    I always say I want to support local business’. I am so glad I did, the professionalism was white glove. However, the personable connection and genuine care was extraordinary.     The cost was a bit higher than I had expected, but this being my first call to have a plumber come out, I didnt really know what to compare it against. Jason was on time, very courteous and explained everything to me, answering all my questions. His repair was quick and completed exactly how I needed it done. I also really liked that I could make my appointment online and was pleasantly surprised that I could get same day service for a non-emergency situation.

    This company is amazing! They are very accommodating when scheduling and you get the best customer service experience from the start. I scheduled my annual plumbing maintenance for the home included in the annual maintenance plan the technician Jason communicated with me every step of the way and addressed all of my concerns accordingly.     Cowan, our assigned plumbing specialist, was great. Explained all his findings and even suggested to contact the water-heater manufacturer to check if it was still under warranty (which it was).     Austin was an outstanding tech. He was professional, articulate, and provided in depth explanations as to the process and the individual recommendations. He arrived within the window of time given and provided detailed written feedback. All of the repairs quoted were valid suggestions. We did not actually have any work completed due to the higher end costs, but when we opt to complete any of the projects, I would not hesitate calling Austin back to complete the work.

    I HIGHLY recommend Cool Today!!! Their staff are extremely friendly and professional!!! We had two techs come to our home on the same day. One for plumbing issues and the other for electrical quotes. Jason, THE PLUMBER, was incredibly kind and diagnosed our problem very quickly. GREAT guy! He was very informative. He also took the time to arrange for an electrician to also come out and speak to us about our electrical needs. The electrical technician came the very same day! Brandon, the electrician arrived about an hour later and was very curteous, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. Very sweet and respectful young man!     Wow! This company was amazing! I called at 4:00 p.m. about a plumber to look at my non working hot water tank. I expected an appointment wait of several days or into the next week.I should mention a very pleasant sounding woman answered my call right away- no waiting on hold forever. She said she could have someone at my home that evening.I was texted a confirmation. Then the technician texted me with his business profile and image. He also called to confirm he was coming.When Abraham arrived he got right to work. He diagnosed the problem and carefully explained what was wrong. He went above and beyond what was expected. I needed a new water heater. He explained all my options and then went right to work installing the new water heater. He also explained several details about home maintenance and genuinely seemed to care that I should understand all he was teaching me.The installation took some time and Abraham removed my old water heater, installed the new one and left everything neat and clean.I would highly recommend this company to everyone!

    I had a free plumbing safety inspections that is part of the service plan. It took roughly over an hr to perform the plumbing inspection . Francisco was also very knowledgeable and thorough finding a couple issues that we were unaware of. He made several recommendations confirming concerns we had with the age and condition of plumbing.     This is a great local company with great people. Today I had Mark come and help figure out where this leak I had in my yard was coming from.     Great experience. We had two toilets suddenly stop draining and backed up into tubs. Called around to several companys none were available same day. Reached Plumbing today and they came out a couple hours later. Plumbing emergencies never happen at a good time. So when you reach a company who understands that and responds immediately it says a lot about their business in my opinion. The young man who arrived was very polite and patient. He represented the company very well. He proceeded to work out in the rain, cats and dogs 12.16.23, and within an hour had our toilets flushing like normal. He also took time to explain further services like pipe jetting to get the pipes fully cleaned up. We will be using this company for those services in the future. Price was very reasonable.     Praise God for clear drains and Charles Romero!Our house was built in the ‘60s and regularly has slowdowns or mild clogging. We are generally able to clear them out with our own tools and enough time, but not this week.We had a clogged toilet that led to a slowly backing up tub drain; which turned into two toilets backing up and two showers with sewage being pushed back into the tub. After taking the toilet off to get better access for the snake I was still unable to get to the point of clog.An online search on Friday to see who offered drain clearing deal, produced a couple options. Deciding that Plumbing Today had the best deal (for what I thought I needed) I called to schedule.Fast forward to Saturday night- Mr. Romero still came out, looked at the bathrooms and listened to the history. From there he provided me some additional clarifying information and worked up some estimates. He was willing to patiently answer all my questions and explain some alternatives he saw.He was able to clear the drain, but even if we had to go with more expensive options (and we still may in the near future), I appreciate that Charles listened and then responded using his expertise and providing options as well as impeccable service.I especially appreciate the upfront explanation of cost and limitations. The scheduling was easy & prompt & I especially liked the app they use that shows you the location of the tech & the ETA.Joshua, the tech, was able to clear my blocked shower drain quickly & was very professional. He also explained the additional services offered by Plumbing Today under their home maintenance plan.I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends & family.

    I had an unexpected leak in my attic and didnt know if my account with Cool Today Total Care Plan would be able to help me. Im so glad I called them. They dispatched a technician, Jorge Rodriguez, to my home within an hour and was able to locate the leak and advise me in the future problems I will have if I didnt get the pipes replaced, which were worn and brittle in the home when I bought it 7 years ago. He offered me plans and financing options that were available that I didnt know existed. Though I wasnt able to purchase one today due to my husbands recent stroke, he was able to make the repairs to stop the leak and provided me his number to contact him when my family was ready to proceed. I was ultimately grateful to Jorge not only for his service but empathy with my current situation. I would completely recommend Cool Todays services to anyone in need of expert, careful service.     PlumbingToday came through again! Had to replace the ring at the base of the toilet and that’s when technician, Cowan, also noticed the toilet flange also need to be replaced. Cowan, was personable, knowledgeable and mindful of keeping his work area clean and didn’t track dirt throughout the home. The problem was fixed within a couple of hours and it looks better than ever! Can’t say enough about the technicians and PlumingToday, great service through and through!

    Charles Romero (plumbing technician) was great. He took a lot of time with the inspection and took me step by step through the process. He made good recommendations as to how to fix the problems we had. We had a bad grease clog and some tree root damage to our outside sewer line. The cost of the repairs and service are not cheap. Ive used Plumbing Today since buying our home in 2019. They are up front and are willing to work out pricing. Well see of we go with them for these repairs.
