Had an issue with water pressure, Ron informed me that the city chooses the pressure, but walked around the property and found an issue with my pipes. When i tested the pressure afterwards I could immediately tell the difference. Much better pressure. Really professional work. Exact price i was expecting based on the hourly rate provided when i booked. Highly recommend this company and Ron.

I have had 2 experiences with Jims and both have been wonderful! First was to fix a leak coming from the upstairs unit. Very quick in and out. The second was to change my 3 knob shower/tub combo to single. I purchased a sub par item on line and JJ (the gentleman that has come out both times) explained why it was faulty. I was able to grab the correct item for him to install. He was on time to the appointment, explained what he was doing and thorough. I will always use Jims for my plumbing needs!

Another great experience with Jims Plumbing and Irrigation..They are on time, do what they say they will do and have professional plumbers at good rates.This time they sent a young plumber named Tom to repair a hose bib on the exterior of the house. Tom was professional, polite and efficient. The bill was very reasonable.

The repair person was very prompt for both service calls. He was also extremely polite and professional and I never felt like he was trying to confuse or complicate things as we talked through the scope of work.Part of the service was something quick and easy for him but it would have taken me hours to do! The second repair was a bit more of an unknown; it could have been easy, or been a big issue. As it turned out, there was a complication but again, JJ was super knowledgeable and his expertise took a complicated situation into one that he expertly resolved.I will definitely use Jims Plumbing again!

I tried to install a kitchen sink myself and was getting so frustrated!! I called Jims plumbing and they were the least expensive and quickest plumbing company I called. Gil came the next day and was able to fix everything! He talked to me about what to do next time. I was so pleased with the service that was provided! We now have a fully functional kitchen again!! On 5-30-2014, I had called for some help on a plugged drain just before quitting time. At first I was informed that it would involve an after hours service charge. Dawn the dispatcher made some calls and found that a service tech was close to my location and subsequently quoted me a normal charge without being after hours. THANK YOU DAWN !! Rodney the tech who responded was not only very experienced but also had a really good people to people personality. He went above the call of duty responding so close to quitting time and did a tremendous job repairing my problem. If anyone out there needs a plumber, I would call Jims Plumbing first.

I called Jims for a clogged drain that had given us trouble for years. I was sure it was going to take a couple hours. They arrived within 30 minutes and had the drain opened in 15 minutes. Very professional, very courteous, knowledgeable, experienced, and many other good descriptions. Id definitely recommend them, anytime.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Jims Plumbing twice in mid to late December last year. We live in an apartment complex where some of our plumbing is shared with the unit above ours. One morning, the kitchen sink started gurgling and backed up, almost overflowing a few times. The same thing happened again 9 days later, as it turned out our upstairs neighbors were putting things like rice, grease, and chicken bone down their garbage disposal and blocking the pipes. On both occasions, Jims Plumbing made it out here in under 90 minutes and knew exactly what to do. We werent even charged the second time, as our worker, Eric, said it was warranty work. He also preserved some of the sludge that he pulled out so we could show the apartment office and let them notify our neighbors. He was recommended to us by our neighborhood maintenance crew, and lived up to our expectations. If we ever have any plumbing problems again, we know who to call!

Gill the second specialist was amazing as well, he quickly diagnosed the situation and got to work like a surgeon, he had to be so delicate with the power tools he was using, it was like watching him play a game of operation, he even after the job was done buried the whole back up which was there when he got there.A+

Had a great experience from this business. Gave me an estimate to fix a clogged pipe over the phone and when Jim came to service the clog, he was able to do it less than what his office quoted. This company also came highly recommended by friends of ours. Will definitely use this company again for all our plumbing needs. Good honest business come far and few between. Highly recommended plumber. UPDATE: On 10/19/23 Jimmy their plumber installed my new hot water heater, after my old one failed. Excellent plumbing service. This is the only company that I call for service. Lauren their front desk representative is great also!

I called Jims Plumbing to fix and issue with tree roots compromising the drainage line from the house to the sewer. They came out and found the issue and gave me a quote based on the work that needed to be completed. In the middle of the job they found out that it was over-scoped the time for the repair and adjusted it down saving me money on the repair.I couldnt be happier with the staff there: Darren (Estimator), Gram (troubleshooter), Javier and Gil(did the replacement), and Will (sink repair that was added on). This company was very honest and I love supporting local business with this level of professionalism.
