    First I would like to say everyone has been very nice, friendly, and professional. Bill came out and did the assessment. He answered all my questions and was very transparent with me, which I really appreciated. Kelly and Kimberly were very responsive when ever I called and sent Bill and the team out very promptly. They answered all my questions and were very helpful. Javier, Alex, and another gentleman did the repiping work and installed the new water heater. They did an amazing job and answered all my questions. I had the city inspection today and everything passed. I am very happy with the work done and would definitely recommend them to others.

    If I could give them 6 stars, I would! After learning of a large leak in my front side yard, I started calling around and due to Thanksgiving tomorrow was offered appointments mid week next by several large players. After some more Googling, I found Choice Plumbing and gave them a ring. They had someone out here in less then 2 hours. Javier showed up, I showed him the issue, he showed me an estimate and got to work immediately! He got that leak fixed super fast, and got us back up and running. Definitely would recommend A++ Service! Thanks Choice Plumbing for the best plumbing experience weve ever had!

    Kelvin was professional, courteous and an absolute pleasure to have in my home. I world recommend Choice Plumbing and especially Kelvin any day.     Had a clogged sewage line for the second time in almost 17 years that I have lived at this house. Choice plumbing did a good job getting it operational again in just a few minutes The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. The price seems steep for just a few minutes worth of work but it was lower than the initial quote. They were wanting to run some camera in the pipe to see the clog for hundreds of dollars more.

    My plumber, Carlos Arroyo, was prompt, courteous and efficient.He completed installing 3 faucets with drains in a reasonable amount of time and tested the water flow for any leaks (there weren’t any).Carlos made certain the work area was cleaned-up prior to submitting the electronic invoice. I cannot say enough good things about his work ethic and pleasant attitude. I am very impressed with Carlos as a plumber and a person. Choice Plumbing has an excellent employee in Carlos Arroyo.Carlos just successfully completed a job which a different plumber did not complete. Carlos was on time, efficient and pleasant. He diagnosed the problem and quickly corrected it. As is obvious from the paragraph above, this was my second experience with Carlos. His workmanship was excellent, and the job was successfully completed. When Carlos responds to a service call at my house I know the job will be completed on the first visit. He is an excellent representative of Choice Plumbing.

    Nick came to our house this evening to fix a problem with our shower valve. He was extremely helpful. He thought out all options with us and offered his suggestions with how to proceed with the situation going forward. He shot us straight, made us laugh and, in the end, fixed our pipe issue.We will be calling again in the future and, of course, we’ll be requesting Nick.

    16 DEC 2024: Carlos did a great job with finding a solution and repairing our running toilet and water leak repairs. He was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. From scheduling our service to the repair and payment, everything was super easy and everyone was quite responsive.Joe was professional, experienced, efficient, and friendly. He was able to fix our leaky water bib when other handy people said they couldnt. Even though he was outside, masks were worn and surfaces were sanitized giving us a feeling that safety was priority too. I highly recommend using Choice Plumbing.

    I called Choice because they already had great reviews and they offered same-day service. The company answered the call within a couple of rings and scheduled someone to come out in a few hours. My tech, Carlos, was great. He listened to the issue and got it cleared up within an hour. He also offered solutions to prevent the blockage from happening in the future. I hope he comes back when I need additional services.

    I called Choice Plumbing after reading the reviews online. The water flow in my kitchen was minimal. I got very lucky when Alexander Lonmo showed up. He was respectful and professional. I would highly recommend him and added his contact information to my phone. He got the faucet working and also provided an estimate for a new water heater upon my request!!!!

    Friendly technician came on Wednesday, changed the toilet handle flush but now the metal chain broke and the toilet is not flushing at all. Follow up: they sent another technician promptly after learning about the issue, who was able to successfully fix the problem with no additional charge.

    I use Choice Plumbing to install a tankless hot water heater, water filtration system, replace three leaky hose bibs, and replace toilet shut off valves. The service I received from Alex was outstanding. Very knowledgeable in plumbing and answered all my questions before leaving my home.Prior to the job Choice Plumbing was quick to answer any questions I had. I first contacted another plumbing company and they would never return calls or answer questions about the items they were going to install. That was not the case with Choice Plumbing. They will answer all your questions no matter how many you ask.I decided to use the Kind e3000uv filter system and salt free softener after checking online reviews. This was a system they did not carry but had no problem allowing me to buy it and then installing it for me.They are five star all the way from the owner down.

    The water coming from my bath was always lukewarm despite the water in the shower and sink being hot in the same bathroom. The hot water heater was closest to the bathtub also. There was not any plumbing access in the tub directly because it had been tiled in. I had another plumber come out 2 years ago who told me he would have to tear out all the tile in the bathtub to see what was going on to fix it, and charged me $200 for the visit in which he did nothing.I asked choice plumbing for an estimate to do this major repair. Javier & Josh came out and found a mixing valve under the sink that needed adjustment and fixed the problem in 20 minutes without ripping out any tile or the bathtub. I have not had a hot bath in 4 years. Wish Id called them in the first place! Thank you so much!

    I reached out to Choice Plumbing this afternoon for a same day emergency. I live in Georgia and have an older brother who has special needs who lives by himself in Haines City, Fl. The issue was no water coming out of the kitchen faucets which put him in a very difficult situation with his needs. I called and Kimberly answered the phone and assured me without hesitation that the issue would be handled quickly and mindful of my brothers situation, she kept me informed of when the Technician would be there and he would reach out to me upon arrival.     If I could Id give Choice Plumbing and Nick 10 stars. I had an after hours emergency and was afraid I wouldnt be able to get anyone out quickly, but my prayers were answered and they were able to send someone out shortly. While the service man was on his way the owner talked me through how to turn off my water, because I had water flooding my yard. When Nick arrived he checked out the situation and put my mind at ease that he could fix it, no problem. Nick gave me an estimate, which was very fair. It took Nick about 2 hours to do the repair, keep in mind all of this was happening after 7:00pm. Nick was very professional and informative.     Want to update my review after I wrote previous review I received a called from the owner and he said there was a mistake on the price the technician charged me he refunded some of the money back and apologize we are all humans we can all make a mistake, showed me that this a a trusted company and that they care about customers!     I am more than pleased with the service we received from this company… I have had a lot going on with my home and have been dealing with some major repairs… then when it seemed like the worst was over my hot water heater went bad and was leaking… I called Choice Plumbing and within 5 minutes of speaking to a representative who was so kind and understanding I had a service tech call me to tell me he would come by to take a look and within an hour he was here. He knew exactly what he was doing and in a short time was able to triage our issue and meet our needs as the size of our water tank was larger than normal and very difficult to acquire. He showed up on a Friday evening and was able to get the parts ordered and complete the installation by Tuesday.     We had a leak from the base of the toilet. I called Choice Plumbing and they had a plumber out that same afternoon. It turns out the toilet flange was broken and the rubber gasket needs replacing too. Carlos showed me the broken and worn out parts before removing them.     Our main line in our home was clogged up causing sewage to come up into the bathtub and shower. Couldnt get a plumber out there and the house was smelling pretty bad. I called up Choice and they sent someone out immediately same day for a free estimate on the work. He didnt just unclog the mainline he came back inside and ensured that all drains were properly working. The bathtub was still clogged but he took care of it right then and there.     I have used this company previously through American Home Shield to fix a leaky toilet and they did a great job. This time, I was installing a water purifying unit that I purchased online.     It is so difficult to find reliable craft specialist (in this case plumbers) that you fell comfortable using and recommending; however, we can wholeheartedly recommend Choice Plumbing in the Orlando, FL area.We recently had an emergency with our water meter which they handled beautifully as we were driving from NC to FL. Javier came out, assessed the problem, and explained what needed to be done and approximately what cost to expect.     I called Choice Plumbing when my new toilet malfunctioned in the early evening and would not stop running. There was an internal part that had gone missing so I could not fix it. They answered and said they could send someone the next morning! My plumber was Joe. He was wonderful. Called me 45 minutes before he arrived, he was cheerful and friendly, and put me at ease immediately. I felt confident everything was going to be okay. He arrived in exactly the time he said. I have a new top flush dual flush water saver style – he found the problem right away. There was part missing I could not find and he found it hidden in the cylinder/canister part. Joe then explained what happened, how the plumbing works underground with these water savers, and he also explained the difference between dual flush style and Flapper style – all in a way I could understand.     My pipe near the water main burst on a saturday and water was everywhere…My old time plumber was out of town. So I called other plumbers nearby and no one was availble except Choice Plumbers! Alex came within the hour and fixed everything! He was very courteous and professional.. He gave the the quote before he started. I paid $100 for the emergency call out and $345 for everything else…It would have been cheaper if I waited till monday but I didnt want to have no water for 2-3days.

    Saw water on the floor coming from bottom of hot water heater. It is only 5 yrs old. Called Choice plumbing immediately! They are the best. Tank was under warranty. Johnny called and located one immediately-started draining the tank-picked up new one! It was a Hybrid expensive 80 gal tank! Hot water!!!! Used them in the past! Professional trustworthy! Another great experience!!!

    I have a home warranty company that I use for the repairs to my town home. I admit I have not always been happy with their contractors. Regardless I needed a plumber so I made the appointment and Choice Plumbing was the contractor. I cannot attest to the validity of other people who may have had a bad experience, their experiences are their own. What I can attest to is that I had a great experience. I was contacted by the office who told me the plumber will be at my home in 30 minutes. The plumber Javier Lopez showed up in 30 minutes. He was extremely professional and yet personable. He was extremely efficient and yet his main concern was to do the job right the first time. He informed me of why the pipe clogged up in the first place and gave me useful tips to avoid the same issue in the future. I am very happy with the excellent service I received today.     I had a water leak. Looked at reviews and found this company. Gave them a call. They came right out. Joe did an awesome job finding the leak which was coming from a pipe in the wall from under the sink. Joe came back the next morning and repaired the leak. Joe also recommended a company to help with the damage repairs who did an amazing job as well. Joe was extremely professional, respectful and kept my husband and I in the loop. He was amazing to work with and I’m grateful for his recommendation to help with damage part of this.I would hands down recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.     Gage was very nice and professional. Had leak in ground and he said it was a sprinkler system issue which they dont do but they didnt charge me anything. Normally a company would say $80 because we came out.Thats rare these days. This company is awesome!! I definitely programmed his name and company in my phone for any future needs.

    Very impressed with the service provided by Choice Plumbing today. We had an emergency with our main water line and I called them to see if they could make it out. I was treated very kindly on the phone and was promised that someone would be out in a few hours. To my surprise, Joe called me an hour later and showed up within half hour of his call. Joe looked at the issue and explained what needed to be done. He was very courteous and professional and did an outstanding job with the repair. I will definitely be using Choice from now on and recommending them to anyone that needs prompt, professional and efficient plumbing service.

    I want to glowingly THANK Choice Plumbing for their prompt and professional services!! I called and they came that day when promised. Upon arrival, the gentleman offered to remove the toilet and auger the drain but he told me it would not solve the problem, the septic tank needed pumping. I thanked him, called Brownie’s tank pumping company and had an equally good experience. Interestingly, when Brownies left, one toilet still failed to operate correctly so I called Choice again. They sent a gentleman that time equipped with a camera to check the line. Instead, he was able to easily get the proper function from the toilet and did NOT charge me a second service fee!!I TRULY APPRECIATE the integrity and professionalism of these two Choice team members: Alex and Freddy!!     Jose came and evaluated our problems. There was no charge for the diagnosis, which was a major selling point. We needed a toilet replaced, kitchen faucet and two bathroom sink faucets and one bathroom shower faucets replaced. Jose was a true professional. He had to make two trips to Home Depot. Always with a smile on his face, he spent more than 5 hours fixing all of our problems. The estimate for all the work done was much lower than the estimate from Frank Gay (who I will never use in the future) and the bottom line for the repair was even less than the estimate. We made the right choice when we contacted Choice Plumbing. 👍👍👍
