My latest experience with Anthony was nothing short of amazing. His knowledge and skills made a daunting task look easy. He quickly diagnosed and executed a fix, all while being friendly and attentive. Orlando is lucky to have such a high quality plumbing business!

Tony and Jimmy were on time. They looked at what I thought was a leak that had disintegrated the drywall. After checking wall inside and outside, they ascertained there was never a leak. Drywall will need replacing, but is not water damage. Appreciated their honesty. Mercury has now been to my house a few times. Installed a vanity a few months ago. I used to try different plumbers, but in the last year have found Mercury is now my plumber.

Pedro Roman of Mercury Plumbing was the best plumber we have ever had. He showed up on time, did a professional review of the work that needed to be done, and got the work done quickly and efficiently. He even did additional work that we had not scheduled as part of the same service call. The total cost was much less than we expected, and the finished work was much better than we expected. I highly recommend Mercury Plumbing.

Our old electric water heater finally needed to be replaced. Mercury had already replaced our other old gas water heater. They did a good job on that one so we decided to call them to replace the electric one. The next day Lorenzo arrived on the job and soon had the new water heater installed. He was friendly, polite and professional. These guys are pros.

This is a long overdue 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ review!!! I highly recommend MECURY PLUMBING without ANY reservations!!!They are AMAZING, KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL, MASTERS OF THEIR PROFESSION AND SUPERIOR in all aspects! Tom, the owner and his wife are truly AMAZING AND COMPASSIONATE PEOPLE. we had been without a kitchen for 3 months because of a major plumbing leak behind a wall in our kitchen and we have four young sons. We had various plumbers give us quotes ranging from 25,000-50,000 for a total repipe of our house bc we were given no other options. One company had left a huge hole open in our wall and floor once they found the leak and never came back. To say this was a horrid ordeal is putting it mildly. Mercury plumbing was a recommendation from a close friend from the city of Orlando plumbing division. They were the last call I made in desperation, and I almost didn’t pick up when Tom called me because I was so tired of hearing the same responses and paying for another camera evaluation to tell me the exact same thing.Tom came over the same day (his wife was AMAZING in coordinating this!) and assessed the situation. Not only did he NOT force us to have yet ANOTHER camera eval, he actually listened to everything I told him from the 4 different camera evals we already had paid for (none of the companies would release the videos to me) and all the advice other plumbers had given us. He completed his assessment. He then gave us a solution NO-ONE else had remotely given us and it made so much sense and did not involve tearing up any of our relatively new wood flooring that wasn’t already damaged by the other plumbers.Tom inconvenienced himself to do the right fix for our issue!!! It cost us 2000 vs 50,000 and we didn’t have to do any renovations!!!Tom and his team are truly amazing!In fact they not only cleaned up any mess they had to create to do the repair they even removed the huge pile of concrete and debris another company had left in the middle of our kitchen.They did an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING JOB! I waited to write this review because we’ve been burned in the past and even though he reassured me and gave thorough explanations of why this would work I was still skeptical because of the horrific ordeal multiple other well known companies had put us through! Well, over 6 months has passed and I swear this man and his company are our guardian angels!!!! He did what we were told by all other well known companies in the area told us was not possible! The leak is completely fixed, we have no more drain flies ( which we had been infested by for 2 years and paid thousands to other plumbers and insect companies to try to find the source), and everything is functioning wonderfully. He restored our kitchen to exactly how it had been with the leak fixed!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY WITHOUT ANY RESERVATIONS!!! Save yourself time, money and heartache and call MECURY PLUMBING first!!! Thank you Tom and team! We will not be using any other plumbers ever again!I’ve added pictures of the damage Tom and his crew walked into that had already been done as well as my kitchen he left me intact within 2 days of contacting him! We had been without a kitchen for 3 months previous to contacting Mercury Plumbing and they created no further damage in the process…just fixed it all including original leak! My family has used Mercury Plumbing for over ten years and they have always been great. My ninety one year old mother had a pipe leak under the slab in her dining room late on Friday night, Huge mess. Mercury responded with in the hour. The technician, Gabriel was great, fast and efficient. Of course this was going to be a bigger because of the location and a previous owner had used substandard materials. They really worked with my mother to control the cost. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the work, the professionalism of the Tech, the customer service provided by the office. I wish I could give more than five stars

I was able to give Mercury plumbing a call and set up a morning appointment they asked if it was an emergency and thank God it wasn’t. Allen was sent to our home to see what our problem with the water heater was.On 10/22/2024 9am, Lorenzo Allen was at our home ready to replace our Water Heater.And with all parts and equipment needed to do the job. Yes we are very satisfied with the service. He left with the old heater, cleaned up and we do not have to worry about disposal of old heater.So reliable and professional.Thank you

I struggled with a vent pipe clog all weekend. I was at the Mercury office when they opened at 9 a.m., as they are located in my neighborhood. They had a packed schedule but I asked for same day service. Within 3 hours Ricky arrived at my house. Within the hour my complicated vent clog was opened and the price was very fair. The price was not inflated due to my emergency. Ricky was very friendly, knowledgeable and careful. Melinda was very helpful and friendly. There were two gentlemen in the office but I did not catch their names. They were also very friendly. Thank you Mercury Plumbing. I was very pleased. Your mission statement was reflected in the service that I received today.

I was a little apprehensive to use this company based on the reviews I read but they got back to me so quickly and I was desperate for help. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. The owner called me personally first thing in the morning and already had a plumber heading my way. The plumber got to my house quickly and was kind and knowledgeable. He was even careful not to let my pets out when he went to his van. He tirelessly worked for 8 hours without a break or food. He said his next job was already waiting on him as he gathered up his tools. These guys work really hard. There must have been a very big positive change with this company.

I had significant remodeling and plumbing work that included a natural gas line that had to be moved, new laundry, potfiller, and relocated sink on a 1927 home. I’ve used Mercury Plumbing twice now. Most recently, I had a leak in one of my toilets. They told me they would put me on a cancellation list or get to me first thing the next morning. Fortunately someone cancelled and they were able to get our leak fixed. They are prompt, professional, reasonable with pricing. Can’t ask for better. I highly recommend if you need plumbing work.

I manage a condominium complex of almost 400 units and Mercury plumbing has been our vendor for years (and more years to come!). Mercury Plumbing has some of the best customer service Ive ever experienced from a plumber (or any vendor for that matter). Tom, Melinda, Paul, Juan, and so many others are just fantastic people to work with. After I get off the phone with them, my day is that much brighter. They are also prompt with their service! Most vendors respond much later and they come out in record time to take care of any issues my community has. Id recommend Mercury to anyone needing a professional, quick, and kind plumber.
