). He worked diligently and professionally until he had the problem solved. I was super pleased with the invoice and every aspect of the service we received. This is the second time we’ve used Harvey Baker plumbing and again we were very impressed with the plumbers professionalism and expertise and most importantly their honesty.I had a few items that needed to be fixed for insurance purposes. They came over and got to work right away. They explained what needed to be done and the parts needed.I also had a faucet that needed to be installed in the garden tub. I learned my lesson on who to call first. I called another local plumber twice, got a voicemail, left a message with zero response, even asking in the voicemail to let me know if they could not help me. I had no working toilets or showers, so I honestly thought we were in for a big hit. When I called Harvey Baker, the receptionist was super and got me in for service the same day I was calling. I have used Harvey Plumbing 4x over the years for various issues. They are always on time, professional and I feel like I can trust them on their knowledge & the costs of repairs. Yesterday morning we had a irrigation pipe that was broken due to a tree root and water was poring out of it onto the street. Team member Juan who we give two thumbs up to, came within the hour that I called, found the issue, repaired it and it did not break the bank having them there on a Saturday afternoon. I had a water main break at my home and three plumbers came to my house prior to Harvey Baker Plumbing and they were either busy and couldnt come back for a week or they were 10 times as expensive as what Harvey Baker Plumbing ended up costing. Jacob was the technician that responded to my house and he was able to quickly go over the options and thoroughly walked me through the materials and processes (at my request) and went above and beyond on explaining the types of fittings and connections he was replacing my damaged pipes/fittings with. He was done with the job in under 2 hours and I will definitely call upon Harvey Baker Plumbing for future needs.

$325 to unclog kitchen sink and add putty to stop small leak under the sink. The most recent time I used them was on 12/28/2022. The plumbers name is Wayne. I referred them to my parents house because Ive used them before and they did a good job. This time, the issue I had was the lack of the communication throughout the process of unclogging the kitchen sink. Wayne was great, but surprised me and my parents with the total price until the end when the repair was already done. I would have appreciated Hey, this will cost you X dollars if I do this., but we did not get that. After he unclogged it, I asked what it would cost and he gave me a rough estimate, but he had to write it up fully. Whatever. We paid it because we dont own an electric snake that goes up to 100 feet. I called their office and the first person was apologetic about the lack of pricing communication. They said theyd call me back after they talked to the tech. When they called me back, it was another person and they had no remorse. The price is the price. Ill definitely shop around and not blindly trust them with the next job.Update: Harvey reached out after seeing my review. It’s nice for a business owner listening to their customers and making it right. Originally a 3 star review, but he made it right. Thanks!

On 8/16/21 I had a plumber from Harvey Baker Plumbing come to my condo to remove 2 old toilets and install 2 new ones. He arrived in the two hour Window I had been given and went right to work. He did a very professional job and no time was wasted. They quoted the price (which was very reasonable) in advance when I initially called to set up the appointment. When he was finished he cleaned up and carted the 2 old toilets away.I highly recommend Harvey Baker Plumbing. If I need any plumbing work in the future that is the company Im calling.

I have used Harvey Baker before. I found I needed him again regarding a rental property I own. They sent out a tech, and to be honest, did not perform the work correctly. I called the office and complained. Harvey himself called me back and met me on site. Once he reviewed what had been done, he fixed the problem himself and was perfect. Im a firm believer that we all can make a mistake. It is how we correct the mistake that we should be judged on. I believe in Harvey Baker Plumbing 1000% and would refer them to anyone. They are a top notch company.

First time using Harvey Baker Plumbing. Called for an appointment to replace a toilet, and the tech arrived during the promised half-hour window. He was courteous and professional.He quoted me $150.00 to perform the replacement, Including haul-away, which was very reasonable. He executed the replacement, which included grout removal and replacement in about an hour (Note: I had drained all water from the existing unit the night before to save time).Once that work was completed and tested, I also asked him to assess a leaking thermal expansion valve on my exterior wall. He had the parts on hand to replace the valve so I asked him to complete that job as well.Total time on-site to complete both jobs and complete billing was about 90 minutes. Total charges for the jobs (toilet replacement w/ haul away and thermal expansion valve replacement) was $228.00, which included about $40 for parts (new valve, better wax ring and new bolts). I find this cost quite reasonable.Now 36 hours later, and no leaks present so I think I’m in good shape. I was very pleased with the service and will use this company again in the future.

Harvey Baker Plumbing is the Best Plumbing Service in the Conway/Orlando area! I have had Harveys team do plumbing work for me over the last several years and have always been 110 percent satisfied. The staff is always very professional and friendly and the team of Phillip and Tanner exceeded my expectations. Recently, I had my water heater replaced. Harvey came out and provided me with a free estimate and Marcia was able to schedule an appointment for the replacement the next day. Although Harvey estimated it would take 2-3 hours for the replacement, it took over 4 hours due to some problems with the emptying of the tank from my old water heater. The estimated quote remained as the actual price to be paid even though it took longer. When they say Honesty Without Question, they mean it! Certain Conway residents also get an hourly labor rate reduction so if you need any plumbing work done, I highly recommend you contact Harvey Baker Plumbing and set up an appointment for a free estimate.

I recently hired Harvey Baker Plumbing, Inc. I had 2 sinks that were leaking and a wobbly toilet. I also had them do preventive maintenance on the other sinks in the house. The service technician, Richie, did a walk through with me to examine the problems and then went straight to work. He fixed all of the problems, cleaned up after himself like a true professional, the price was fair, and all the work is under warranty for 30 days. I had a water heater installed by them and I cannot say enough positive things about this company. When I was deciding between tankless and tank, Harvey spent at least 15-20 minutes explaining the difference, answering all my questions and talking me out of the more expensive option so I would be happy. I couldnt believe that he was willing to get less money for the company just so I would be a happy customer.The installation was great and the installer was professional. A few days later I received not one but two phone calls and a call after hours because they were so upset that they had accidentally overcharged me. I had no idea! The fact that they called and sent a refund check was unbelievable to me. I would have never known if they hadnt told me. I cannot tell you how impressed I was and grateful for the honesty. I will definitely use this company for all my plumbing needs in the future! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

Harvey Baker Plumbing is great! They came out and was on time, friendly and professional. They worked fast, efficient and left the area where they fixed the leak very clean. They answered all of my questions and showed me where the leak was on the piece of pipe that they removed and replaced. They gave me a flat rate, which included labor and parts within a certain time frame. Extra hours is an additional fee and I was afraid that they would not work efficiently in order to stretch the time, but THAT WAS NOT THE CASE! The cold line in my bathroom sink had low pressure. Action Plumbing told me that they’d need to make multiple cuts in the walls to find the issue, so I dealt with it for years. Due to other circumstances the wall and vanity were removed yesterday so I called Harvey Baker Plumbing. Today they even offered to send someone earlier than my appointment time. The first thing Joel tried was to replace the shutoff valve, which Action Plumbing didn’t even attempt. The problem ended up being inches further up the line, though we couldn’t find the mysterious thing that was blocking it. It works now, there’s no extra holes in the walls, and that’s what matters. Joel was quick, friendly, and efficient.

Theyre a great family business and plumbing company. As a local residential general contractor I used them for a townhome renovation to replace fixtures and master shower. Owner was stand-up guy and had honest / good pricing. I then used them on my own house when the kitchen cast-iron pipe failed. Again, their pricing was fixed, good, and they got the job done ahead of the original schedule. They installed new pex supply lines, pvc drain lines, farmhouse sink, bathtub, sink laterals, and anything that needed to be done for a kitchen and bathroom renovation. When I did have small drip or seal issue they came back out quickly under warranty for no additional charge. I didnt realize they had this many good reviews but they accurate.

My new tenants called me around 10 am and told me that a pipe had busted in the master bathroom near the toilet line and water was everywhere until they turned off the main. This was a wednesday following Thanksgiving Holidays so every company was slammed and not a single company could make it out that day except Roto Rooter for a small fee of $450 just to show up, not including labor nor parts so i said forget that! Harvey Baker Plumbing called me back shortly after and said they perhaps might be able to make it after hours that evening, but on time and a half pay. Being an emergency and short notice i was happy to pay the rate to have my issue fixed asap. I recieved a call from the technician around 4pm that he was at my home and was underway. After all the work he did, including some fixes on my tenants attempt and fail to do something, i recieved a bill for under $160 for EVERYTHING! I must say that i hahve never felt such professionalism on behalf of a Plumbing Company and will be recommending and using Harvey for ALL of my future plumbing endeavors!!! Thanks again!

I wanted to pop on here to rave about Harvey Baker Plumbing, Inc, a local Conway business. Unfortunately, I was one of the many families whose house (not in a flood zone) was completely flooded by Hurricane Ian. One of the many things that wasn’t working after sitting in flood waters was my hot water heater. Because we were not going to get any assistance from my homeowners insurance, I have gotten multiple quotes for everything. Harvey Baker Plumbing was the only company who did not insist the hot water heater had to be replaced. All other companies came back with with estimates ranging between $3K - $5K. Harvey Baker’s response “We can fix that. No problem.” They even went the extra mile to call Rheem and have the part shipped to me FOR FREE. When the part arrived they sent over a service manager who had it fixed in under an hour charging for labor only. We have hot water for basically a negligible dent in my repair budget. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you, Harvey Baker with a special shout out to Morning Baker who kindly responded to all my calls and emails and Joe who saved the hot water heater for almost no money.

I called all the big plumbing companies and no one compared to Harvey Baker Plumbing!They were 100% upfront and honest on costs and no pressure on their plumbers to up-sale. Frank Gay and all the others would not even quote me a price.Issac their plumber did an excellent job and had to add some extra piping due to rust and corrosion adding only $4 to the bill. He spent more than the hour I was quoted for and did not charge me. It was more important the job was done right! I have used many plumbers in the past and I only wish I knew about Harvey Baker back then. I will recommend this company to my friends, family and anyone else in need of plumbing. Harvey Baker Plumbing helped repair a toilet and sink that would not drain. The tech was very prompt for the appointment, went right to work and was very professional.
