    These guys are real pros. Kervin took care of my needs and was prompt with responding to my questions. The install team made short work of replacing my drain field. They minimized damages to grass and were done in two days. Its nice having a working drain field again. Ill be calling them for my first septic cleaning.

    Two years ago I had a new septic system installed in my front yard and the company that did it did not follow Orange County guidelines. I wound up with a 5 foot mountain in my yard that was a hazard to mow and children even played on it. For over a year I tried to get someone from Orange County to come see it but they never responded. In August of this year I saw an ad for Lapin Services and contacted Carlos Labrador for help. He provide me with contacts that obtained the certification of the bad work and Carlos was able to schedule a new installation in 2 weeks. The job was expertly done using new technology drainage materials and they were able to remove 4.5 feet from the height of the mound! I can now see my own sidewalk from our windows and it is great! I recommend Lapin very highly.

    I have been recently shopping around for septic tank services for maintenance...until I contacted Lapin and spoke with Josh who was kind and courteous over the phone so I decided to accept their services. It wasnt because they had the lowest prices, but because of the initial customer service. He was able to fit me in the very next day! I was contacted the very next day in the early morning to confirm my appointment with Jason my technician. He was phenomenal! Very respectful and professional. He was on time, explained to me how to keep a healthy septic tank, thanked me for being a customer and contacted the office where Jessica quickly processed my invoice which Daniel assisted.     The D-box on my 40 yr old septic field broke. Required replacement of field. Got several estimates. Selected Lapin because it was a bundled price and quickly negotiated with Carlos. Work started soon. First was the pump out and inspection. A few weeks later, after permitting delay, work on field. Field work was finished in a single day. A couple minor hiccups with invoices, but all were resolved.

    I highly recommend Lapin for all of your plumbing needs. I’ve used the service for my catering business for over 10 years and recently had them fix and replace the cast iron pipes in my historic home. I had roots growing into the pipes. They did an amazing job and also diagnosed a problem with the main water line which would have caused major damage to the house if not fixed. This is a business you can trust to do the job right at the proper price.

    Jose Martinez came out to UCF Downtown and took care of a clog in one of our buildings. We were very satisfied with his service and his professionalism.     Nobody likes septic tank problems to be sure but when you need help these guys were great. Lane went above the call to fix the septic issue and make it better for the next cleaning when needed. Would def recommend to call these guys for a septic issue whenever needed.

    11/26/24Just had Rod, Gary F. and Jose F. out to evaluate an issue we were having with our septic tank. After my initial call I very quickly received a call from Gary setting up a convenient time to come out the next morning.These gentleman came out, looked over the entire system in detail, assured me everything was in good working order as my issue had resolved itself over night. They were able to add something to improve my current system for the future.All three men and the receptionist who took my initial call were amazing, so professional. I never have to worry or second guess anything with Lapin Services. This company gives me great peace of mind. Thank you!Lapin Services is always so helpful when I call. Today Danny and Ernesto came out, as scheduled, to pump out the Septic tank. They were quick and efficient.     We found ourselves in need of a new drain field and called several businesses for quotes. One gave us a quote on the phone. One never got back to us. Lapin sent Carlos, a Project Manager, to our home the same day we called. Carlos was thorough, prompt, and professional but not at all high pressure. He gave us a quote that was $1500 less than the over-the-phone company. The next day, we signed a contract and were given a time-table by Carlos of about two months for the work to be permitted and completed. This was followed by a pump-out at no extra charge to keep us in good shape until the work could be performed. The permit was issued less than a month later, and the following day a supervisor, Robert, came to our house to lay out where the drain field would be located. Robert was also very thorough and professional. We were concerned about the possibility of losing a palm tree in our front yard during the process, but Robert assured us that they would protect it. The following Monday, a crew of three obviously very experienced workers arrived (an hour earlier than what we expected) and completed the job from start to finish (including inspection) the same day. AND the palm tree was not damaged. We cant express enough our thanks for the professional, prompt, and efficient work that Lapin performed for us. All of this and at a reasonable price. Lapin Services has our highest recommendation.

    I called this morning for my house clogging , first floor toilet water back up , the supervisor here, the staff name is : Jose , he so professional, on time,responsive,very good value , they didn’t charge for first hour and next half , next half hour . Here charge me $385 for all the work done .     Lapin gave us a very fair price after an extremely high estimate from somewhere else. Lapin did not try to do a bunch of add-ons that we did not actually need and replace stuff that was not necessary either.Carlos helped us all along the way and was very friendly And courteous. The crew that replaced our drainfield did a fantastic job as well.I did not give five stars because our permit came through within a couple of days after application.After a few weeks and no schedule set, I was checking up on it and found out that they’d received it two weeks prior. I contacted Carlos right away and he got us on the schedule very quickly.He was surprised that the office did not notify him that the permit was ready. I let the office know that I expected to at least get on the schedule as soon as my permit was available. Other than the breakdown in communication, they did a great job. I did request that they do a pump out once everything was hooked up since I had a nonworking drain field for five weeks prior to installation. I wanted to make sure that the buildup of excess solids with a non-functioning drainfield did not pose a problem in the future. A scheduled it, but I’m not sure if it was done as no one notified me in the end.Lapin also cleaned out and replaced only a small portion of the pipe going from our tank to our drain field instead of replacing it for thousands of dollars like the prior estimate was planning on doing. That would have entailed tearing up A portion of our driveway and then we would have had to fix it ourselves after the service was done.I definitely would use them again but don’t just sit and wait without being active in the process.

    Always excellent service. Scheduled my Septic cleanout and Inspection. Ernesto called before arriving and arrived exactly when he said they would be at the house. Both Ernesto and Andrew were very pleasant and took time to explain the system to me and also answered my questions on the drain field. 2024 - needed help with a running toilet. I really appreciate the service from my go to company Lapin. The technicians quickly identified the issue and corrected the problem.

    The folks at Lapin Services were a joy to work with on our whole home drain pipe replacement. This ended up being a three month process during which Daniel oversaw organizing the crew that cut the concrete out, the re-piping, the pouring of the new concrete, and all the finishing work required till each sink, tub, and toilet was ready for my family. A huge thank you to Kim, my unsung hero, who helped move the permitting along and scheduled all the inspections so that we never lost a day on the job.     The massive flooding from Hurricane Ian caused my septic pump tank to collapse and filled my drain field with sand/dirt. I contacted a few different septic companies to diagnose the issue and quote me for replacement/repair. Carlos Labrador at Lapin was the most helpful and honest person I spoke to regarding the issue. He offered advice and even came by on his day off to assess the situation and help me choose a replacement system. Despite being very busy, and me having so many questions, Carlos was always patient and willing to help. My decision to choose Lapin was most influenced by my interactions with Carlos. Very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. As a bonus, the price quoted by Carlos was less than I expected.When Carlos visited my home he saw that I had many exotic animals housed in enclosures outdoors, so he made sure to notify the installation team that accommodations would need to be made to ensure the animal enclosures were not disturbed. The installation team, lead by Robert Consider, worked carefully to avoid dirt touching any of the enclosures. I was amazed with how carefully they maneuvered the heavy machinery! They were very respectful of my property and the animal enclosures. Great job!

    Lapin Services installed a water heater for me in November 2022, replacing an old one that was leaking. Their price was reasonable, and their warranty was 10 years parts and labor. Within 2 years, that water heater began to leak, which is rare but not an impossibility. Defective products do make it to market. I called Lapin in October 2024, and Jose came to my house and did a thorough inspection to rule out anything else causing the leak. He explained the process of inspection and his conclusions. Jose returned a couple days later and installed a new water heater to replace the defective one. The warranty offered by Lapin for the defective one was 10 years parts and labor, which was a huge relief for my family. Jose didn’t leave until he was sure that the hot water was running, and everything was cleaned up. Compared to other companies I’ve hired in the past, Lapin is more efficient, cost effective, and actually honors its warranties. Lapin also provides contracted services to my entire neighborhood’s street drainage systems. This is a solid company, and Lapin is lucky to have an employee like Jose, who handled my water heater replacement very professionally.

    Septic filter cleaning and septic pump out: Last week we scheduled a service call. Lapin put us on the schedule for Wednesday, then called this morning to say they could come early! Wow! We were so grateful to have that option. Today we had the pleasure of working with a Lapin project manager named Jason Georgopulos. Not only did Jason call us to let us know what time he would be arriving, but he arrived exactly on time! Jason was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We were grateful for his input and suggestions about keeping our system clean. He did an awesome job taking care to expertly clean the filter and pump out our system.     I have utilized Lapin Services since 1985. I just had a need for service at my home. As usual I called and they had me on file. Technician Drake Smith arrived in less than 48 hours as it was not an emergency. I shared my concerns and Drake went to work. In the end he installed me a new pump alarm and a new pump. Drake was professional and left me with an excellently executed job.

    We had a problem with a sewer line after a recent service. Rod Smith came out and identified the issue and made arrangements for a resolution. Lapin once again is 5 star in service.*********Lapin installed our field line a number of years ago and we have used them for the pump out that are necessary for a septic system. The last pump out the crew failed to properly seal the hatch.I called Lapin and they sent out Steve Horn and Rod Smith. They not only properly sealed the hatch they added a stainless steel ring to make the removal of the hatch easier for the next pump out.Lapin Services have always been service oriented and a pleasure to work with.

    I contracted with Lapin for a whole-house repipe. Antonio and Alex were great. They were professional in their job. With a house that is over 60 years old you never know what surprises you will come across, and we did have a few. They kept me informed during the whole process and we worked through all the surprises. They maintained a safe work area at all times. This is not the first time Ive used Lapin, but this is certainly the biggest job Ive contracted with them. I felt the pricing was fair and scheduling was pretty quick.     All the people I can in contact with via phone or in person were all very professional and friendly. Carlos was really a pleasure to speak with, he was very knowledgeable. I thought I had a drain field issue but Carlos made me feel relieved and said it may not be the issue so he gave me the contact for the technician Jose and Moses.Jose and Moses came out and were very honest and friendly. They figured the issue was the sump pump. It is was such a relief because didn’t want to deal with the expenses of a drain field or anything else major.Well jose and Moses worked really hard and spend a great amount of time to make sure the new sump pump is installed. Carlos Labrador, my project manager explained every part of what needed to be done, how it was going to be done and how long the project would take. Liz, the soil survey tech was wonderful explaining how she would take the soil samples and what she was looking for. Robert Consider, the project supervisor did a great job coordinating my project with the county so the inspection could be done same day. The actual drain field installer Wilmer Medina was exceptional. He didnt miss a thing. He was a pleasure to work with. I must say that Lapin may be a little pricey compared to other companies but their work is far superior than any other company around. My neighborhood is 30 years old now and there have been 4 houses besides mine that had to have drain fields replaced.     We bought 2 dual flush toilets in April. One of them never worked and would not hold water. American Standard sent us a replacement.     Bottom Line, Lapin Services does high quality work with exceptional customer service.I hired Lapin Services to pump out my septic tank. The team was professional and worked late into the day to get my home plumbing up and running again despite a couple setbacks that were not their fault (finding the tank, electrical, etc). Unfortunately in the process of trying to find my tank they cut my gas line by accident. I discovered this the next day when my gas tank emptied and I had a pretty hefty bill from the gas company to repair the line and refill the tank. So, I called Rod Smith, the service manager at Lapin Services to let him know what happened. I fully expecting him to push back or side step the situation like most service providers would do in this situation, but, to my pleasant surprise, Rod took full responsibility, apologized, and began to discuss ways they could make it right. That blew me away. Sadly that type of customer service is hard to find in the world today.To make things right, Rod offered to not only not charge me for the pump out, but he also said he and his team would come back out and take care of a few other items that we had previously discussed like installing a new alarm and adding risers to my tanks, all free of charge. We agreed to that, and sure enough, Rod himself (a 30+ year veteran in the business) along with Steve and Jeremy (also very tenured at Lapin) showed up a couple weeks later and went way above and beyond by installing the risers, alarm, and even a new pump.It is incredibly rare to find that level of customer service and follow through from a service company these days.     We had a water leak in our house, which we (and another plumber who looked at it first) thought was in a water pipe under the concrete slab. Before drilling through our floor and tearing our house apart, we decided to call Lapin for a second opinion, as we had used them before for our septic system and had very good experiences. Leo from Lapin called out (within around an hour of our call, so incredibly responsive) and he diagnosed the real problem quickly and efficiently. He realized, correctly, that it was much more likely to be a drain line or sewer line problem than an incoming water line, because the leak was intermittent rather than constant. He looked at everything and traced the issue to a missing wax seal under a toilet. He fixed this on the spot and saved us the trouble and expense of what would otherwise have been a huge and pointless project. Great job, Leo, and thanks a lot, Lapin Services!

    Ive been having plumbing/septic issues for more than a year and have had different plumbers and septic companies come out. Nobody fixed it.     We use Lapin to pump our septic system for our regular maintenance. I was able to book the service within one day of calling them. Ernesto and Ricardo came out and they were so awesome! They took care not to drive on our yard (it had just rained and was very soggy) and instead used special hoses to get to our septic tank so that their truck wouldn’t tear up our yard. They also gave us helpful tips of what they found in our tank and educated us on what we should/shouldn’t put down the drain. We will definitely use Lapin again!

    We’ve now used Lapin the last 2 times we needed to pump out our septic. They even followed up & called us the 2nd time to remind us it was time to have the service completed. The service techs (Jason & Ken) who came out recently were very courteous, knowledgeable, & prompt right on time as scheduled. We’ll definitely be using Lapin again next time we are in need of service.

    I would highly recommend Lapin Services. We just moved to the area and bought our first home here in Wedgefield. We didn’t know what company to use when we started having Septic Issues and took a chance with Lapin (since they have good reviews online). We were having issues with our septic pump and Lapin was able to send someone out the same day I called. Tony was friendly and courteous. He explained to my husband why the pump needed replaced. Tony was super nice and let my husband hover over his shoulder while he was replacing the pump and told him what he was doing each step of the way. My husband is a very hands on type of guy and he really appreciated this. We would definitely recommend this company (especially Tony) to our friends and family.

    Raymond H: I was very pleased yesterday, 8/16/22, when Greg worked hard with a cheerful spirit while pumping out our septic tank. He answered questions with knowledge about the septic system and how to maintain it. BTW I found Lapins phone number on one of the vans parked at a neighbors house while doing a plumbing repair.     I spoke to Rod at Lapin and told him of a problem that I was having with my septic system. He and Kevin came to my house and inspected my entire system and determined that it was a minor problem that was caught early and saved me from major repairs. Rod set up a tank draining and one hour later there was a truck out front to service my septic tank. Josh had it fixed up in a very short time. The level of service by the entire team was outstanding and the cost was incredibly reasonable. I recommend folks use this company for everything from regular maintenance to major repairs. Honest and reliable is a great business model. Keep it up guys.

    We had annual septic maintenance done and Ernesto was fantastic. He was on time, courteous and informative about the process. Since Lapin has done previous extensive work on our septic i would have thought they would have provided him with the location of the tank and potential hazards however that wasn’t provided to him.     I am beyond grateful for Chris A. with Lapin Services. Another company came out and informed me that I needed a new drain field for $6400, which was incorrect. Chris came out to give me a second opinion. He was extremely knowledgeable, and worked diligently to find the actual problem (a filter). He explained and showed me everything he was doing, including using a camera to check for obstructions. I am thankful to have found a company I can trust.

    Danny and Andrew came out to pump our septic tanks. They did a great job as we have a lot of pet hair that makes it way into the septic system. I scheduled an appointment for 12:00 and they quoted a time window of 12:00-3:00, per usual. The technicians showed up promptly at 11:50.They were precise in finding the exact location of the septic tank so that there was no unnecessary digging, and they were considerate of landscaping throughout - both marks of professionalism.Danny and Ernesto took the time to explain how my specific septic system was set up.     Lapin has a plumbing division and recently did a re-plumb in our home. The service was outstanding and I would highly recommend them. Ryan Wasser was the lead plumber and was so helpful in describing everything he was doing. Joe was assisting and did an amazing job. Once the job was completed they took the time to clean up our house even used our blower to blow out the garage. We have been using the Septic division for a few years now too and find them to be customer service focused.

    Jeremy, Chris and Jimmy worked together for an hour trying to find our septic tank. It was not in the usual spot in relation to the drain field. They were all so kind, easy-going, and hard-working. Once the tank was found, Jeremy got to work finding the entry point and pumping it out.     Danny and Patrick were our knights in OSHA yellow armor today! We had an emergency and they showed up on time, assessed the situation immediately, and we were resolved within an hour’s time. Professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with, even in the most unpleasant circumstances!Update:Once again Lapin to the rescue! Vincent and Ricardo helped us zero in on our problem and saved us from buying a whole new pump! They also maintained good communication with the other techs that came out and put their heads together to better assess the situation.     We have used Lapin Services for many years--always with excellent service.Recently, we noticed a possible issue with the septic system. Carlos Labrador made an inspection and diagnosed the situation. He made recommendations for fixes--giving choices but with no pressure to choose.We decided to have both the tank and drain field replaced. Lapin Services performed the work promptly and professionally.We recommend Lapin Services highly.
