I have nothing but GREAT things to say about the service provided by Matts Plumbing Services. They were very attentive to making a appointment that worked for my schedule. They followed up with both a text and email informing plus a photo of the tech that was being sent to replace our kitchen faucet. Delaney was the tech sent and what a nice young man. He was very social and knowledgeable about his trade. He answered all the questions presented to him and actually took a real interest in listening to my concerns. I would recommend Matts Plumbing Services without hesitation to my family and friends. I also would like to mention the positive attitude of the secretary who scheduled the appointment. She was very professional and pleasant in our exchanges. They get my 5 star rating.

I used Matts plumbing service to replace an aging and faulty water heater. Was very impressed by the prompt response to provide an estimate, followed by the next days installation of a new 50 gallon water heater. Austin, the technician, was very thorough and explained everything he was doing, answering all my questions. Install looks good and hot water is flowing. Ill use them again for any plumbing work around my house.

Matts plumbing is great. The technicians were professional. Initially, we had Justin come out and snake our lines. He tried 4 times to unclog our sink but was unable to do so and recommended we have another one of their technicians come out with a camera to see what was blocking our pipes. They came out the next day and found we had excess grease buildup. Ryan and Austin were great. They repiped our kitchen sink and hydro jetted our lines. Ryan and Austin did a great job of cutting our wall as non-invasively as possible. We thought for sure they would destroy the wall but only cut a small rectangle. Ryan and Austin also did an excellent job of installing the new hot water heater, mop sink, and water softener. We highly recommend Matts plumbing!

Jesse was wonderful. He explained what he would do and the cost. Then asked if that was agreeable to me. Once I confirmed he went to work immediately and fixed the problem. He was very considerate of me and cautious about my dogs being careful to not let them come near the job. I can highly recommend him and Matts Plumbing.
